Location was good

So old , you can tell that they haven't renovated it in a long time, and they didn't have backup toilet paper, they didn't offer tea or coffee in the apartment, in that aspect quite depressing.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, always a friendly smile at reception. The room were nice and everything was clean and in good condition, with a lot of storage space and everything we needed for cooking and laundry, and a large bathroom with a big shower. Plenty of parking in a safe, well lit basement accessible only to guests and staff. The location is perfect, only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach, shops, takeaway, restaurants and night clubs with a great view of the city and lake. Exceeded my expectations for somewhere so affordable.

Very friendly and helpful reception, and did their best to accommodate our requests. The room obviously had a refurbishment which was done with both class and comfort in mind. There was really nothing we would want to complain about.

The Gold Coast noise, as in main roads with loud cars and motorcycles, could only be quietened by installing double glazed windows and doors, but that would come at an excessive cost. We really cannot complain though, because we knew the location when we chose the apartment. At least the bedrooms were at the back of the apartment and away from the road noise.

Perfect location, right next to tram station and nearest each is 500 metres. All the amenities are close by and you can just walk to surfers paradise beach.

Well they should have some support available after hours or they can do the housekeeping to make sure that the basic stuff is available in the apartment. In our case, we were out of toilet papers and I had to call them. Since it was out of business hours, they advised me to buy from the shops. Which is not big deal and I told them the same.

The Townhouse is ideally suited for travellers with family and just a short walking distance to Surfers Paradise beach and the main walking street. The property is just away from the busy street which is good and less traffic related issues. It has a nice pool and BBQ area and a tennis court, though we didnt use any of it. Dedicated Basement parking spot... Overall we liked our stay; it was comfortable.

The townhouse had stairs to climb to reach the main door; which my mom with replaced knee found it a bit difficult to go up and down. We requested for room change but it was all booked out. Toilet roll supply was not enough during the length of stay a couple of more in storage would have been ideal.

We stayed in he 2 bedroom apartment and we were very impressed. Very spacious, Large kitchen area, Good size bedrooms, great balcony over looking the River, Close walk to the beach and not far into Surfers Paradise City centre, Pool and spa very good - not too cold for winter, The main bedroom had a large cupboard and its own bathroom, the tram line is not far, they had washing machine and a dryer with complimentary washing amenities. The lock box to get in was pretty simple with the help of the lovely assistant on the phone for after hours check in.

We liked this place but maybe some tea, coffee or sugar complimentary would be appreciated.

Great location I. That it was close to trams was in central Surfers. Staff were great and always willing to help. It was good to have laundry powder supplied.

Extra towels would have been great. Appreciated the tea supplied but there was no coffee or sugar plus no extra toilet paper. Stove was dirty although staff did offer to clean wince it was nrought to their attention

Anacapri Holiday Resort apartments offered tidy, functional facilities such as a large swimming pool, sun loungers, tennis court, sauna, spa pool, and BBQ facilities. The dual elevator accessed the basement car park, which is fully secure. The location offered a short walk to Surfer Paradise or the Northcliff tram. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and modern.

These are minor observations. I found the road noise loud and emergency services sirens could have been more tactfully operated.

It was a nice place, comfortable and relatively clean Comfortable , clean bed Great to have washing machine and dryer Easy to use secure , under cover parking was great to It was just a few minutes walk to the beach , and about 10 minutes walk to Cavill Avenue

It was a little noisy due to traffic. But when the sliding doors and curtains were closed , the noise was bearable. And I found it easy to block out the noise and sleep well.

Perfect location, short stroll to beach and cavill avenue. Harvey is a gentleman and very helpful in every way and always happy to assist and follows up on any concerns. The pool was at perfect temperature for the children and I, we enjoyed the sauna and spa. i will definately book all our Gold Coast stays at Anacapri. Thank You Harvey, Fred and Anacapri Staff
