location perfect to all of Central surfers and easy public transport north or south, tram stop right outside the door. Breakfast a highlight fantastic selection and it's inclusion in room rate saved us we believe around $100 or more a day as we weren't hungry for much rest of the day. pools were heated. nice atmosphere in lobby and bar, giant screen for sports events. two choices for dinner on-site and lots close by. good shower and comfy beds. nice view even if not beach side. pleasant seating area lobby and small play area for kids. kids also had own play room with popcorn and family games. two pools a bonus.perfect wifi for free and tv channels were usual australia plus movies and sport.

pools were Luke warm not usual spa temp but still pleasant for June. decor was bit more dated than other hotels in rooms but it was clean and tidy.

Bed was super comfy in a spacious room. I liked the bathroom touches ie: bodywash & lotion smell divine & the towels were nice & fluffy. Great having the option of dining in for dinner at Clifford’s & buffet breakfast at Waves. We did both! Parking came with our particular room which was a relief, as parking is at a premium in Surfers :)

Would have liked the option of chrome casting or streaming services on the telly. We dined at Clifford’s Grill & Lounge for dinner, whilst the entree was amazing, it did take over an hour to get our mains with no communication from any of the servers. I think they were short staffed.

Was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Loved the room. I am light and sound sensitive. The window was the perfect size for the most beautiful ocean view. The block out curtains did their job perfectly and actually crossed over to block the light. There was no noise from the street. The staff was lovely and amazing. The room was comfortable. The hotel was central to everything and the shops and restaurants were straight across the road. Easy and convenient. The bed was comfortable.

The parking was limited, so we had to park in the parking station about 5 min. away. It was raining, so we couldn't bring all our stuff in. We could hear the people next door, but they didn't make a noise overnight or early in the morning so that was ok. There was an orange light under the door and coming through the peep hole, but it did not make the room too bright. So we slept well.

I really appreciate this property. It’s always clean in the rooms are comfortable. The beds seem to be like clouds and the pillows are so soft. I can sit up there and do my work plenty of room on the second bed to lay out the clothes and make sure all your bits and pieces are right for the next day before you go out into appointments they really do geared towards the business traveler as well as the vacation traveler

there is nothing I can say that is negative about this hotel. The staff are friendly and the vineyard’s got a great bar. We can buy some on top beer wonderful meals, a bit of a buzz in the air too.

Excellent location with tram stop right outside the door and the beach a few mins walk away. Great buffet breakfast with a lot of variety. And polite, friendly staff that genuinely want to help you.

We were 2 adults and 2 kids in the room and the room we got was small and quite cramped, especially as we were there for 8 nights. We had two double beds which meant sleeping was a bit cramped. Would have been good to have bigger beds. The shower facilities were a bit dated with the shower over bathtub.

Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Great view of the mountains and city lights, I liked not having a balcony with being so high up as I didn’t have to worry about the kids. Friendly and helpful staff, good price.

My son is disabled and has mobility issues, the pool is not very accessible, he wouldn’t have been able to access it at all if he was bound to his chair. There is no ramp up to pool and two big steps to get in, needed a lot of assistance. The pool was very nice though. Also there is another pool that we didn’t look at, not sure if it was more accessible.

We booked the hotel two weeks before arrival and stayed for three days. The staff were wonderful, everything was handled efficiently, the room was clean, the food was delicious with a good, large selection at the buffet, and a children's quest was offered, after which the hotel gave a gift! That was a lovely touch. :)

On the negative side: the price was very high. We discovered that the price dropped five days before our arrival, and while we contacted the hotel about a price adjustment, our request was denied. The elevators were never cleaned during our three-day stay; it seemed neither the cleaning staff nor other personnel used the elevators. A corn cob remained in one elevator for two days, and there were constantly dust and dirt clumps present. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you.

The bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. I was particularly impressed with the kind check-in staff who patiently helped me with membership and facilities questions whilst I was quite tired from travelling. The Burger I had through room service was delicious too. The breakfast buffet was just downstairs (it was a busy morning but was served quickly) and the overall location of the hotel was super convenient for trams and walking distance to the main shopping strip and beach.

There was no fan for steam in the bathroom.

Staff were really nice and quick to help those that are prepared on arrival the room was great very clean and comfortable and walking distance to everything in Surfers Paradise!

Wait for the elevator as international guests pilled up in front standing in random groups with people pushing in this was as a tour bus that just arrived and everyone trying to get in at once I understand that it's not always like that just when the tour bus showed up but took me minimum 15 minutes to get up up to my room from the elevator I have ADHD so most people would be fine with it not that bad now I think of it but at the time my frustration and anger were at 100 no one's fault maybe let international guests in big groups to line in orderly fashion.

The breakfast buffet has a large selection and was nice and fresh. Very tasty. We ordered room service and it came quickly and the food was delicious. The beds and pillows were really comfortable and we all slept well. The staff were very polite, well presented. The main facilities were nice and clean.

the bathtub/shower had mould on the grout and Silicone. the outside lip where the glass meets the tub wasn't cleaned and still had hair. just needed a bit closer attention to cleaning. There were marks on the walls, chipped paint, cracks etc. Overall it could do with a touch up but where it lacks, the food and service make up for it.
