This review is for the One bedroom Superior as I received an upgrade. Very helpful management, and I was able to park early in the garage on check-in day. - I liked that the unit had decent furnishing and appliances. A good air con and wifi - I liked that it was engineered wood flooring. Not the usual old dirty carpet you get on the GC in older units - The location is great. Very close to the beach and walking distance to Pacific Fair shopping centre. - The street was pretty quiet.

A proper blanket and a fitted sheet on the bed instead of 2 'loose' sheets only. A blanket was provided in the wardrobe but wasn't 'appealing' to use.

Bed comfortable and room spacious, great wardrobe, plenty of room. Clean, tidy, good value for money. Friendly staff. Kitchen and Bathroom does ned an update to be more modern however no complaints. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer installed if needed. Cooker dated but didn’t use as plenty of places to eat out and reasonable prices. Perfect location.

Needs refurb, but not complaining. Reasonable price for 1 wk away and had no plans to use the kitchen, other than making hot / cold drinks. Shower basic and needs upgrade but did its job. Again not a complaint.

The location of the property is great: close to the beach, tram and bus station and shops. The staff is helpful, the territory of the property is full of green and looks perfect, the apartment has everything you need, lots of space, looks good, there is a car park and two nice pools. The place is quiet which is good for family vocation. I definitely recommend this place for those who think about budget and want to stay in a good location with everything you need.

Actually nothing, but we have seen some cockroachers under the sink in the kitchen and in the bathroom - we told the staff about that - they used spray. And the apartment was not clean enough before our arrival - also told staff about that - they helped.

It is a short walk to the Kurrawa Beach & Oasis shopping centre & the nearby restaurants, cafes & bars of Broadbeach. You can also walk to South Broadbeach tram & bus station. The accommodation was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable & very clean linen. The kitchen facilities were good. The free WIFI was good. The pool & spa area looked very relaxing. The staff were helpful with any enquiries especially with after hours check in.

It was difficult to unlock the front gate even with instruction.

Was neat clean quite and so close to Broadbeach the casino shopping centre Pacific fair and the bus and tram stop. With the tram very quick to get to surfers paradise. Also close to the beach. The price was very good also. The garden was neat and the place quiet and well maintained. Nice to have a pool also.

Was told O could have a carpark then told they where all full. Fortunately there was reasonable parking. The kitchen could have been more open it was like a high bar. The shower was comming out of its track. The airconditioner was not very efficient ok for autumn buy may be hot during summer

The location is great, the gardens are well kept as is the pool and the spa. The manager, Lucky, was the perfect host, anything we needed she organised straight away. She made the way a very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be coming back!!

The rooms themselves are a little dated, still ok, but maybe an update at some stage!

The location was excellent and the friendly and helpful staff made my stay even more enjoyable. My room was clean, ultra spacious and had everything I needed for a long term stay. I was located at the end of the building in front of the pool so the outside balcony was like a tropical oasis. Very happy and would recommend to friends and family. Cheers guys!

Property gave me an upgrade to a single bed apartment in Star residence which was excellent with great view. Place was clean and tidy.

There was no Wi-Fi in the residence which I think now a days is a basic amenity. Shower pressure was ridiculously low it took a long time to have a shower which was frustrating in the middle of cold weather. Contacted the property front desk twice with no results

I was most impressed with the kind & friendly person on reception who greeted me & explained in detail everything I needed to know for my stay. The bed was so comfortable, the room had every appliance you would need & the location was perfect. The rates were very reasonable, I would highly recommend the resort to anyone visiting for a short or long stay on the Gold Coast.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I was impressed as soon as I arrived.

The Room was excellent bedding etc too. Location was perfect.

We felt there could have been more stuff in the kitchen area, Mor kitchen utensils and coffee sugar and milk. Maybe the cleaners should take a quick look at the crockery left in the cupboards, 2 Coffee mugs hadn't been washed, just put back in the cupboard (probably by another customer) But basically for the price we were happy enough
