False advertisement. My unit said it has a sofa bed in it. It didn’t. I needed a sofa as I had to sleep on the lounge. Until the next day I buy a blow up bed.

The view was great. Close to Cavil Ave and the beach. The Room had recently been renovated with new bathroom and kitchen.

The Lounge chairs were very uncomfortable and the television was tiny. It was advertised to have smart TV... The TV is 32"... most homes today have from 65" TV - 85" TV... As the lounge chairs were so uncomfortable we would lay in bed to watch TV, and with the TV Being so small, it was difficult to see it from the bed (8m away). I don'y like to complain, but these days bigger TVs are very cheep to buy and when you spend this amount on accommodation you would expect bigger than a 32" TV when the apartment has just been fully renovated. Other than these 2 items we loved the place...

I don't want to overstate it, but entering the room genuinely gave me a 'wow' effect. The view from my room was literally breathtaking, and I must also commend the cleanliness, which exceeded my expectations. The studio I booked was very cozy, and I didn’t lack for anything. The unexpected access to a decently clean and well-equipped gym, along with the pool, was a big plus for me. I spent two truly memorable nights listening to the ocean waves and waking up to a postcard-worthy sunrise. Enjoying my morning coffee with that view was absolutely dreamy. The location is super central, close to everything one might need. I will definitely return.

A minor note for those who prefer modern finishes and new furnishings—this place may not suit your taste. However, that's not me; I love the 80s vibe and a sense of 'yesteryear.' Perhaps they could invest in a pod coffee machine. But it wasn’t significant enough to detract from my overall experience.

Location was perfect and the studio was as pictured. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Everything was clean and the A/C was a lifesaver. Being right across from Cavil Av and the beach was just a dream.

The facilities like the pool and gym were quite small. More variety in the gym would be great! The bed was also just two singles put together so it wasn’t the most comfortable but apart from that it was great!

The only thing I fault is that I went down to put rubbish in basement and my card didn’t work. Went to reception and they were closed so I had to borrow someone’s phone to call security because I left mine in my room. They sent someone to fix my card so I could get back up to my room. I waited about 20 minutes in reception. I think they need to put a phone in reception which can call to security because if that lady didn’t lend me her phone god knows what would have happened and I had two young children with me. So that was a bit stressful for me.

I liked the lobby with its driveway. The fast lifts are easy to use. Excellent views through the large windows of the living area. The wraparound balcony provides chairs for beautiful views and looks over town and the beach. The living area has a nice dining setting and is well decorated.

The 6 stairs to get to the lifts. They were not mentioned by the staff or any help offered. The staff should have realised it is not easy at all for us elderly to carry our heavy suitcases up to the lifts. The kitchen is very tired but still usable. The bathroom needs a complete upgrade. There is nothing to keep toiletries for more than one person.

The location was excellent, very good security, helpful staff on arrival. Rooms were serviced if required, but we liked the fact that no one entered the room. Really good value for money considering such great location to all facilities beach, restaurants, Café, shops. Bed and pillows were very comfortable

The room we had was a bit rundown and has some minor jobs that need attention, which could be quickly fixed with a good maintenance person

Really close to everything

Wasn’t very clean. Inside fridge and cupboards were dirty. Furniture had been vacuumed around and not moved. Dust/dirt behind everything. Kitchenware clearly wasn’t checked after every booking. For a studio for two people. Only had 1 plate, 1 fork, 2 knives and no dessert spoons. Told reception and they said that they would check and replace. It took 2 days after me having to remind them for a second time.

When room was book I selected twin bed as I was staying with 11 year old daughter, when I went up to the room it was set up for a single bed, which ment I had to sleep on the 2 seater couch, not ideal or comfortable, I went back to reception and they were closed but they were still behind the closed shutters, my experience on check in with the receptionist at the time wasn't the best, she looked upset like she didn't want to be there, every other time others there had been fantastic.
