The location was excellent and our view from our “partial ocean view” room was amazing. Definitely a full ocean view from the balcony and living areas. The indoor and outdoor pools were great too. Very quiet in the room too.

Currently some renovations occurring in the beach facing outdoor areas. Looks like a new playground and picnic/bbq area is being built so that area was unavailable to be used during our stay.

Super quiet apartment, no squeaky floors or creaky doors, no neighbour noise / lift noise / intrusive outside noises. Lovely location! Overall fab stay. We 100% plan to go back next time (unless we need a different location for some reason) very happy. Apt was spacious and well equipped. Lovely pool and really great kids playground on site! Appreciated the gym too, although it was a little under-equipped and tired. The apartment itself is beautiful and the decor is interesting - lots of faux stone and glass - but not especially kid friendly as it’s all tile floors and toddler-height glass edges etc

Just a few cleaning elements possibly needed attention - such as the old vodka cruiser bottle on the balcony which was half full of cigarette butts. A number of the utensils and kitchen supplies had old crusted bits of food on them and needed a good wash before use Also the lovely wooden blinds throughout the apartment added great character but at least half of them were broken which affected privacy. And this is a minor thing but we felt the need to childproof the very sharp protruding tiled corner of the shower with paper bags and an old paint tin we found in a cupboard, because it was a head injury waiting to happen with a kid slipping post bath/shower.

Sensational beach side apartment in a high rise building, with stunning ocean views. Excellent location within walking distance to surfers, Broadbeach, Northcliff SLSC and of course easy access straight on to the beach.

I would have expected and certainly appreciated more supplies. Very few amenities for such a luxurious apartment. No coffee making machine, no toasty maker, and limited supplies for a ten day stay for example, sachets of coffee, tea bags and a few sachets of sugar, plus two small, long life milks and 4 toilet rolls. Would have loved more toilet rolls for the length of our stay, and real coffee beans + fresh milk upon arrival.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic—beautifully located with a stunning ocean view that made for the perfect escape from work, deadlines, and the constant buzz of daily life. It was incredibly calm and peaceful, just what I needed to unwind and reset. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which really set the tone for the rest of the stay. The residents were warm and welcoming, creating a lovely, friendly atmosphere. I truly enjoyed every moment

That said, there were a few things that took away from the experience. We noticed small roaches coming out at night, which was a bit unsettling. There was also no WiFi during our stay, and the sliding door couldn’t be fully closed, which affected the sense of comfort a little. Overall, it was still a decent stay—we made the most of it and enjoyed the good parts.

I’ve stayed at Aquarius previously and love that it is absolute beach front and only a short walk to Langham for morning coffee, to the local surf club for dinner, and easy walk to Cavil Avenue for shopping and groceries. The room is spacious and comfortable, the views of the coast and hearing the sound of the ocean is relaxing. The outdoor facilities amazing.

The beds, compared to previous stay in another apartment, were not as comfortable. Whilst the kitchen was well appointed and adequately stocked with utensils and appliances, the rangehood is in desperate need of a clean. It was very greasy and dirty, even the switch was covered in grease. Some of the non stick pans needs to be replaced, badly damaged.

Location was fantastic. Facilities are amazing.

The unit we booked, a deluxe two-bedroom with ocean views had great views but there are a few things in the apartment that weren't up to standard. The iron didn't work, the kettle has so much black scaling, only 1 tea towel for four people in a self-catering apartment is a bit mean- we bought you two more, the dinner plates were in short supply and a mish-mash of different plates that were old and marked and the shower had barely any pressure. The beds were also uncomfortable as they were so soft, it felt like we were sleeping on a water bed. The apartment could have been dusted and cleaned better as there was a fair bit of sand on the floors. The vie was amazing and airconditioning in all rooms and living areas made the stay very pleasant indeed.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment and the view was amazing. My kids esp my grandaughter from Sydney loved the pool. We booked this apartment because it was close to seaworld. Alot of restaurants were a walking distance which was handy because we didn't have to drive everywhere. We will definitely stay here again.

Just wished there was more sugar and extra towels. I had to go look for towels, I did asked the people that were staying there aswell but they had no⁰ clue where to get it from.i didn't know where to find the house keeper as it was public holiday and weekend so the front desk was closed.

Location is great - easy access to the beach, short distance from shops at Surfers Paradise and local shops, a short drive from the Gold Coast airport. It is located in the "older" part of the GC where there are no crowds or too many tourists. The two bedroom apartment is private, spacious and has great uninterrupted views of the beach. Access on the balcony was a bonus to enjoy some fresh air, sun and views! The kitchen is great and fully equipped. The laundry facilities (washer/dryer) came in handy for our weekend stay. The pool areas, sauna and indoor spots area are great - we did not use them but they were frequently being used by families during our stay. The underground parking was convenient and was easy to access.

The apartment is dated and could do with an update which would bring this retro apartment into the 21st century. We found there weren't many power points located in the second bedroom and insufficient lighting in the main bathroom. There were some exposed "gaps" in the roof that could have been filled. All of these are minor things that can be fixed and did not detract from the functionality and cleanliness of the apartment. Improved lighting of the car park and hotel for better sight lines at night would be appreciated.

Loved the facilities - we enjoyed the sauna/steam room & pool and had a hit of tennis/squash. Apartment was a great size for a family of 4. Had everything we needed. Great views over Surfers & the beach. Would have loved to stay longer. Parts of the apartment were a bit tired (eg backing curtain had holes in it). We had trouble with turning on the tv but worked it out on the second day and there were no instructions for the air conditioners (we worked this out on the last day - need to press one central button). Right on the beach & close to a surf club for dinner. It was a bit expensive but prices do seem to go up a lot over school holidays.

Surfers Aquarius is positioned in a quiet part of surfers yet super close to everything. Right on the beach direct access to the beach and side streets to walk to local shop and beauty massage etc. The indoor pool and spas are perfect for any weather- the outdoor pool and toddler pool great for a sunny day. Sauna and steam room. Gorgeous gardens and grounds including large BBQ areas with awesome BBQs and stacks of large seating areas for multiple guests families. Excellent kids playground, gym and tennis courts. Lots of guest parking and really liked the table and seating areas at the front looking over the beach. There is nothing at all unthought of with Surfers Aquarious.

There really isn't anything at all to dislike. The apartment we stayed in this time 19C, the dryer didn't work and the ceiling fan In the 2nd bedroom only worked on low making for a hot nights sleep where my child was then happy to sleep on pull out lounge. The verandah flooring could do with a good scrub.
