I liked the location in relation to the beach and Pacific Fair mall. Both were walking distance for my young children and I . The tram stop was also within walking distance and very easy to navigate and use the public transport system.

I liked to use the kitchen to cook meals so that we weren't eating out every meal. It would have been really helpful to have had use of things like cooking oil and salt/pepper so I didn't have to buy those for a short stay.

Proximity to the ASMY Gold Coast studio for my yoga teacher training course. Lovely fresh breeze that cooled the entire apartment. No need for air-conditioning. A short walk to the beach. Nice pool area. Great bed.

Carrying my luggage up stairs to the third floor. No lifts. No-one offered to help me. Lack of on street parking to unload and then load my car easily as the garage does not have internal access to the building. Cigarette smokers at the entrance to the staircase meant I had to inhale secondhand smoke to get to my apartment.

We really enjoyed the pool and the outlook from our apartment over the pool. The location was excellent, a very short walk to the beach and close to surf club or tavern for easy dinner. Apartment was spacious and great to have 2 bathrooms/toilets. The apartment was great for our 3 kids.

The apartment complex allows smoking on balconies, we didn't like that the apartment under us was smoking all day and this would then waft up into our balcony and inside, so often we couldn't sit on the balcony. Apartment does need a refresh, some may not like that there are stairs and no lift but this was fine for us.

Brilliant location and beautiful neighbourhood. Excellent sized family apartment with all mod cons and lovely swimming pool and loungers. Less than 5 minutes walk to terrific Mermaid Beach, cafés, Surf Club, bakery and supermarket. Very handy bus stop nearby with very quick link to Tram, PF Mall and Broadbeach attractions.

Pretty much perfect for our stay, but wifi could be more stable.

The pool was amazing. The room was well stocked in the kitchen and had lots of utensils. The BBQs were lovely and clean.

We needed to purchase cleaning items and toilet paper because not enough was provided in the room as it was a self-contained unit. This wasn't a problem we just weren't aware when we did our first grocery shop so just a heads up.

The location - was only a short walk to the beach, size of the rooms, having a washer and dryer, large kitchen, having an ensuite and bathroom. Outdoor patio area was great. Overall, the landscaping, garden area and pool was fantastic. Also, the security of the underground parking and having 2 sets of keys.

The rooms were a great size but the fan in the kids room and lounge room did not work when we wanted them to. Mysteriously the fan would turn on 12 hours after we had tried turning it on. The non stick fry pans were not useable as the non stick coating was non existent

Location was exceptional, close to Surfers Paradise etc and a moments walk to the beach. Complex was nice and quiet, kids loved the pool and spa.

Only feedback I have is that due to our unit being on the corner of the complex and not having a unit to one of the sides the 2nd bedroom that the kids stayed in was extremely hot due to the sun blasting through both windows.

Great quiet location. Short walk to beach and cafes. Rooms are a decent size, great view from balcony. Pool and grounds are maintained well. Neat and tidy. Owners are easy to deal with.

The units are in much need of a deep clean - washing machine seal was mouldy, around sinks needs a good scrub etc. Curtains desperately need updating as every time you opened them or touched them white chalky powder went all over your hands and clothing. Our bed was comfortable enough but the beds my kids had you could feel every spring and needs to be replaced.

Location was great, so close to a very nice beach. Size of the apartment was good with large bedrooms. Defonately great Value for money

Could be cleaned a bit better. Was not enough toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and rubbish bags for the whole stay so we had to buy our own which is ok but could have been specified that required to be brought by the customers.

Location, swimming pool, quiet area, beds comfortable, basement parking.

Property seemed to be in need of a good spring clean and was dated. Also some of the whiteware needs replacing. Stairs, difficulty getting suitcases upstairs from the garage to top floor. Stay was for 7 nights but no replacing of towels.
