Nice and central location. Close to beach, mall and restaurants. Park nearby with playground for younger children. Spacious apartment with great facilities.

In general the apartment was clean but could definitely do with a good spring clean. Mould on the ensuite bathroom windows and on the window in the twin bedroom. Also a lot of dust on the shelves in the master walk in wardrobe and under the couches in the lounge.

The apartment was beautiful and fairly well equip.

Checking in was not easy despite being there during hours reception should have been open. We were unable to get a second key. I would have liked more than one dishwasher tablet for a 3 night stay and extra toilet paper.

Windows in both bedrooms were filthy dirty and could not be opened Paintwork is generally looking a bit scruffy, bottom of doors no paint and look like wheat bix most door architraves previously repaired with copious builders silicone making the interior look very tired would have appreciated a long handled broom Cracks in the mirrored sliding door curtains in lounge off the track and not fitted all the way across

Vey nice décor - loved the Balinese look. Rooms were very spacious. Great room to accommodate a family

patio area needs a clean - we sat outside but couldn't walk on the tiles outside. Appears to be mould

Beachfront location and near all the main shopping and eating areas

No lifts and had to carry heavy luggage from garage to the top most floor which was up 4 flights of stairs

As a family of four looking to stay in Broadbeach, La Grande was a fantastic choice! Its convenient location made it easy to walk to the beach, shops, and tram stop, which we loved. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. While it has a bit of an older charm, it added to the character of our stay. Overall, it was a great base for our holiday, and we’d happily stay here again!

Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like! The apartment does have an older charm, which might not suit everyone’s taste, but it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, so it didn’t bother us at all. Everything else, from the location to the amenities, was fantastic!

I liked that the beach was just outside our door and also the shopping centre is an easy 5 min walk. The staff are lovely and the rooms are big and spacious. Very comfortable beds and pillows

Just a couple of things caught my eye. The interior is a little tired and my apartment needed a new exhaust fan over the hotplates and part of one of the curtains had fallen down. Might be worth investing in air con for each bedroom also for the summer as it was a little warm with only the fans. Overall, aa very pleasant place to stay.

Great location- with beach patrol across the road for Beach play. Shops short walk including supermarkets, restaurants, casino. Facilities clean, well kept large apartment, great position for our family with apartment on ground floor, close to pool for kids. Pool clean, water and surrounds of pool well maintained. "Loved it" was the resounding comments from the family as we drove back to the airport. Security is high on our priority list and this complex is very secure, with key access only. High fences through out- even the apartment, had private access to facilities.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need, very clean & even had a little view of the waves from the main bedroom. Short walk to woolworths, multiple restaurants to choose from, small arcade for the kids, & there's a cute little cafe overlooking the beach. Pool was a favourite with the kids & the beach is only across from the apartment. Family loved our stay there & will definitely come back for another visit. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in after a long day.
