The unit was very handy to the amenities which I needed to use. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very easy to use. The main bedroom is very large, the secondary bedroom, with 2 beds is somewhat squeezy. The staff were pleasant and everything in the unit worked well.

The stairwell from the carpark was not well-marked. There are 2 obvious ones and I had to go up each one to see if my unit was on that stairwell. It wasn't, I eventually found the 3 stairwell inside the rec room. It was extremely smelly. The air-conditioning is only in the main lounge room/kitchen. There is no aircon in the bedrooms and they were extremely hot, the fans weren't sufficient. We had to run the aircon on very low and close all the doors to encourage the cool air to reach the bedrooms.

As I was looking for a two-bedroom apartment on a short notice, this property popped up in my search list. I can say that I was happy either with my stay. The property everything I needed at the time and the location was great - walking distance to either Broadbeach or Surfers Paradise. I also appreciated the host reaching out in advance to confirm whether I had the need for the apartment to be on a ground level (which I did for one of the guests). Overall, good value!

Seems to be a recurring issue with locks as the screen door could not open to enter from / exit to the front garden. This wasn’t a big deal at the time, but I hope this has now been fixed for future guests. In one of the shower rooms, the drain was s slightly elevated which resulted in some water accumulating on the floor and not draining properly. Again, not a big deal, but great to have eventually fixed.

Location was within a comfortable walking distance of restaurants and convention centre. Secure parking was appreciated. There was ample air conditioning to help cope with the heat making inside very comfortable. It was great to have a balcony so that I could sit outside when the evenings were cool. The position of the units was good - in a quiet side street and with a grocery store conveniently located nearby.

I didn't enjoy having to carry luggage upstairs but that was a very small inconvenience.

Facilities a bit outdated but very comfortable and clean. Location is exceptional - 100m walk to the beach, corner store across the road, bowling club a block away. Only 15min drive to Seaworld, 2km walk to Surfers Paradise.

Shower head only provided a small stream of water. Some extra towels would have been nice and some facewashers. No tissues or extra toilet rolls provided. Also only tiny soap bars provided.

I liked the manager and the location of the apartment, availability of private parking, washing mashin and dryer. Apartment over all was relatively clean.

Something was wrong with TV, it would switch off itself or stop showing image but sound was there. Unfortunately in master bedroom bin was not there. And I think in the kitchen teapot and the bowl for salads is needed

The owner was polite friendly and accommodating. The flat was modern,spacious well equipped and very comfortable with 2 couches. Enjoyed the kitchen facilities was some olive oil and salt and pepper and small milk which was thoughtful and convenient. I made myself at home. The location was great close to a tram stop. Very close to the beach. Great location to either Broadbeach or Surfers paradise. Excellent value for friend or family. So great to have 2 bathrooms and be able to launder clothes if you wished to. It was home away from home but with tge sound of the sea. I wanted to move in

Loved the location, quick walking distance to the beach and shops (Oasis) and coffee across the road! Was also quiet, didn’t notice trucks on the road at night and the size of the apartment was great. The host was extremely helpful- We arrived before check in when it was raining and allowed us to check in early and leave our bags in the room a little after checkout. Would stay here again!

Not a biggie but I think the pillows & duvet inners/covers need a refresh. Pillows were quite hard!

Location was excellent, could walk to beach, bowls club and tram station all with in 5 minutes. The manager on-site was very welcoming and went above and beyond to extend my stay. Excellent value for what you get especially 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms. And the gardens were beautiful and nice to wake up with a coffee on the balcony.

I can't add anything in this section as I couldn't have been happier with facilities, just a shame the rain came on my last 2 days

Fantastic location in the beautiful suburb of Broadbeach. One street over from the beach, walking distance to Oasis shopping Centre and Pacific Fair. Corner shop just across the road. Short drive (could also walk to Surfer's Paradise). Older style building but great value. Underground carpark and Swimming pool. Miriam the Manager was lovely.

Noisy. The apartment next door was doing renovations (I think it this was a privately owned apartment). Work starting from 7am which when you are on holidays you would like to not get woken up first thing in the morning. Some random bird chirping all night long and the plumbing is noisy. Can hear every toilet and shower in the building running.

Great location, a couple of minutes to the beach, and close to the tram station. Great price We're not fussy people and understand that you get what you pay for. We were comfortable and the kids loved it. We had a late flight and the owner didn't have another customer coming in that day so she let us check out much later. Very nice of her.
