The location and views were exceptional. The unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. They offered us an early check in. Free parking included.

- The rollaway bed provided was very uncomfortable. - There were only sheets on the beds. We had to search the cupboards for blankets. The coverlet in the master bedroom looked like it hadn’t been washed and was dusty. - only one rubbish bag was provided for the three night stay. - the lady on reception seemed very grumpy every time we spoke with her. - the bathrooms were clean but dated. - the sauna had an overpowering smell and we couldn’t use it.

Fabulous view of the ocean and location was great close to supermarket and Pacific Fair. Fans in the bedrooms on hot nights was a bonus. Having our own laundry was fantastic.

In the apartment that we had, the kitchen and bathrooms were a little tired in decor and there was a hole in the bedroom door. The air conditioning smelled bad so we couldn't use it. The tv was set oddly so that the picture didn't fit the screen. Minor problems that didn't affect the enjoyment or comfort of our stay but our expectations were higher considering we had paid extra for a superior apartment. Our friends stayed in a similar apartment which was newly renovated so it just depends on which apartment you get.

Outstanding!!! We booked a 1 bedroom Superior Apartment with Ocean Views. We were notified that we could do an early checkin which was a first for us. Lovely friendly and welcoming staff. The view was amazing, overlooking the beach. The apartment was clean and beautifully presented. Queen size bed was comfortable, full kitchen amenities. Beautiful pool and warm spa with plenty of poolside seating. Location was perfect! Across the road from the patrolled surf beach, Cafe and playgrounds just a short walk. Woolworth and Oasis shopping next door and a huge variety of restaurants to choose from. Price was very reasonable. We are local queenslanders who often go the Gold Coast and have stayed at numerous accommodations. Hands down South Pacific Plaza is the stand out favourite. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely 5 nights. We'll see you soon!

Having to return home!

The view was good and facing the sea was exactly what we loved - the location is ideal and is close to the beach and restaurants

The master bathroom had old taps and the shower head that need upgrading - also there should be more cleaning powders and sprays and toilet paper available The changed policy of paying for our stay before we arrived - previously we have paid on arrival or the next day

Fantastic location opposite beach and park and Surf Club, and beside Oasis Shopping centre and restaurants. Perfect location for me. Easy walk to Pacific Fair. Even though my unit was not one of the renovated ones, it was very comfortable and with a spacious bathroom and kitchen. It would be good if they had instructions how to set up Netflix etc so you can cast off phone. Foxtel doesn't really have much worth watching for me. In height of summer it really would need another aircon in bedroom. But I will happily book there again.

Superb location, central to the Pacific Fair shopping centre / Convention centre with multiple nearby restaurants and grocery stores to pick up essentials for our trip. Great view, lovely decorating, very comfortable rooms.

There was a bit of damage to areas of the hotel room; chips in the painting, part of the floor vinyl lifting, but that wasn't much of an issue for us personally. Still one of the best and most comfortable locations my friends and I have stayed on the Gold Coast :)

Very big appartement. Big bedrooms, kitchen, washing machine. Great location. Near shops, ocean, parks… Superbe ocean views. Parking space. Very helpful at reception. Good wifi. Sky tv.

We payed for the superior apartment with air conditioning… the apartment didn’t have air conditioning. The appartement was dirty, it needed a got clean, and even a paint!

Great location, walk across the road to the beach, supermarket and food shops all within a 3 minute walk. Also a 5 min drive to Cavill Ave or trams run every 15 mins. Receptionist was lovely with some helpful hints for getting around, pool was beautiful and not too cold so was easy to get in, unlike some we’ve experienced! Our room was clean, no complaints at all and my son loved the foxtel, Overall a lovely stay, it’s a little bit quieter than the busy Cavill area so it was nice to go there for the entertainment then relax back in our room

The location and facilities were phenomenal. The view was my favourite and my kids loved the pool. My hubby and I both loved that we could wake up for an early morning run on the esplanade.

The table was slightly wobbly and we mentioned to the staff who responded efficiently. So nothing bad to say about our stay.

Good side view, although I should have called in after my booking to request an ocean facing room with a bit of sun - much needed for us Victorians 😁 Else, the room was great, very satisfied.

Everything was good, there was nothing unsatisfactory. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. There’s no negative experience to list.
