Everything was clean and lovely and the location was perfect for restaurants

Communication and information was lacking. paperwork to find reception from the car park hard to follow and you needed a key to access the door to the lifts that we did not have because we had not checked in as yet to get it, luckily someone helped us get up to reception from the car park. Then we asked was there a trolley for our baggage at the second tower, they said they would send one over. They did not tell us where to locate this trolley and that there was another reception at the second tower. So communication very lacking when we had never stayed there before. The room was serviced one day with no information to say that this was going to occur on this day.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was great! The room temperature was comfortable. The kitchen was very nice, and the couch and TV were great.

We didn't realise that heating for the spa pool wasn't working - this was something that we were really looking forward to. One of the lifts was out of order and when we went to go down to reception to check out, we had to wait for over 10 minutes for a lift to pick us up. There were lots of people in the lift and one lady said they had to wait for 15 minutes for the lift!

The room was lovely. The furniture (white chairs and cream arm chair) old and grubby. There was no information in the room regarding facilities or how to use things. The washer I could not get to work frustrating. To be honest I wasn’t overly happy that I had to walk from tower 2 to 1 at 23.45 at night. Luckily I met the security man. Not the best really. I had stated what time I would get there. There was no information where I could take garbage, so I left it there. I found hotel reception guy very very helpful during the day. There was no body lotion in the bathroom that was rectified very quickly.

As above I would stay again but would look for somewhere else if I was coming in late again and I was to get tower one.

We were there during the cyclone and were on the 25th floor which became quite terrifying during the cyclonic winds. We retreated to the lobby around 11 pm and the staff were exceptionally understanding and found us another room on a lower level to spend the night. They checked on us the next day. We found all the staff to be polite and considerate even though they were working g during such tough and testing conditions.

The location was excellent with coffee shops, restaurants below and a supermarket close by. The room was spacious, quiet with very comfortable beds. All facilities were very good and well kept.

Car park was owned by a seperate company which caused problems. We booked a car park spot and parked our hire car in the correct spot allocated only to be given a $88 car park fine on our last day. Peppers said they would follow up the mistake and were apologetic, but it was still annoying and something to look out for.

Loved the decor of the room, the view and the facilities. Reception was very friendly and helpful.

Loved everything about the hotel, great choice of cafes and restaurants in the area. The only thing I would suggest for improvement in the future is the waste area on our level, to reduce the smell if at all possible.

Everything was within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the room was well presented when I arrived. All the extras like pool, gym, and sauna were spotless. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The washing machine had my clothes in a never-ending cycle. Got there at the end though.

huge apartment and well equipped. Even had slippers. lots of shops and restaurants downstairs, walking distance to the casino. Had been informed that there was construction work nearby but i didn't hear anything during my stay. Super convenient and would definitely stay again.

there was no laundry detergent provided although there was a washer and dryer. But i just popped over to Woolies to get some. Pillows in the 2nd bedroom were very stiff and hard. not comfy at all. Had to use my own travel pillow.

Lovely staff, amazing view of the beach from our room. Amenities all clean and in good working order. Amazing location :)

No power point in the bathroom at all. The furniture was a bit outdated and carpets probably need to be replaced. We were traveling with our one year old and the furniture was not appropriate for her. It was hard with bits sticking out so we had to constantly monitor that she wasn’t hurting herself. The car park was free which was great but a bit difficult to navigate. More signage required.

Overall it was a very relaxing stay. Staff helpful and excellent location. Will come again.

The booking arrangements were confusing and impersonal. Peppers / Accor / Mantra. No single point of accountability. Problems with credit cards and threats to cancel booking. We almost did!
