Great location, was close to beaches, trams, and local shops. Facilities were basic, beds were very comfortable, although only made up with sheets. Blankets were stored in a cupboard. Swimming pool & spa were kept clean daily and well used by all guests, the BBQ in pool area was a nice little extra - although not used by us. Spa, Gym and Sauna were all available for use as well. All staff that we came across were very friendly and helpful.

Washing machine was in doorway foyer and shared with room next door. Our neighbours tended to use this machine a lot and leave clothes inside after use - limited amounts of time for us to use. No dryer, however a small airer was provided for use on the balcony. Rooms could have been serviced more often at the cost of accommodation for the week instead of the “one free service with a weeks stay” There was an odour from the drains (kitchen & bathroom) and the refuse room was extremely smelly - but handy to have access to empty garbage. Other guests were vaping and drinking in the spa around guests including children.

I had work on the Gold Coast and needed 2 nights accommodation and Savannah resort was a perfect place to stay. The location was great and the price was right. I stayed in a non renovated studio apartment which ticked all the boxes. I read some negative reviews from people but these people are generally negative most days so don’t listen to em. The view from the balcony was good. The pool area was spot on and I have nothing to complain about. The kitchen had what I needed and the bathroom was clean. The bed was comfy. Next time I stay on the Gold Coast and need lower priced accommodation I’ll head straight to this resort. Thanks to the staff who were friendly and welcoming. We’ll done.

I was a little unhappy when I first walked into my room as it smelt very bad of cigarette smoke and was musty, so I went and bought my own Glen 20 to spray around the place to get rid of the smell, the smoke alarm had had the battery removed out of it and there were 2 hand towels that housekeeping must of missed from the last guest that I found in the vanity drawer and they were used and smelt like pot, on a positive note when I seen the lovely staff at reception and advised them of the smoke alarm and the hand towel find they were quick to rectify the issue.

Good pool & BBQ areas. I'm happy they support disabled people & their carers. Keep up the Great Work. The next round of Staff after check in were very friendly & supportive..

I would of appreciated a room with a view as I was only given 2nd floor with no water views. Being a Genius 3 level I should of been given a room upgrade. Free bottle of wine and late check out. The staff were rude when I arrived. There was no notice of deposit needed in the Hotel.com App. I offered a card swipe for incidentals, I extended my stay through Booking.com luckily they accepted my laptop & passport for deposit. I'd also like to see the Cafe/ breakfast supply breakfast or food options again. They should open the cafe again & let Gypsy/Deonne run it. Also after asking for such a large deposits they should supply a Mini Bar.

Location is perfect right across the road from the Casino and short walk to the Convention Centre Staff were amazing and very accomodating will book again 😀

Holiday rates sky rocketed booked same type of two rooms in advance for the first week of the holidays when booked again before the holidays had started for the second week price was almost tripled in price but my fault for late booking second time round refund of security deposit took 12 days to appear back into bank acc for the first booking which is no fault of the hotel but a 3rd party merchant so pay cash if possible we got that refunded instantly staff were great in explaining this

Location was very good, short walk to family, Pacific Fair, restaurants, beach.

A bedside light although I could have moved it from the other side. The fridge woke me, so I had to turn the power off at the switch board overnight. A doona would have been nice. It seemed strange having just a sheet and bedding in the cupboard. Noises can be heard from next door bathroom.

Room was a good size with a full size kitchen, the saucepans were too small and the frypan was unusable, but the office staff were able to give me replacements. Washing machine outside room door was great, and an airer to dry clothes on balcony. Bedroom was two single beds (that I requested) which was great for us.. Balcony views were great and everything is within a 5-10 minute walk - (Woolworths, Bars/Bottleshops/Restaurants, Pacific Fair shops, Tram, Beach).. Bathroom was nice and clean with a shower and spa bath, there was a slight weird smell from the pipes, but only occasionally and not too bad..

An addition of a dryer near the washing machine would be good, but as our clothes were on the airer on the balcony, I put them in front of the air-conditioning fan to help dry them quicker when it was cold outside

Location was good close to beach and shops easy to get parking underneath during our stay and close to visit places on the gold coast. Nice balcony view

It was an old building could have done with a new paint job, the facilities were clean and tidy as good as to be expected with the age of the building.

Undercover parking was limited, room had marks on wall and door missing. Needed a fan in the other room but we able to make it work.

Location is excellent - very close to Broadbeach South tram station and the convention centre, as well as Boradbeach restaurants, shops and the beach. Pacific Fair is a few minutes walk. The pool was very clean, and we did see the pool guy testing the water. We stayed in a studio room - the bed was comfortable, normal sized bathroom, a normal sized fridge and kitchenette.
