- Spacious Appartments - Location was close to the beach and walking distance to cafes, restaurants and pacific fair. - The pool and spa areas were excellent for the kids…. Well kept and the BBQs came in handy!

- The rooms were a little tired and need some updating but for the price-point didn’t affect us. - We had two apartments, one near the pool which was excellent but the other backed on to the new high rise building which is under construction and building works started at 6:30am every morning including Saturday which wasn’t ideal 😓,this isn’t the properties fault at all but still put a dampener on the trip unfortunately.

Fantastic location close to transport, beach, shops. The pools were great and the kids loved it. The BBQ area was great and well looked after. We were initially put in a room that didn't meet our expectations and was difficult to get to with kids, however the reception staff were able to move us to a ground floor which was great! The construction happening behind the room (didn't matter for us as we are up at 6am daily) could be a concern for others who like to sleep in though.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner

The service was great, accommodating for our oversized vehicle parking requirements. Our apartments were generous in space and also well equipped. Facilities were very tidy and looked after. The BBQs were a Bonus for our big family.

That our families were seperated apart not next to each other as requested. The young babies and their parents were in another room and because our apartment was the eating one had to travel back and forward in cold morning and evenings. Sometimes the gates were still locked when they were trying to come over for breakfast. Our apartment was also the only one with wifi so everyone camped out at ours which is OK but thought the rooms would be the same. On our last day the hot pools were all turned right down which was unfortunate. Our family enjoyed having evening swims.

The pool and bbq areas were great. The bbq's were spotless and inviting to use. It was nice to have the option of spa/heated pools. It was great to be able to use the pools up to 10pm. The apartment was located an easy walk to Pacific Fair with supermarkets, restaurants and all the shops you could want. It was just a quick stroll to the beach. We found great coffee within a quick walk. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans etc and even had a nutribullet for breakfast smoothies and a pod coffee machine. We were 4 adults and the apartment was a great size - the living space easily accommodated us. There was a full size dining table and chairs and even a decent dining table on the balcony. Having two bathrooms was great and there being a separate laundry room was a real bonus.

It would have been helpful to know that there was no servicing of the apartment as we would have stocked up on toilet paper, dishwash and laundy powder on our first visit to the supermarket. It wasn't a bad thing - just one that would have been good to know. The couches in our apartment really need a good clean.

The pools are fantastic. Perfect for all-year-round swimming. Having a cold pool, a heated pool, and two different temperature spas means you can stay comfortable no matter the time of day.

We stayed a week, but the apartment wasn't cleaned at this time. We wouldn't have minded this had they provided a working vacuum and basic cleaning products. Keeping the floor free from sand with just a broom was impossible. Also, providing at least two tea towels would be helpful. Besides this, the apartment was spacious and comfortable and easily accommodated our four adults and 3 children.

Have stayed here many times. Pool and bbq and grounds are fabulous. Everything is well kept (although the facility is a littled aged). Location is so central to public transport, shopping, beach, restaurants and casino. The staff are amazing and very helpful.

The units can vary in some ways regarding what's in the kitchen area. Our unit this time was quite light on with some of the cutlery and crockery etc (but this is not always the case).

The location and overall feel of the accommodation was just what we needed for our family getaway! Loved the pool areas!

The apartment we were allocated wasn’t as toddler safe as I would have liked, lots of items, equipment and decor that i had to move around to be able to relax - not a huge problem in the grand scheme of things! The light in the walk in robe wasn’t working which was inconvenient at times.

Pool very nice. Pity it was not open outside of 7-9 as we were wide awake at 6am coming from NZ.

Got to the gate after hours on arrival, someone pulled up behind us and just let us in with their card. We could not find a phone number to get our safe number for keys. Had to trawl through my emails and finally found a phone number to ring. We had to scale the gate to get out again to open the safe for our keys. Needs an after-hours phone number written on the entry wall.

Excellent location and plenty of space for us all in the apartment (2 Adults 3 teenagers). Excellent beds that were very comfortable. Kitchen was very good and well appointed. Liked being on the second floor and it came with a car park which was a little tight but we had a big car so was still good. Staff were friendly and efficient. After hours was good too as we arrived very late due to awful traffic.

Paid more and went for the deluxe three bedroom apartment because it had air-conditioning only to find out the air-conditioning was on a timer which meant through the night we were having to get up every three hours to turn it back on.

The pool and BBQ facility beyond my expectations. Rooms abit disappointed only because the ensuite the shower pressure was very poor and the bath tap did not reach into the bath tub. Furniture could be updated as it was old and one of the dining chairs was very unsafe to sit on . Otherwise loved it and would definitely stay their again and have recommended it to my other friends with children.

Just update furniture and fix the shower and tap in main bedroom.
