Easy walking distance to Pacific Fair, Broadbeach shops, and Star casino. Soundproofing was great, almost no noise except for apartment being next to rubbish chute although that was also handy for us to use. Great to have washer and dryer and dishwasher.

Bed was hard. A mattress topper would have been good. Pillows were also hard. Would be good to have had semi soft pillow as well as hard rather than all pillows the same. No plug in washbasin, understand that this maybe to avoid overfilling or flooding or stealing? However, consider changing tap to include stopper. Kitchen, dining and lounge floor was sticky underfoot and used bucket and mop (provided) to wash it. However, there was no cleaning product supplied, so had to use hot water only.

Close to the beach. Conveniently connected with the Gold Coast airport (30 min bus ride). Has a tram stop that can bring you to Surfer's Paradise. Nice breakfast restaurant (open 8am to 2pm but when I came at 1:30 pm it was already closed, breakfasts are good though). Clear late check-in instructions (after 5 pm). Upon checking in, you need to give a 200 AUD deposit which was returned 3 days after I checked out. You can only use a physical bank card for the deposit, they didn't accept cash or payment by tapping mobile phone. Close to two shopping malls with food options.

My stay at Neptune Resort was fantastic! The room was spacious, self-contained, and spotless, with a large balcony that provided a great spot to relax. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Cavill Mall, Surfers Paradise and public transport options. Tom’s Café on the ground floor was a great bonus for a quick meal or coffee. With excellent amenities and friendly staff, I highly recommend this resort for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

Been here 3 times in total and everything good. Staff good, pristine cleanliness, comfy and quiet on all the times I've been here. Had a 1 bed apartment, this time on the ground floor but unit was absolutely lovely, great seaside feel and more than everything I could possibly need. Modest Foxtel channels and might need a few more channels like SKY Racing for one but that's just me being a racing tragic. And Tom's Cafe still makes the best coffee you'll find anywhere. Ya, I'll be back !!!

It was very comfortable & very convenient. It is an easy walk to the South Broadbeach Tram & bus station, the beach, shops & Pacific Fair shopping centre.There is underground carpark, tennis courts, pool & sauna. The after hours check in was very convenient & straight forward. The reception staff were friendly & helpful.The bed was very comfortable with very clean linen. The laundry & bathroom facilities were clean & good hot water. There was a deep bath as well as a separate shower. The living area was large enough to relax & had a large balcony. There was good free Wifi access. It was good value for a 4 night stay. It is very convenient having a lift.

The 1 bedroom apartment was excellent. It had just been tastefully renovated. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable and had everything needed for cooking, etc. The staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly. Ideally located on the intersection diagonally opposite Pacific Fair Shopping centre, a 5 minute walk in to central Broadbeach, 2 minute walk to beach and 5 minute walk to Gold Coast Convention Centre. The G-Link tram was also a 2 minute walk away. My wife and I had a great stay and would recommend Neptune Resort to anyone looking for good value for money accommodation in Broadbeach.

Being a little picky here, but being close to a major intersection there was a bit of traffic noise but there is nothing you can do about that.

The Apartment was clean, airy, lounge was comfortable. Was within walking distance to Shops, Eateries, the Beach, and Pacific fair across the Road. 5 Min walk to Trams. We were located on the ground floor, so easy to access and quite, occasional, noise from the road, but didnt worry us. Underground Free parking was a bonus. The bed was big and comfortable. We would stay here again and have recommended to friends and relatives.

The windows (although small) when opened for ventilation did not have screens, and little bugs could get in.

Pool was great and I was very excited about the sauna! Staff on reception were lovely. The room was very spacious and clean! The room was equipped with essential electrical items such a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron - all of which worked great.

I didn’t like the fact that we had booked the “superior room” but had two single beds pushed together. It made sleeping next to my partner very uncomfortable and quite awkward as there was a hard line between us where the two single beds met at the edges. Would definitely have preferred a queen mattress or at least a double. Also, I would have liked more than one small tube of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. As we stayed for four nights and there were two of us, it would have been nice to have one small bottle of those things each. This also applies to the shower towels. It would have been good to have two towels each over the four days as we obviously were showering everyday.

The stay at Neptune Resort was fantastic. It is close to everything - beach, shopping, dinner and public transport is a breeze. There is a little cafe downstairs which is open 6am - 2pm and is absolutely divine. The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. We had a 2 bedroom apartment (upgraded to an ocean view which was a pleasant surprise) and it was very clean and had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. The apartment was not large but suited us as a family of 3. We would absolutely stay here again when we visit QLD next time.

Nothing overly concerning as the stay was fabulous but in room 704 the main bedroom window has obviously been replaced and is no longer sound proof (different glass and the window doesn't shut properly). Being a room with an ocean view (thank you for the upgrade) but a little recommendation to install blockout blinds in the bedrooms as 4:22 - 5:00am is rather early to be woken by a sunrise, as glorious as they were. Other than that it was a beautiful getaway and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location, and facilities were lovely, very clean and tidy… lovely staff no issues… management were lovely and very easy to deal with if we had questions ect… was recommend an activity while up here from them which we did and no regrets! ❤️ lovely experience would definitely come back again just because of the friendly service and that’s what made the trip for me personally ❤️🥰

Can’t say there was anything i didn’t like, we had a blown light when we arrived, however we brought it too managements attention and they were extremely friendly and apologetic and it was fixed very quickly… lovely little place to stay!
