The location and outlook were wonderful, with lovely views out to the ocean. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was exceptionally clean. It is a very well designed space in both the room and the facilities available at the property. The staff were also lovely, very welcoming and helpful. We would love to go back one day!

Very, very minor things, car parking was a bit tight but manageable. Nespresso machine leaked from the water tank. Construction noise at times from the beachside development, with early starts, but like I say minor points.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vue for our family holiday to Broadbeach. We have 2 young children and we all instantly felt safe and at home in our apartment. It was well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. We thought the beds were very comfortable, and the daily servicing with fresh towels, beds made, stocking up of laundry powders, coffee pods etc was such a treat. It’s about a 15 min walk from the main part of Broadbeach but I loved the walk, it’s a 5 min stroll from the beach and the small grocer that’s perfect to get supplies and delicious coffee. I loved the treat of having a couple of morning saunas as well. Views in the photos don’t do justice, we had 180 degree views of the beach and hinterland it was just beautiful.

Unfortunately our car space had a storage box on it and our car was too big to fit in the space, we needed the biggest car to fit all our luggage but might have tried to reshuffle things and got a smaller car had we known our car wouldn’t fit. The staff were extremely accommodating and we did get car spaces for our stay we just had to move the car a fair bit. It wasn’t a stress, but worth noting and maybe check if there will be a storage box if you will be hiring a large SUV.

Great property and the staff were attentive to our requests. Exceptional views from the 13th floor but important to note that a new apartment block is being built directly in front of it so construction starts at 7 am and it’s noisy on the balcony until 3-3:30 in the afternoon. Lovely small pool and beautiful bbq facilities. Very comfortable beds and good location

There seemed to be someone in the premises in an apartment that had their alarm set every single half hour from 5am to 8am. We didn’t complain but it was difficult to get back to sleep. We were unsure if it was a visitor but would be a problem if it was a resident.

Everything waa brilliant. Beautiful clean facilities and staff were very kind and personable. Kids loved the pool, I loved the sauna. The view of the beach was beautiful. The groundskeeper Marty was very friendly and knowledgable in regard to areas to visit whilst staying. He also provided us with the use of some boards along with buckets and shovels for the beach for the duration of our stay, a selection is kept there for guests to use. My kids didn’t want to leave, will definitely be back.

Great location and view, has all the basic amenities. Loved the jacuzzi and sauna downstairs. The bedrooms were all good, the balcony was lovely and the kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking. Very well equipped and less than 5 minutes walk from the beach.

My colleague upon check in was told things like not to dance on the tables which she felt was very condescending. I understand that perhaps they had bad experiences with people throwing parties however this was not what our purpose was and it felt quite demeaning to be spoken to in that manner.

We loved our stay at the Vue. Our apartment was amazing. Everything was exceptionally modern, clean and beautiful. The facilities were outstanding. Best accommodation we have ever stayed in and our kids are begging to go back. We loved our daily service, the equipment offered like beach towels and boogie boards and the little details like throw rugs and pillows that make the apartment so special. The location is so convenient- right across from the beach and blocks from shops, Pac Fair and transport.

Only small things. Once we returned from a long day out to find the general manager was parked in our allocated parking space, which was after hours and very annoying to solve. Also, the $200 security bond was a surprise that I wish we knew about.

The rooms are beautiful and modern. The bedrooms are large and plenty of wardrobe space. Such a good location to be at the beach every day, only half a block away. The maintenance man who works at the property was great, offering the kids boards and play equipment to take to the beach. The kids loved it. The pool and spa area was always immaculate and clean.

The only comment to make is that the location of property is about a km into Broadbeach shops, bit further than we thought. Easy enough to get the tram in or walk if the kids are willing.

What a lovely stay! From the moment you walk into the outstanding architectural foyer you meet ladies who give you exceptional service which is both friendly and professional. The apartment had top to toe windows which gave you a view to die for! The weather was completely not on our side which was a shame but that’s life! Loved the high standards in linens, homewares and apartment facilities. I will be back and hopefully the sun will shine to use the facilities in the sun. Thank you ladies and Vue!

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment right next to the beach, and it was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, offering stunning partial ocean views. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sunrise over the water and enjoying morning cuppa on the balcony was a highlight of my trip. The proximity to the beach made it easy to take spontaneous walks along the shore and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway.

There was a minor issue where the tiles meet the carpet in the main bathroom, which could use a strip to cover it as it poses a hazard. I brought this to the attention of the reception upon checkout.

A very modern, comfortable and clean apartment. It’s felt spacious and roomy and the children had plenty of room to play. The bedrooms were clean and the bathrooms were lovely.

People could be heard walking around the apartment directly above. The noise of apartment doors being slammed shut was also a bit of an issue. Especially at midnight with three children trying to sleep. Think was in no way the fault of Vue.
