Fully furnished, got everything you need. Pool was great.

Booked an ocean view apartment but it was only level 7. Got obstructed “ocean view”, not the same as advised on the booking (apparently photos taken from a higher level apartment). Was a bit misleading and I felt a bit disappointed about this.

Modern decor in spacious 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. We always feel secure at Opus as each floor can only be accessed by the occupants.Owh and the beds are very comfie and clean. Fabulous wide span ocean and urban views, that are a pleasure constantly through out the day. Its our second time, staying there, for 4 nights, this time, and returning for 7 in a few weeks.Love the open space of the football field and bowling club across the road.The management and staff are friendly and abliging.

Hmm, car parks are a bit tight but doable, but hasn't put us off coming back three times.

The apartment was super nice - really comfortable beds, balcony with sea view, huge TV for evenings, pleasant walk along seafront to get to Broadbeach North entertainment district where on all 3 nights we had unbelievably good meals.

The rug in the sitting area was a trip hazard - all 3 of us stumbled over an edge at least once. Dealing with out of hours reception wasn’t easy as they didn’t seem able to send an SMS to a UK mobile, and then gave the wrong email address for sending passport/ card details to allow for a remote check-in. Once we had been given the code to the key safe, everything was peachy.

What a stunning apartment! It's bright, clean, modern, spacious, and boasts excellent views. Our Christmas stay was truly perfect. The staff and residents were all helpful and friendly. The apartment is well-equipped, even providing laundry powder and dishwasher tablets; additional supplies are reasonably priced at reception. (See picture) The beach is just a minute's walk away, and beach chairs are even provided in the main bedroom wardrobe. Broadbeach's restaurants and shops are about a ten-minute walk away. We certainly plan to stay here again.

The layout and location of the apartment is excellent and the view is amazing! The beds were very comfortable and the staff had been able to accommodate our request for twin beds in second bedroom.

Not a lot of gym facilities. When we arrived there were a few things that had not been checked/cleaned including intercom had foundation on it, coffee table and cupboards had fingerprints/evidence of not being cleaned. Dirty plate in cupboard. Surrounded by construction so the only quiet morning was Sunday.

TOP LOCATION Modern new building. Absolutely stunning outlook from the 2bedroom SouthEast apartment in a new modern building. We woke to a sun-kissed vista across dazzling water daily.The ocean breeze kept us cool in the heat and loved that we could open windows in every room or use the Air Conditioning.Super comfie beds in good sized rooms with plenty of storage. Loved that the staff attended to an overlooked cleaning issue straight away and were warm, welcoming and friendly.Did not want to leave & will stay there next time. Owh to live in that apartment full time.Awesome relaxing stay. We also felt very secure there with the key fobs only accessing our own level.

Tight car parks that tested our driving skills but were achievable.Usually plenty of parking on the road to come and go from through the day.

The location was great! Great views from room. Great that it had a kitchen with enough utensils and also great that it had a laundry and was supplied with laundry detergent, washing up liquid and dishwasher powder. Bed was comfortable and big, bathroom was nice and clean. The staff that contacted me when I booked, the after hours staff that let us in over the phone and the lady that checked us in the next day were very nice and helpful. The guy that checked us out however could’ve been a little more helpful and nice.

The garbage disposal stunk out our floor and room at times, the kettle had an inch of water in it on arrival and had some brown stuff inside. So we didn’t use. Someone was smoking on another balcony and it kept blowing in our room. When we did use the washing machine someone had closed it when wet so it was smelly and made our clothes a bit smelly so I had to wash twice. I made sure to leave open until it dried out. The couch was a little uncomfortable and smelly also. The walls were very marked as it looked like someone had tried to clean but looked horrible. The pictures when booking were of an end room with a full ocean view, so that’s what I thought we would get but we didn’t.

The view from the room was absolutely amazing! The beds were really comfortable and large. I would definitely stay there again. It was also only a short walk to the beach and the main township. We really enjoyed our stay there and hope to be back.

Collecting the keys in the beginning was difficult as the lockbox was inside reception so we had to wait for someone to come into the building so we could collect the keys. (there is a number that you can call to get inside but I didn't have a cellphone plan so I was unable to call)

Not busy in pool and spa, quiet facility. Beach view was perfect

Great modern apartment. Good kitchen, lounge, and bathrooms. Great views, walkable to shops and transport. 2 playgrounds very close by, great for families.

The consumables provided were too little, despite an apartment service halfway through. Only single use sachets of dish washing liquid, laundry liquid, and dishwasher liquid were provided. No dish cleaning brush or dish drying rack were provided
