Unit2: Secure car park; plenty of hot water and good shower; very comfortable beds; compact but well-equipped kitchen; very nice, comfortable sofa and big TV; dining table; very close to the beach and not far from shops; friendly manager/ staff.

Unit 2 is on ground floor near bbq and pool and next to car park in apartment block next door, so not very private. Had no problems, but kept blinds drawn all day. Even when open, not much daylight comes in. Balcony was out of action and we couldn't access it. Bathroom and toilet windows had rusted struts and one couldn't be closed. Pool quite small.

Location near beach was great - altho I wasn't there for the beach. The unit itself was very nice & suited my needs well. Great having on site parking.

Door into my section of the building was quite heavy & the self-closing mechanism made it difficult to hold it open to get my luggage in. No lift so had to drag my luggage up steps (I'm over 70). There was very heavy traffic trying to cross the Gold Coast Highway & often had to wait for two rounds of traffic lights before I could cross. That's not the fault of the accommodation of course, but it was a nuisance getting to where I was going on time.

Free Wi-Fi in the room. Short walk to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Short walk to beach. Several days not needing to use a car. Hired Lime bikes on a couple of others. They were a great way to get around. Really helpful to have a kitchen and not eat out all the time. Lillian was a very friendly, helpful but not intrusive host.

Great location! Few minutes walk to the beach and about 10min walk to Pacific Fair. Nice big apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Would have been great if bathroom window glass had tint on it/was frosted. As we were on ground level, everyone could see into bathroom from road/entry and so we had to always use the blind.

Our one bedroom apartment had a lot to recommend it: very clean, freshly painted, quiet and had everything we needed for our 11 night stay. Had large flat screen streaming TV, great heater and lots of kitchen equipment.

Although location was near the beach, there were no shops, restaurants within walking distance for elderly people. Good underground car park.

Really clean, I mean really clean. Location for me was good, short walk to where I wanted to go. All the features within the apartment were in good order and clean. The connecting door between the bedroom and the bathroom.

Email from host to me, re location of key on arrival, went astray and I had to improvise on arrival to gain access. Ended up not being a big deal.

Clean, spacious apartment. Good to have our own car space. Wifi worked well. Useful items in the kitchen. Loved the pillows.

Stairs from the basement to our ground floor apartment were a challenge as we are both unwell at the moment. It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit outside, not in the public space. Otherwise all good.

Was a really good location - close to the beach, shopping centres, tram stop and convention centre. The motel was really clean and the beds were comfortable. Felt like just at home and not actually in a motel room.

That you had to physically remove rubbish yourself. All rubbish was put in the bin and kept clean but taking bottles and rubbish should be apart of the cleaning service.

Great location and price, nice pool and spa kept the kids busy, as did the close location to the beach. lots of shops within 1km - short walk or very short drive.

Queen bed was rock hard. The apartment had a few minor issues, but nothing some basic maintenance wouldn't fix (e.g. fridge leaking a small amount of water).

Our apartment was spacious and very serviceable with a nice balcony, friendly helpful staff, loved the spa, great safe parking, it was only a few minutes walk to the beach and a five minute walk to pacific fair shopping complex. Ideal location.
