The apartments are immaculately clean and are all self contained, so they have everything you need plus some. The apartments are very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The location is absolutely top notch and is within walking distance to everything.

We had an issue with the aircon whilst staying, but alerted management and they stated they will fix it at their earliest convenience. Whilst not a complaint, be mindful that there are no lifts at this property so you need to be able to climb stairs with luggage - or specifically request a ground floor apartment.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect. Everything was in the apartment that you could need. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk was there to set us up straight away. Our apartment balcony overlooked the lovely swimming pool and the garden area on the 2nd floor. The two bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of bedding. The main bathroom included a washing machine and dryer and a couple of packets of washing powder was included. The en suite had a lovely walk in shower and included a hair dryer. The kitchen was excellently equipped with every utensil you might need. The communication with the off site manager was excellent and all instructions were easy to understand. I absolutely loved this place and the location was ideal.

Clean and close to the everything

It would have been appreciated if the management disclosed that they would debit an additional $200 from my account as security the day before my arrival. This was retuned three days after my departure but it should have been stated during the booking process.

Location, layout, clean linen and free wi-fi

3rd floor and no lift. Dripping taps that wouldn't turn on (these were reported and fixed promptly) Dirty tables inside and out. Sand over balcony. Sliding doors on wardrobes were off their tracks.

Great location, nice apartment, clean pool. Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our early check in.

Apartment had a curry smell during our stay. Maybe a carpet cleaning would help. Small room did not have air conditioner and it was very hot at some evenings. They had a party in two room on two different days.

Love the apartment so big, great locations, easy access, pool, great bathrooms, big kitchen, nice balcony, bbq near pool and walking distance to shops,food,beach and transport definitely stay here when we visit next

Easy check in. Good communication from management.Very clean - watched the cleaners in operation and they were vey through. Close to shops and restaurants and the beach.

Lounge wasn’t that comfortable.

It was quiet, peaceful and a stones through from Broadbeach shops, restaurants and beach. Easy to get to via public transport or car. Great value for money, large rooms, well kept with all the bits you need to cook. Lovely staff to check us in and out. Very friendly and accommodating. Plus the pool was excellent.

Aircon in the back bedroom would have been great and possibly a blackout blind in the room with two beds.

Central location with lots of fun activities close by. The apartment was awesome value for money. Other permanent guests were friendly & welcoming. Manager Mel was outstanding. Making contact before, during & after we left (even when she was at home with a sick child) Honestly couldn't fault our stay here & would 100% recommend to anyone & will hopefully book there again on our next adventure down south.
