Location, short walk to beach, shops, supermarket, restaurants, convention centre, helpful staff, nice pool.

Unit needs a good, deep clean. Caked on dust on top of some of the furniture, stains on mats & lounge cushions, mould/mildew on front curtains, stains in areas of kitchen. Not the end of the world by any means and we’d happily stay here again, just needs a thorough clean and dusting.

Location, pool area. Apartment and beds were comfortable.

Dryer didn't work very well. There was no basic staples in the room ie salt and pepper, oil, washing powder etc. We brought stuff but assume it wouldn't be left in the apartment for the next guests.

Superior 1 bedroom ocean view. Good view. Property is next door to Oasis shopping centre . Everything very handy.

Great location with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very spacious apartment with water views.

The kitchen, appliances and bathrooms are quite old, needing a renovation. The e property photos were deceiving showing renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Only one set of dishwasher and laundry detergent. We had to ask for more every second day, which was inconvenient due to limited reception hours during Easter weekend. Some stains showing on bed linen and dirty mugs and pan. The parking spot allocated was occupied so we were assigned another one.

I was in room 1602. The view was absolutely amazing and I don't think there is another room in the hotel with a better room (maybe 1601?). It was an uninterrupted view of the sunrise, the beach and I could see both ways up and down the street. Absolutely perfect. The unit itself had everything I could need. A full kitchen, a laundry, a really big bedroom with a lot of cupboard space and an open loungeroom and dining table. It was close to all the restaurants and bars of Broadbeach and right beside the Oasis shopping centre. Also easy walk to the light rail for the 50c fare to wherever you need to go. Special mention to Jan on reception who is their secret weapon. Absolutely excellent service. I walked all the way up to Main Beach and down to Burleigh and the hotel is perfect to walk down to the beach opposite. I will definitely stay again.

The only negative, which I find in a lot of apartments like this on the Gold Coast, is that they need a deep clean. I could see dirt under the couch and grease on the stove/range hood which had been there for a while. It seemed to have had a 'once over' and the sheets and towels and everything had been wiped over but it needed a serious deep clean.

The location was great. We had a balcony which overlooked parkland and the ocean. It was close to the beach, lots of shops and restaurants. The room was a good size with a well equipped kitchen. There was free easily accessible parking.

There was only an air conditioner in the lounge room. This meant that the bedroom was too warm to sleep well unless you turned the air conditioner up high all day. You were not able to open the window in the bedroom as there was no balcony there. There was no soap available.

This is the third time we have stayed here as it’s such a wonderful location. Its so close to everything- great restaurants, the beach, the surf club, great walking paths, close to amenities (super market) and within walking distance to pacific fair. It’s all about location!

It is aged inside the apartments - it could do with a bit of a spruce up however it was very clean and had everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. If you are on the lower levels it’s also quite loud.

Excellent location across the road from the park, beach, Oasis shopping centre and within walking distance to Pacific Fair shopping mall. There are many places for eating out and great night life. The room had a fantastic view across to the beach and water. Comfortable bed and pillows. The unit had a well equipped kitchen for use which was helpful for preparing meals. Friendly staff at reception who helped with any needs we had.

Although the property is in an ideal setting, the decor is getting tired and a little dated. The unit needs a deep spring clean due to dust build up on walls and curtains and for general cleanliness. Having said this it was a lovely place to stay.

Property was well equipped and well maintained. Reception was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. Views were spectacular and quality of fit-out excellent

Really need air con in bedrooms and extraction in Bathrooms more washing up liquid. And some kitchen roll more bin bags and cleaning materials. Which would allow us to leave the place much cleaner. Need a frying pan.

The location was excellent and the pool was warm. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to the supermarket, beach, cafes and plaza.

It wasn't super toddler friendly as there was a lot of glass furniture and the balcony rail wasn't super high. each guest only had one towel but you could hire beach towels from reception if they hadn't run out.
