Brilliant location! Beautiful views of the city high rises and the river. Surfers Paradise is not quiet, it never sleeps but this is certainly the quietest part of Surfers Paradise! Secure underground parking. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable here. Beautiful resort style pool for kids and families. Gym, sauna and spa’s are great. It’s definitely a resort for families, kids and couples. Though, single rooms are more like a motel room, no kitchenette or crockery just the basics, mini fridge, kettle and microwave. That’s more than I needed as I was only there to sleep and get ready. Value for money is incredible, the location alone is worth 2-3 times more than what you’ll pay to stay here.

The only complaint that I have is the mattresses… I stayed in a single room which had a double bed (two single beds pushed together) and the mattresses were spring mattresses, gosh I thought they were obsolete, they certainly should be. I only stayed two nights but I could not sleep comfortably on the spring mattresses. I’ve not slept on a spring mattress since the late 90’s and hopefully I’ll never need to again. Please update your mattresses, it’s the my complaint and cause of discomfort.

Our room 116A was such a lovely room with all the facilities you could want for a short or long term stay. The balcony overlooked the Nerang river, We were there during Cyclone Alfred and our balcony did not even get wet. The building is close to all things Surfers Paradise offers including being very close to Chevron Island with its many restaurants. On site parking under the building gave us good feeling that our car was very secure at all times. The on-site managers were very responsive and the need to extend by a day was no trouble for them.

We enjoyed our three day stay and the only problem was the early night siren requiring us to evacuate out room. This turned out to be false alarm and we returned to our room to complete our sleep.

Easy checkin, great price. Apartment was good with great view over the river. We were not around during the day as we were playing in a bridge tournament at the Convention Centre. Well located for this.

Rangehood and surrounding cupboards were oily. Cooktop old and stained. Dishwasher had some food residue down the bottom. No dishwasher tablets so didn't use it. No tea towel to dry dishes. Hole in the wall in laundry area. Otherwise excellent value for money. PS - I cleaned the cupboard doors near the rangehood.

Reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and very worth the price. Decent inclusions in the kitchenette, including cooking equipment. Beds were comfortable, WiFi worked great, the location is superb - the atmosphere is still nice and quiet, even so close to the city centre.

Toiletries included were limited to a couple of soap discs and shampoo. Not a big issue but might benefit from clarifying what they mean by "toiletries". The room's carpet flooring also felt like it was due for a deep clean, so I would advise bringing some slippers.

Has a great Atmosphere, the pool area felt so tranquil with that waterfall , the pool is beautiful to swim in , Rooms are clean and bed was so comfortable, the sheets were so white and clean it was great to see how cleaning staff do a great job , all staff were so friendly, l loved staying here only a short walk to main areas like Cavill ave and just was so relaxing and peaceful feel to the place , highly recommend and l will definitely stay here again , it’s my new go to place l just loved everything about it

Location was amazing, super close to Cavill Avenue but far enough away that it wasn't noisy. Very close to the tram stop and easy to find. Room was larger than we were expecting too, very spacious with a lovely balcony. It was very nice that there was a mini fridge and microwave too. Very affordable, and great for the price.

The age of the room really showed in a couple of areas, particularly the doors. The bathroom door couldn't be opened from the inside because the handle was damaged. Luckily I was with a friend who could rescue me, but if someone was alone and didn't bring their phone in, they'd be trapped, which could obviously be really dangerous. Some issues with cleanliness too, mostly in the bathroom. The walls had some damage. Overall it could use a bit of a renovation, but nothing major, just to make it a bit fresher.

Location is good.

Security appeared to be good but we were a bit scared when we were entering the main door using our security key, a stranger walks without his key when the door was closing. He repeated the same for the second door leading to the lifts. When we questioned him, he disappeared somewhere and we could trace him. I raised this issue as no receptionist was available at that hour around 8.30 p.m. or so, I raised this incident with another visitor couple with a baby who had come in with their security key. They said to ignore that. It was a concern as that stranger referred above crosses two security doors without a key. No action is taken on this count. Thought I should let you know. Disturbs the peace and moreover we came only for a night stay.

The location was close to the tram stop and within 10min walking distance to a beach. You could catch the tram to Cavill Ave. The pool area was nice and didn’t close till 10pm. FOH staff were friendly and remembered us from our stay a year ago. Laundry facilities available for personal use on two floors. Clothes aired available on balcony to dry clothes, towels etc.

No pool supervision. Pool rules not adhered too by guests, mostly the jumping in and off the high rocks. Pool ladder unstable for exit/entry to pool. Refrigerator needed defrosting but was clean. Broken light outside room made it hard to see to unlock door. Just having 2 bath towels for 6 days.

Room was really nice, lots of space we had our 43rd wedding aniversary there on the 6th June

My only moan was it didnt have a smart Tv, i could have streamed from my laptop the services i use at home, but had to watch my laptop, upgrade to smart TVs and give the guests something to watch at night

Our 1 bed river view apartment was great, a bit dated/basic decor but it was spacious and had an amazing view from the balcony. Location - The resort is around 5 minutes walking to the Surfers Paradise tram stop with excellent transport links and probably about another 5 minutes from there to get to the beach and main shopping/entertainment centre There are pretty good facilities here, the pool area was really nice and there’s a tennis court with basketball hoop Free laundry facilities outside the room were really useful Netflix on the TV Fully equipped kitchen

The gym is really poor, I wouldn’t even call it a gym. There are no weights just a few cardio machines so I went to a local nearby gym The reception and corridors are very very dated and a bit shabby, needs a makeover
