Beds were comfortable. Had teabags/coffee etc. Two hair dryers. Nice hot shower and literally right across from the tram. Loved that it had both an air-conditioned + an unsuited. The only fault with the place was the toilet did smell like male urine. In which I'm sure management will use my feedback to be more attentive of disinfecting that in the future. I found management really communicative and polite and very reasonable with refunding after I had changed my mind about the late check out + also getting the room early. They did get it ready early as I requested but unfortunately I did not recieve their message on time to check in early. It was nice that they refunded that money. I was quiet satisfied with that result. Thanks for having me. I am keen to stay again 🙂

The room was tidy and spacious for 2 people. The room had a microwave, electric kettle and a toaster. It is located at a stone's throw from the Tram station and Coles Express. All in all, it was a comfortable stay.

The car parking is situated at the basement and you have to key in a lock code to enter or exit. If you are travelling solo, it can be a bit of discomfort for the person driving to get down from the car to punch in the key code every time you want to enter or exit the car parking. Other than that, there was no discomfort at all.

From the Friendly, helpfull well mannered and dressed staff to the beautiful pool area the whole hotel was immaculately kept and the rooms were the cleanest well laid out rooms I've ever been here. It's very y fairly priced so womy break the bank and It's located only minuets minutes from surfers and there is a tram stop across the road if your using public transport. Definitely where I'll be staying if I ever need a hotel again near surfers.

Nothing it was perfect

The room was decent, everything I needed I had. Good facilities etc. Soap and body wash supplied. There's a fridge and kettle/toaster. There's a nice pool too.. Close to the tram as well.

The people coming back to their rooms at all hours of the night were awful and noisy, every single time not trying to be quiet. But I was only there one night so it was ok. I guess.

Loved having a kitchenette.. The room was spacious, and clean. The beds were comfortable. Walking distance to the beach.

The ensuite was difficult to get into. There were no power points near the beds and only one reading light for 3 people. We had to use our own picnic ware as the kitchenette wasn't stocked for 3 people.

Good location with simple rooms with everything we needed.

Only issue was some of the other occupants, but that’s nothing to do with the Gold Coast inn itself. Great place would 100% return if we come back to the Gold Coast

Amazing price for a last minute booking. Very appreciative there is a dependable option for people seeking budget accomodation.

Check in emails could note to pull into street before as there is no driveway to park to pick up keys. You could pull into the car park driveway but you would block it. That said, I noticed afterwards that reception emailed me the car park code and I just didn’t see it.

Only a thin wooden door separates the rooms which to me is quite acceptable for the price. If you are looking for privacy or the Mrs is a screamer you might want to pay a bit more for somewhere a bit more private.

Basic room, awesome location, lovely pool, room was very clean & freshly painted, super affordable. Great spot for a quick pitstop, easy parking, perfect spot for a bed to sleep if you’re heading out. Short walk across highway to beach!

Wish there was a little milk for coffee

Easy access to the room if you arrive later than the check in time. Under cover parking. Importantly, after hours contact with instructions to access the room.

The staff forgot to put toilet paper in the bathroom so we had to purchase some after a late arrival. The air con didn't work.
