Fully furnished, got everything you need. Pool was great.

Booked an ocean view apartment but it was only level 7. Got obstructed “ocean view”, not the same as advised on the booking (apparently photos taken from a higher level apartment). Was a bit misleading and I felt a bit disappointed about this.

What a stunning apartment! It's bright, clean, modern, spacious, and boasts excellent views. Our Christmas stay was truly perfect. The staff and residents were all helpful and friendly. The apartment is well-equipped, even providing laundry powder and dishwasher tablets; additional supplies are reasonably priced at reception. (See picture) The beach is just a minute's walk away, and beach chairs are even provided in the main bedroom wardrobe. Broadbeach's restaurants and shops are about a ten-minute walk away. We certainly plan to stay here again.

The location was great! Great views from room. Great that it had a kitchen with enough utensils and also great that it had a laundry and was supplied with laundry detergent, washing up liquid and dishwasher powder. Bed was comfortable and big, bathroom was nice and clean. The staff that contacted me when I booked, the after hours staff that let us in over the phone and the lady that checked us in the next day were very nice and helpful. The guy that checked us out however could’ve been a little more helpful and nice.

The garbage disposal stunk out our floor and room at times, the kettle had an inch of water in it on arrival and had some brown stuff inside. So we didn’t use. Someone was smoking on another balcony and it kept blowing in our room. When we did use the washing machine someone had closed it when wet so it was smelly and made our clothes a bit smelly so I had to wash twice. I made sure to leave open until it dried out. The couch was a little uncomfortable and smelly also. The walls were very marked as it looked like someone had tried to clean but looked horrible. The pictures when booking were of an end room with a full ocean view, so that’s what I thought we would get but we didn’t.

TOP LOCATION Modern new building. Absolutely stunning outlook from the 2bedroom SouthEast apartment in a new modern building. We woke to a sun-kissed vista across dazzling water daily.The ocean breeze kept us cool in the heat and loved that we could open windows in every room or use the Air Conditioning.Super comfie beds in good sized rooms with plenty of storage. Loved that the staff attended to an overlooked cleaning issue straight away and were warm, welcoming and friendly.Did not want to leave & will stay there next time. Owh to live in that apartment full time.Awesome relaxing stay. We also felt very secure there with the key fobs only accessing our own level.

Tight car parks that tested our driving skills but were achievable.Usually plenty of parking on the road to come and go from through the day.

The view from the room was absolutely amazing! The beds were really comfortable and large. I would definitely stay there again. It was also only a short walk to the beach and the main township. We really enjoyed our stay there and hope to be back.

Collecting the keys in the beginning was difficult as the lockbox was inside reception so we had to wait for someone to come into the building so we could collect the keys. (there is a number that you can call to get inside but I didn't have a cellphone plan so I was unable to call)

Not busy in pool and spa, quiet facility. Beach view was perfect

This is my best spot and I was regular customer when I visit Gold Coast.. the apartment with the 2 bedrooms and sea view is amazing brand new and huge... amazing decoration and view.

Unfortunately because when I'm on holidays I like to smoke on the balcony.. me or my visitors sometimes and I didn't know that it is a new rule in this building ... ... now it's prohibited on balconies too... so a very rude old man from the next apartment informed me with very badly way that is prohibited...so i wish to come back but I will not return again. Of course I respect the rules of any building and I didnt smoke at all while i stayed. But he was rude he yell at me like I was his kid and he was ironic while he was hunging his head looking towards to my private balcony... general he ruined my day. 🤷‍♀️

Great View! Living room is spacious. Bathrooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay here!

Drive down to car park was very difficult/challenging if u have a bigger car, the wall between in and out at each level make us very nervous 😂 The kitchen equipment is super basic. Kitchen dish washing liquid x2 , Loundry power x1, Bathroom supplements 2 sets...If you run out of them, you need to pay to buy them which means you stay one night or 5 nights you get the same amount cleaning stuff (better bring your own stuff) Washing machine only connect cold water pipe.

The room was lovely and spacious, it was nice and new and fresh. It had 2 living areas, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, laundry and large balcony. The view was nice and the hotel is in a decent location.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like, we were expecting a slightly better view having chosen an ocean view room and the room could do with a thorough clean. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. But otherwise it was a lovely room and we would happily stay again. The carpark is a bit on the tight side. We ended up with a bigger car than we were expecting, so took a little bit of getting used to the tight corners.

Beautifully appointed apartment. Modern fitout and in excellent condition. Great views of the GC skyline and close to amenities.

The basement car park is a bit of a squeeze getting through gates. Found it stressful in a mid sized SUV. The outside area was well appointed, although when we visited it felt like a wind tunnel. The communal BBQ area was a great opportunity for us to BBQ, however we found the BBQ didn't allow for temperature variation - it was either all on and super hot, or off. Despite these challenges we did enjoy our stay.
