It was great receptionist was lovely, Everything u needed was close the beach, food and entertainment, nightlife

I didn't like the frying pan when cooking my food got stuck made a mess, the people where noisy need soundproof

We had a large ocean view apartment and it was beautiful.

The fire alarm kept going off in the apartment next door from before 9pm until after midnight. Completely destroyed our relaxing, romantic getaway. I think another night for free would be nice or a refund.

Great Location

After 2 1/2 weeks since I checked out still haven't had my bond refunded when told it would be done within a few days

Cooking utensils were very average and also not enough cutlery for the 5 people . Floors needed a good wash

The neighbours were noisy and the tv was on until after midnight one night. They slammed the door every time they left or arrived home.

The apartment was lovely, staff were great to communicate with and a great distance from main strip of Surfers.

The new decor and fresh Outlook. The beds were comfy and the staff and my neighbors are very helpful

Nothing we didn't like, had the city view but was still a good stay

My daughter and I loved the view. Waking up to seeing a great day is always good for the soul. And the shower pressure was awesome. It just felt peaceful and safe there, nice and quiet too.It was a nice time.

The staff were very polite the room was comfy and I really enjoyed my stay. Can't wait ro rebook

Staff extremely kind & helpful! Location perfect for a beach stroll, and shops 2 mins away! Beautiful view from my apartment.
