Best location in Broadbeach with so many options to dine nearby. Be it Indian, Italian, Persian, Turkish-- You name it. Also many seafood restaurants as well. The best part of the deal was to get an extra 10 % Discount for dining in La Pacheretta (an Italian Restaurant). Very close to Broadbeach North Tram station and Bus stops as well. You don't need to hire a car as these are accessible very easily. The room felt like home. Very comfy and has good views.

The wifi does not cover the entire apartment. Some blind spots especially in the bedroom of the apartment where we stayed. You have to clean daily unless you stay for a minimum of 8 days ( when housekeeping comes only once midway). This was the first time we did not have daily room service. Also, the starter pack (tea, coffee, soap) will not be supplied once over. All need to be purchased at your own expense.

Staff were very friendly considering it was Broadbeach so they're usually stuck up.

Our door didn't have the hydraulic door shutter attached & although this hotel is built in the times when things were built properly so you don't hear a peep from anyone from inside your room generally, we were advised upon checking out (receptionist came to knock on our door) that she had 5 complaints about a door banging shut on multiple occasions that morning. She was pretty good about it & I apologised by openly nominating my male guest as the culprit (it was actually him though). In our defence I did claim to be used to doors that didn't slam at hotels & she said they would sort that out immediately.

When I first arrived we were given a room on the second floor. When we entered the room straight away we were unimpressed with the room. We have stayed at the Phoenician Resort a number of times and have always been placed in the best rooms. I didn’t want to ask but my confident 18 year old had no problem talking to your beautiful staff about changing rooms. The staff have always been so beautiful to her. And they did. We received a room that was beautiful and resemble the rooms we stayed in previously. It even had a distant ocean view! When we want to get away for a short holiday, we now only choose to go to the Phoenician.

There is nothing I do not like.

Location of the unit was perfect, also the unit itself was , clean, stylish, relaxing, comfortable. Made friends with the wild life and enjoyed both ocean and mountain views. Amazing day and night. Air conditioning worked very well, comfortable bed and friendly staff. The hotel atmosphere and decor is very impressive and welcoming , though I didn't swim on this visit the pool was very inviting and very pretty at night. I look forward to having the chance to stay there again

There was a maintenance issue, staff organised maintenance the next morning, Was not something that would usually happen, and was fixed the next day. Only thing that day was I was woken up in the cosy bed earlier than planned and as maintenance was working I was unable to use the shower. Went out and by the time I had returned the job was complete. We also no matter how hard we tried we could not find our room number or connect to the internet , used my phones hot spot, however I suggest if you have the same trouble, take your device to reception and I am sure they will help you find your room number. Ours didn't come up on either phone, unsure why. However I had data I just used that. Didn't even miss my Xbox to be honest.

great location and accommodation. very handy to be in the heart of the gold coast and to be opposite the conference venue

We had a magnificent room and everything was lovely. The swimming pool was warm although there is quite a walk to get to it. We loved the atmosphere of the place and it is so near everything the restaurant next door charging only $10 for eggs on toast and the coffee was superb. Very comfortable and very relaxed .

I was a bit shocked with an answer when I stated I would love to book that apartment again and I got a sharp answer back that led me to believe it would not be available.

Location was incredible. We were 1 train stop from Pacific Fair, plus walking distance to local supermarket, & as room had cooking facilities, we cooked at home instead of going out. Beach was 2 roads away so a 2 minute walk. Lovely walking tracks both ways. Carparking for our car free & a great system. Had a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, which was awesome.

For a family of 4, only 1 small towel each. Yes we had a dryer to use, but a couple of extra towels would have been great.

Staff including out of hours staff are friendly and helpful. Indoor pool was great, our baby loved it, it was nice and warm and clean. Room was large and had plenty of space for us and our baby’s travel cot. Shower had great water pressure and was always hot. The Phoenician is in a great location and the added bonus of free parking for our car was great

Sometimes we had a weird drain smell in the room but we didn’t stay long enough for it to be an issue

It was a great change from the madness of Surfers, to be in Broadbeach. The welcoming staff, the heated pool, sauna, proximity to Star and good food options were perfect.

The only thing I didn't like was the late night early morning noise of life down below on the surrounding streets. To be honest I accept the noise, it's just that the aged windows and sliding doors don't quite seal up, so even on the 5th floor it was distracting.
