Shares the best location in Broadbeach (there's a few unit blocks on the seafront near the mall which are all brilliant for location and views). Amazing views over the park to the beach, couple of minutes walk to the centre of Broadbeach or the beach. Units are individually owned which makes them all different but the one we got was all brand new inside and very comfortable. All the units seem to have beach views as there are no back units in this block. No other building blocks the view for any apartment. It's a basic block without games room, tennis courts, sauna or gym etc. but it does run to a nice pool and spa out the front. Staff are really nice. All the other blocks on the beachfront were way more expensive when we stayed. It's not cheap, but can be cheaper than the fancier blocks around it. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

The balcony only just sits 3-4 people on the side units but it maximises inside space instead. If you want a more featured stay the place next door Beach Haven runs to multiple pools inside and out, spa, sauna, steam room, tennis courts and gym but it's way more expensive for the same location and view. If you don't need these extras then the Sandpiper is perfect.

Apartment was nice and tidy great size I had a one bedroom, and the kitchen was modern enough with most things you will need. Fridge was a full size and enough room for anything. nice balcony that faced the beach. The Apartment was in a great location I block away from Broadbeach Mall with Woolies and restraints surrounding the location. Communication was great with the front desk.

it only had one air conditioner, and it was not powerful enough to reach the bedroom, so it does get a bit hot during the night. there is a ceiling fan.

The location great beach across the road. Handy to shops and restaurant but nice and quiet. Really friendly reception - very helpful. Nice kitchen, nice layout of apartment - very comfortable Bed good. Older bathroom but still nice - good shower. Handy having a washing machine. Car space provided. Lovely pool and gardens downstairs. Loved our stay - would book again.

Just ceiling fan in bedroom at night (hot weather) - but we got round this by letting cold air in from air con in loungeroom.

Lovely it has been all done up. The whole apartment felt new. The lady at the reception desk was also lovely, chatting to us about what we were up to and helping us get our key ( we checked in on a Sunday out of hours). Very close walk to restaurants and the beach.

The bin man/ road noise was a little noisey early in the mornings but this wasn’t their fault! I feel like the bin man came two days in a row, someone was banging at 5:40 in the morning. But as I say this wasn’t the properties fault. Trees blocked some of the ocean view as we were 4th floor but could still see it and was lovely.

The location was perfect for us, close to food and convention centre. Reverse cycle air conditioning was efficient. Full fridge which was great. My husband is mobility challenged and uses a walker, the lift goes right to the basement which was perfect for going in and out by car for him. The bed was comfy. Not a lot of view but we were there to visit family so this did not worry us.

The showers have a small ledge to get into so they are not suitable for anyone who is unable to step into the shower. It was too cold for us to try out the pool!

It was so close to the beach which was amazing and only an Uber drive away from everything. Loved having kitchen facilities and an apartment-like place, unlike hotels. It was great for what we needed in our stay.

Didn't like the self-serve part - you're offered a started pack which is a cloth, teatowel and tiny sachets of the dishwasher, washing powder so we had to buy our own which sucked, also no condiments eg salt, and pepper, or sauce nothing like that, no extra toilet paper just 1 roll.

We had a one bedroom unit, which was recently refurbished, so very nice. The décor was new and very suited. The bedroom had a king bed and was a good sized room with great ocean and park views. The bathroom, although small, was practical. The living, kitchen and dining areas were a good size for 2 people. There was enough room and kitchenware to have visitors over. The balcony was a good size with good views. The unit had designated underground parking, though not suitable for tall cars or those with roof pods. The road was not too noisy. All in a very nice little unit. We attended the Pacific Airshow at Surfers and found we were better to do the 20 min walk than catch the over-crowded tram, so location was suitable for us.

I can't say the bed was overly comfortable, and the pillow selection was a challenge. We had to spring for batteries for the TV remote. There was a slight hick-up with Booking.com not passing messages on in-time, but all up no real concerns.

The view , and how neat everything was. Very homey ! The receptionist was also very beautiful and lovely to deal with.

The bathroom was a bit outdated , a bit strange with the sliding mirror infront of the loo. watching yourself on the toilet lol. But it was very clean and tidy ! The actual building outside of the apartment, the carpet in the corridors smelt musky , wet , damp smell. Did drift into the apartment , but we kept the balcony open for the ocean breeze ! (That’s nothing to do with the apartment itself)

Everything was exactly what I needed at the end of the day to come home to. Can hear and sea the ocean. Lots of Cafe's and restaurants close by. Was on the top floor, very spacious, washing machine and dryer came in handy. good kitchen size. everything nice and clean.

Could do with a few more utensils and prep bowls that's it everything else was lovely :-)

Excellent location, to the park, beach and walking distance to many great restaurant areas. Staff was very friendly and provided us with 2 beach towels to use. Unit was very clean, The kitchen and laundry areas were very functional.

The bed was made up of 2 twin beds put together and they should probably be replaced as they are well worn and very uncomfortable. The bathroom could use improved lighting as it is not well lit and makes it difficult to see well when using the mirror.
