Nice and central location. Close to beach, mall and restaurants. Park nearby with playground for younger children. Spacious apartment with great facilities.

In general the apartment was clean but could definitely do with a good spring clean. Mould on the ensuite bathroom windows and on the window in the twin bedroom. Also a lot of dust on the shelves in the master walk in wardrobe and under the couches in the lounge.

The apartment was beautiful and fairly well equip.

Checking in was not easy despite being there during hours reception should have been open. We were unable to get a second key. I would have liked more than one dishwasher tablet for a 3 night stay and extra toilet paper.

Windows in both bedrooms were filthy dirty and could not be opened Paintwork is generally looking a bit scruffy, bottom of doors no paint and look like wheat bix most door architraves previously repaired with copious builders silicone making the interior look very tired would have appreciated a long handled broom Cracks in the mirrored sliding door curtains in lounge off the track and not fitted all the way across

I liked the decor, the unit was excellent. The location wag great

The spa was to cold, I did ask if it could be turned up. I was told it was on recommended heat 35 degrees, this temperature might be ok for summer time but I feel in winter it should be at least above body tremperature. The reason I picked this plac to stay was because it had heated pool and a spa but I couldn’t use either of them due to tremperature. I didn’t feel like there was enough supplies eg: coffee,tea, sugar, we were staying 3nights 4 people we didn’t even get enough to make one drink each the first day. . There was no washing powder at all and not enough toilet paper.

Vey nice décor - loved the Balinese look. Rooms were very spacious. Great room to accommodate a family

No lifts and had to carry heavy luggage from garage to the top most floor which was up 4 flights of stairs

As a family of four looking to stay in Broadbeach, La Grande was a fantastic choice! Its convenient location made it easy to walk to the beach, shops, and tram stop, which we loved. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. While it has a bit of an older charm, it added to the character of our stay. Overall, it was a great base for our holiday, and we’d happily stay here again!

Honestly, there wasn’t much we didn’t like! The apartment does have an older charm, which might not suit everyone’s taste, but it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, so it didn’t bother us at all. Everything else, from the location to the amenities, was fantastic!

There is nothing better on a holiday than not having to drive anywhere, and that's what this location gets you. just across the road from the amazing beachside active path, usually a late riser, it was invigorating to get up and go for a walk with everyone as the sun rose over the beautiful surroundings. The apartment was great! Huge, kitchen did the trick, beautiful sea breeze flows through given the full depth of building layout of the apartment. Brilliant for a family holiday with young kids.

I liked that the beach was just outside our door and also the shopping centre is an easy 5 min walk. The staff are lovely and the rooms are big and spacious. Very comfortable beds and pillows

Just a couple of things caught my eye. The interior is a little tired and my apartment needed a new exhaust fan over the hotplates and part of one of the curtains had fallen down. Might be worth investing in air con for each bedroom also for the summer as it was a little warm with only the fans. Overall, aa very pleasant place to stay.
