I always feel like I’m returning home when I stay at Mantra Broadbeach on the Park! Exceptional Service and Amazing Location! I’ve had the pleasure of staying here multiple times, and the service consistently exceeds expectations. Corey provides outstanding, genuine customer service every visit, making each stay feel special. I was also fortunate to meet Mira, a new team member, whose warm and welcoming demeanor added to the overall positive experience. Both Corey and Mira truly enhanced our stay. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views from the spacious balconies overlooking Broadbeach. The property offers fantastic amenities, including a pool, gym, spa, and BBQ area, all of which make for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s also always a nice touch to interact with some of the friendly residents in the lifts or lobby. Oh and left my book at home and the small library off the lobby area was a nice touch.

Location - closeness to public transport, light rail, supermarket, shops, restaurants, beach & everything Broadbeach has to offer, all within walking distance. Room aspect overlooking park with sunny balcony. Roomy apartment with good lift access and security. King size comfortable bedding.

Minor maintenance issues - TV remote battery had to be replaced. Radio did not work. Old style TV with missing channels [but did have some Fox channels]. Shower head needs replacing. Bedroom & Bathroom layout - Not much space for empty luggage, Towel rails above toilet.

Location is fantastic, positioned perfectly for walking to the beach, shopping in Broadbeach, pubs, restaurants, Pacific Fair shopping centre and casino. Spa was great, bed was comfortable. One bedroom unit had everything you needed in it except for pans so had to use the electric pan which wasn’t a big deal. The remote control to the TV didn’t work so we had to change it via the TV itself.

When you spoke to staff they were lovely but they were never at the desk. There were always out the back, not sure what they were doing but I think it’s nicer to have somebody sitting on the desk greeting everyone and saying hi. They came out relatively fast when you pressed the button so it’s just my opinion.

the staff were amazing. When I arrived they were helpful and friendly and made me welcome. There was a problem with my assigned car space as someone else had parked there. The staff gave me another space to use and promptly left a note on the other car. Location was perfect for what I needed. Room was spacious and I found the bed comfortable.

There really isn't anything negative. The parking problem was fixed immediately that I brought it to the attention of staff. I guess the only thing that upset me was that reception had closed by the time I discovered my parking space was not available and as I couldn't notify staff I had to chance parking in another.

Beautiful view and great spot for where I needed to be I felt very safe getting home late I could get supplies for cleaning clothes/ dishes ect just by asking at the desk. The staff were so kind and I got into my unit by 12.30 as a room e was getting when I got there.

A few things could have been cleaned a bit better but not a problem to do myself because they had rushed to have it ready for me early and that was amazing!

Excellent amenities. Efficient lift and good rubbish disposal. Loved the balcony overlooking trees and park and fab lit up night view. Quiet with double glazing and great air con throughout. We enjoyed the pool spa and steam room. Would def stay again!

Room to be serviced with clean towels. We stayed 6 nights. I did use laundry facilities for this. May be an extra set of towels for guests would be an option.

The location was wonderful everything in walking distance all shops and restaurants and beach ⛱️ very close by including public transport. Also the resort was a wow 👌 👏 view of city lights at night 🌙 and resort had a spA bath 🛁 👌 in a 1 bedroom apartment. Also so clean and alot a space for 2 people. Balcony was beautiful too to sit have a coffee in the morning 🌄 for sunrise 🌅 😍 . Took great pics 📸. Very lovely welcoming staff too .Joshua did a lovely greet and meet with lisa here thank you Joshua 😊 a big big 100 💯 percent satisfied customer service 😀 😊. From me lisa Also when ringing on the phone for any help In the room there service was great and fantastic with a quick fix in the room inquiries I was very very happy 😊 person with all services I received a big big thank you of 10 /10 .I enjoyed the stay as a customer I didn't want to go home lol .I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family. The second room we were allocated was clean and comfortable. Your receptionist, Mira, was excellent.

We were first allocated a room on Level 2. This room was not very clean however your receptionist came up immediately and cleaned the room. We then requested to be moved to a higher level which Mira arranged for us.

Location was excellent - close to the beach, transport, shops, restaurants with lovely city,river and sea views. Whilst the apartment was dated, it was comfortable and roomy, with a nice balcony.

The apartment was dated, could do with an upgrade. The shutters separating the bathroom from the bedroom was a bit odd ! A wall would be better.

Comfortable and conveniently located.

Being on level 1 was noisy outside.
