The location was excellent, close to the beach, surf club and many, many amenities, including great playground for the grand children to use. On site staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool was great and the BBQ area was very nice. We had intended to use the tennis court but ran out of time. The best part was the ocean view from the lounge and bedroom and convenience to everything we needed.

The apartment was a little dated and I had to do a little cleaning before using the kitchen and bathroom, including removing compacted hair in the bathroom sinks causing a blockage. The cleaners need to perform a bit better

Location for our needs was fantastic. Walking distance to everything we needed and when we did use the car it was an easy navigation to and from the resort. Restaurants in area varied and many. Beach was just across the road and we had a great view of the beach from our room. The facilities were great, spacious and beds comfortable.

Would have been nice to have prior warning that there were building works before our arrival. Dusty work made it difficult to enjoy the view some afternoons from the balcony.

Fantastic location. We had a one bedroom apartment with a partial view of the sea. The apartment was very roomy, exceptionally clean and everything you needed, the bed was comfortable, wifi was included and was very good. Air conditioning in the living areas was very good and the fan in the bedroom did a great job. Great size Balcony with furniture, a clothes horse and pegs included along with a washing machine and dryer. 150 meters from Oasis shopping centre, Kurrawa surf club and a Pub all within 300 meters and good food. Plenty of eateries with different choices at the Oasis centre and were always busy. Tram stop one street away and the the beach not far at all. Found Broadbeach to be a great area and not so noisy at night. Staff at reception were very friendly. Loved our apartment and we stayed for a week, I will definitely go back to Pacific resort again. Lifts were good and fast.

Can’t complain about anything

The resort is in a fabulous location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The heated pool was really good with lovely gardens surroundings. The unit was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

The first unit we were in was in desperate need of renovation and after a couple of nights we spoke with the manager and he very kindly was able to relocate us into a much nicer room.

Convenient central location for 'Blues on Broadbeach' music festival! Close to local venues, restaurants & grocery shopping. No need to use the car. Good to have full kitchen facilities giving the option to eat in as well as out.

The mattress was uncomfortable - you could feel the bed rock with every slight movement of the person next to you all night! BBQ cleaning equipment was a little old & overused but otherwise good!

Weekday staff did not interact with us as we passed reception for the whole time we were there Could have offered umbrellas to guests as the weather turned wet for 4 days straight unexpectedly!

Great value for money - given the location, balcony views, pool facility and easy carparking.

Furnishing a bit sparse and dated - our living room for 2 people had a double sofa and two dining chairs; furniture is more practical than comfortable, but all was clean and functional.

Great location, close to the beach and only a 5 minute walk to two different restaurant and cafe areas. Good onsite parking and amenities. Good sea views from the balconies and while the furnishings are not luxurious, they were adequate and comfortable for our needs. Overall, good value for money.

Very good property in good location that provides an easy walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. Property was also very quiet and the pool facilities were a great temperature. Highly recommend!

the location was fantastic & the apartment had everything you needed and was very clean & pool, spa & sauna we’re all fantastic.

we arrived at 12.30 & no one had let us know they closed on a Saturday at 12 even though they messaged to ask our arrival time. when we called them at front of units we were told the room was ready but we had to wait till 2pm for check in & we couldn’t even leave our bags inside in the foyer area so had to carry them around with us which was a bit disappointing as if we’d known that we wouldn’t have gone straight there from Aitport
