The location was perfect - just a short walk to the tram, restaurants, bars and shopping centre, which made getting around and exploring super easy. Our room was very clean and matched the description online, with everything we needed already stocked and ready to go. It made for a really comfortable stay.

The Foxtel connection was unreliable in the evenings, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t quite effective at cooling our room. However, since it was Autumn, we were able to open the sliding window and use the ceiling fan, which made the room comfortable enough for us.

Jaime and Randall were incredibly accomodating throughout our stay. As a queer couple, we felt so safe and welcome at Aruba Beach resort - particularly using the pool area. The interior design was super charming and our flat was immaculate. Check in was easy and the parking was easy to access via stairs from the unit. We loved staying in the heart of Broadbeach - far less hectic than Surfers Paradise but still plenty of restaurants and nightlife to enjoy. The light rail and beach were only a short walk away. We loved our stay at Aruba beach resort and will definitely be back!

The location is excellent. We had to go to the Convenience Centre a couple of times, which was a short walk. The tram and bus stops are very close. Getting there from the airport with a bus and tram was very easy. We also went to Sea World with a bus and that bus stop was also just a short walk away. The lounge area and bedroom was furnished with new, modern furniture and crisp, white linen. There were only 2 blankets (very comfy plush) available and no duvet, but we still slept very well because of the ceiling fan and comfy bed. We just kep the aircon in the lounge on throughout the night. We had no noise disturbances even though we stayed during a busy weekend. Didn't use the washing mashine, dryer or dishwasher, but that's a great extra for longer stays. And the pouches with washing detergent is a great feature. The pool was lovely.

Would like to have a summer duvet instead of a blanket. I cleaned the top of the ceiling fan in the bedroom as it was quite dusty. A hairdryer and ironing facilities would be nice.

The location is perfect. Right in the heart of Broadbeach and close to the beach itself. The rooms are large and spacious with a great couple of balconies. Beds are comfortable but bring your eye mask as one of the rooms is quite bright when the sun comes up early. The kitchen is functional and the room size is great for a couple of coupes or teen/adult children

There was nothing we really didn’t like understanding that we stayed in the middle of Broadbeach so you have the noise of the night but it stops around 1030

Great location, easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The pool was excellent. Good facilities in the room, including a washer and dryer. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There is no elevator to the rooms, so you just need to be prepared and able to carry your bags up and down the stairs.

Great access to basically anywhere in surfers paradise, pool and spa was was awesome, looks of kitchen utensils made cooking so much easier and a very cute doggy to welcome you to your visit.

Hard to write anything bad about the property but only downside is no elevator but only 4 flights of stairs so definitely manageable

It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The staff at the hotel were exceptional—so friendly and attentive. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their dedication to providing excellent service truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful location and outstanding hospitality!

GREAT LOCATION!!! ... Food & Beverages right outside the gate... and within walking distance to everything, Beach located at the opposite end of the street, BWS, Fish n Chips, Kebabs, Thai, Italian, Greek, Gelato, SEAFOOD!!! the LOT.. Also, Woolworths in mid-town for those essential buys. Kids Playground right across the street... Hotel Parking and off-street Parking available, (not 1 of those down-the-end an round-the-bend kinda parking neither, we parked 1 of our cars right outside the front entrance.) Attended a League tournament during our stay so the Pool and Spa facilities were a fantastic remedy. Room facilities were just as awesome... 24-7 access, where u could come and go as u pleased, not too fiddly that the kid had to be under surveillance the WHOLE time, but plenty of space to try and be Super-man off the bed and couch.(IYKYK), Checking in was a BREEZE... due to work commitments, our awesome Concierge, Tanlya, was able to accommodate us with our certain needs, no matter how LATE we were, (she deserves a Grammy for her outstanding efforts.) All in all, this was 1 of the beauties on our "Chill-Lax" list.

Even though this place has no elevator, it wasn't a real issue for us, maybe it's because there are only 3 Floors and we were on the 2nd level. Naah, didn't bother us at all.

Great location for the Blues Festival with easy access to all venues and the plethora of Broadbeach restaurants - was able to park up the car and walk everywhere. Unit was very clean, spacious and surprisingly quiet (windows closed) considering the festival venues in close proximity. Great kitchen set-up with full-sized fridge - very handy! Great pool / spa and barbecue area.

Bathroom amenities are basic and minimal - one small cake of soap was insufficient for the 3-night stay and it was only being used for the hand basin. The bed was very firm - acceptable for us but possibly not for others. There are no lifts and even for "ground floor units" (also referred to as Level 1 units), there are two small sets of stairs (8 steps each) to negotiate from the carpark. Useful to know if there are mobility issues and having to carry suitcases.

This property was absolute value for the money that we paid, it is located in the best spot and the hosts are lovely and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay again. The pool and spa were well maintained and great to use also.

It would be 100% if it had a lift, but understandable as to why it does not.
