Lovely, friendly staff. Very nicely decorated. Great kitchen. Fully equipped for a long stay, all the utensils & appliances you'll ever need. Great outdoor pools, spas, tennis courts, gyms, BBQ area, covered entertaining areas (there were 2 of everything). There is plenty of free parking. Fantastic location, right in the middle of surfer's. 5 min walk to the beach.

A bit dusty & grotty in places, not that clean. Despite the shading system inside, it gets light in there pretty early

The room was spacious with an excellent beach view, comfortable furniture in the living room with a good smart tv.

One minor issue with the air conditioning system made it that one of the rooms didn't receive the cool air conditioning the other master bedroom had, ultimately didn't affect the quality our stay, but was a minor thing of note. Perhaps it could use a bit of maintenance to make sure its all running effectively. The provided floor fan was very loud to run, not too suitable when sleeping. Didn't need to use the fan anyway so wasn't an issue, but was a minor thing of note.

The room was well priced and walking distance away from the beach. The staff were helpful and the facilities such as the heated pool and gym were great. The views of the city and the ocean were also impressive.

We had one of the rooms that hadn't been renovated yet so it was a bit dated. However, this wasn't much of an issue as we just needed a room to cook and sleep. Though there were many house rules that did feel very strict with prices listed against all the little things that you could do wrong. Bit discomforting, especially when the room was fairly old anyway.

We always stay at the Paradise Centre Apartments while in Surfers and love how close it is to the shops, restaurants and beach. Woolworths is in the basement of the complex and is super handy to pick up essentials. We like having the option of 2 pools, one of which is heated. The ladies on reception were lovely and great to deal with.

Unfortunately we didn't like the bed. It was hard and uncomfortable. However, this would not put us off staying here.

Checking in was a breeze with the friendly & efficient reception staff. We were very happy with our apartment which was comfortable, clean and had amazing views from the balcony. The kitchen was well kitted out. The bed was comfortable. Getting to Paradise Shopping Mall & Cavill Avenue with its shops,eateries & trams was made easier with direct access via a "secret door" which opened into Time Zone. It's only accessible from 10am to 10pm but that suited us fine.

The position was fabulous with great views Perfect size for two people with a lovely small patio .Reception staff lovely .

The air con was inadequate in the hot weather The bed was in view from the neighbors patio so we closed the curtain for privacy The safe was not available which as an overseas traveler I would have appreciated Not enough hangers and would have appreciated a couple more towels Also would have liked an extra sheet on the bed as only had an uncovered duvet .Not enough shelving in shower for toiletries

Pleasantly surprised with how nice this place was, spacious enough for 2 people, well appointed kitchen and bathroom. The location is just perfect, 1 minute walk to Cavill Street and all the restaurants and bars. Another minute and on your on the sand at the beach!

Can’t fault it too much, if there was one thing it would be that the bathroom was at the other end of the apartment to the bedroom but not a big deal.

The room was very large and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Very good ocean and city views. The bathroom was large andclean. Highly recommended

Our couches were uncomfortable and the back of one was broken The shower head didn’t disperse the water very well and the shower door didn’t close properly so our bath mats and the floor got soaked everytime we used the shower

The location was amazing. Close to restaurants and shops. The view was also great and the pool huge and the grounds lovely and clean.

We requested a portable cot and as we arrived late due to coming in via Brisbane I had to go down to reception and retrieve it myself. I also requested a lower ground floor when booking and was put on the 23rd floor. When I asked about this I was told it was booked out. I booked 6-7 months in advance.
