Amy the host was amazing. She was super quick to fix any issues like kettle and vacuum not working. Very clean tidy apartment. Good size for family of 4. Pool and garden area was lovely. Great location to catch tram if needed.

No aircon in the bedroom made for a very sticky uncomfortable nights sleep. 1 night wouldn’t be too much of an issue but after 2 nights it wasn’t great. A different time of the year might be different. A washer dryer combo meant it took twice as long to get the washing done. Curtains need to be way darker. Single beds are super squeaky and main bed mattress needs replacing-we kept rolling into the middle. No actual ground floor apartments and stairs are quite steep but totally fine if you’re not elderly or have any joint issues!

Central location - close to transport and all the tourist attractions but still away from the noise which was great for getting the kids to sleep (we stayed during schoolies) Pool and spa were a hit with the kids, water wasn't too cold either. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the bits and pieces you'd ever need.

Slight smell from the drains in the bathroom and kitchen also drains not in a great position on floor (lots of water on the floors after showering), car park more suitable for a smaller car. No other issues

well furnished, great pool, great location (close to tram and Furdu event), air conditioned, clean and well looked after, beautiful gardens, bbqs available, absolutely AMAZING showers, perfect water pressure and temperatures, personal parking too

Bed wasn't the comfiest but did the job, front desk seemed to never be attended, unsure about smoking rules and locations i never saw any signs or ash treys

The apartment was really nice and exceeded our expectations! The location was central and accessible too. The manager was really friendly and courteous! I’d definitely recommend staying here :)

The dishes were not very clean so we had to scrub them before using them. The wifi was also not very strong. Apart from these two issues, everything else was fantastic!

Everything was just amazing! We were sorry to leave. The apartment is new and with all the extra you might need (washing machine, tv with Disney+, Netflix.., dishwasher). The location is also really good, 8-10min to the beach, tram to the centre but you can walk 20min.

I would’ve liked the showers to have a door, it gets a little wet but nothing major!

For what we payed for it wasn’t no 5 star hotel which I understand but it was just a little dirty, not sure if it was cleaned as there was two used towels hanging still and the remote was not in a spot where we could access it so we had to search high and low and found wrappers of ice cream and chocolate under the couches.

Location, handy to the Tram and minutes from surfers. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday and beautiful decor. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Easy check in out of hours.

Quiet, lovely hot spa and pool in subtropical garden, and just 2 mins walk to tram station that travels all the way to most Gold Coast attractions for just 50cents per trip.

Everything. Check in was great Amy was so helpful and friendly. The apartment was a very good size and plenty of room for my 2 children to play. Close to tram stop and bus into surfers main town too. A park also right behind the apartment block which was very handy.

Great location, beautiful grounds, gardens like you're in a tropical rainforest. Awesome swimming pool. Loved the extra and unexpected bathroom our apartment had. Really nice apartment and appreciated the free secure parking. Friendly staff. A wonderful place to stay.

Salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen would be useful and appreciated by any guests cooking or ordering in I think.
