The apartment was spacious, clean and welcoming. A complementary box of sweet and savoury treats was in our room also. The bed was comfortable, there was a sachet of each clothes washing detergent, dishwashing and dishwasher which was very handy. It was a short walk from the main area of Broadbeach which was perfect for the blues festival we attended. The staff were always friendly and helpful whenever we had cause to interact. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

Loved the apartment, location and the pool.

Some information provided in apartment would have been useful such as where to put rubbish. Spare bin liner hidden in bin only found last day as we waited to empty bin as we thought we did not have a replacement. Only 1 small satchet provided for dishwashing again hidden in the tea towel. Girl on reception seemed very unhappy and made us feel we were inconveniencing her.

Feel the lounge suite could do with an upgrade - old looking leather/worn Bathroom adequate but getting outdated/ paint freshen up as time goes on to keep it crisp & modern Great layout & facilities in kitchen etc Personally - better I do not like coming to apartments & having to restock essentials (dishwashing/laundry detergents)… we are paying for this in our nightly rate, especially when rooms not serviced

We arrived at the apartment just as Cyclone Albert started to head directly towards us. We were so glad that we were in this apartment virtually locked down similar to COVID times. No trams or trains or busses. Beaches closed and the cyclone caused havoc with trees uprooted and floods. The last 2days the weather improved. Sad but so pleased we booked at these apartments.

Location and the facilities of the complex were fantastic!

Some of the furniture looks like it’s in its last legs, the living room couches were small and uncomfortable. Renovations being conducted in apartment directly above ours were a nice surprise. Not sure why this was scheduled for peak school holiday periods with Jack hammers making plenty of noise. Disappointed we weren’t notified pre stay or at check in, only found out as there was a notice in lift.

I travelled with my two girls and we had a wonderful week. The lady on reception was extremely helpful any time we needed her help (my girls loved her dog Coco), the apartment was big, clean and beautifully presented and the pools were clean and perfect for us to spend hours and hours in. We will definitely be back!

Everything! This place had everything for a perfect holiday. Close to public transport, shopping, cafes and great restaurants. The facilities were amazing and of exceptional quality. Our apartment was amazing and the ocean view was beautiful.

Bed in second bedroom was not very comfortable. Both second and third bedrooms need a blockout blind added as the light continues to enter bedrooms through the light ones there. In master bedroom there was constant smell coming from drains.

Construction noise outside but owner advised ahead of time and it’s hard to avoid construction noise anywhere on the GC atm with so much work happening. Room has a shared option with a neighbouring room and shared balcony so although there was no one staying next door, our privacy was a little uncertain.

We cooked our own breakfast, the ocean view was magnificent. It was just the right apartment for us. Everything was so close and walking distance to shops, beach, transport. It's was a very enjoyable weekend with my family. We will surely come to stay there on our next trip.
