Pool, spa and sauna, coffee shop downstairs, nice apartment.

The apartment manager was not friendly or nice at all. We asked for more toilet paper and was told we would have to purchase it ourselves, we also asked for a blanket that was not delivered and we had to ask for it again. We also had to ask for extra towels and was told we would have to pay $5 each. Very cold manner. I booked the apartment that had 1 queen size and 2 single beds and was told I only booked for 2 people. We were also told they could only issue 2 keys for 3 people that we even offered to pay for an extra key and they still would not issue an extra key.

I liked that you have a outdoor pool which was always heated, outdoor spa and than inside pool and spa...so many options to do when you have a rainy day..we had a couple rainy days and worried what we are going to do but so pleased with all facilities..also a nice small sauna you can use. Rooms were so nice and clean...and my favourite was the balcony which you can enter from every room. Beautiful little restaurant next to the pool so you can have a nice healthy breakfast and coffee with very welcoming staff. Definitely coming again. Already booked for a next year

Took a while to find nearby convenience stores. The guide given by the management was out of date. The nearest Coles/Woolworths is 1.5km, but there is a tram nearby. Management are pretty tight with basic things like toilet paper and dishwashing liquid.

Location was great and balcony views excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and Rudy's Cafe was top quality. Great swimming pool area. Room temperature was always great to come back to after a hot day.

Thought the room needs updating at some stage for the amount charged but that is no criticism of an enjoyable stay.

lovely welcome, beautiful apartment location was perfect, beautiful cafe on site, rest and relax in the pool area. Easy stroll to the beach, shop down the road and another cafe, walk or quick drive to restaurants malls, lovely view from the balcony, or check out the rooftop space also!

the wifi was terrible. kept dropping out after 5 mins. the bed was way too soft.

The property had great facilities and the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the pool area and the view from our balcony. Had air con in the lounge as well as both bedrooms.

Pool tiles need a refresh as a lot are missing. When we arrived after-hours, our key was not with the welcome pack so we had to call and wait for someone to drop it off but they were quick and didn’t leave us waiting too long. Only provided with one bin liner so had to use shopping bags. Dryer was leaking water when in use so had to stop using it and report to reception.

Excellent property with all the facilities, great friendly and helpful staff and very clean. Had a wonderful view of water and building lights from balcony and room. Beautiful aroma in lobby. Good parking. Everything was easy about our stay so we could enjoy ourselves.

Bed could have been a little more firmer but that may be just our preference. If bed was a firm king it would have been perfect :)

Excellent location, perfect views, young lady on reception so friendly. Pool area perfect.

Room whilst it had great views was very dated and shabby. It needed renovating to a modern standard. It was very tired and worn out. Welcome pack was virtually non existent.

Great location to beach and walking tracks. Easy flat walk to Broadbeach. Room was spacious with a large balcony. There are quite a few residents living in other apartments, we found them to be friendly polite and happy to share local tips. Great kitchen and laundry facilities in room

Only negative was that our bed was a little small. It was very comfortable though.
