love the location. best accommodation we have tried in Gold Coast. We would definitely come back.

not really something I did not like. but unlike other accommodations 24/7 there is a receptionist that you can consult or ask things you need.

We loved the location on the beach WOW ! It is so close to the Resturants and shopping.

I found the bed a little firm ,but then im used to a very soft bed.

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from lively areas, but there was almost no noise, just the sound of the waves. While our check-in time was outside office hours, we were properly instructed on how to enter the building and get a room key in advance. The room was a bit dated but very cleanly maintained. Even on the mid-floor, the view from the room was magnificent, facing the ocean without any obstructions. As all the kitchen goods were equipped, we could enjoy the ambience like my home, buying some food at a supermarket nearby.

If you stay longer, you will need additional tablets/detergent for a dishwasher/washing machine and toiletries.

Incredible Stay. The location was perfect and super convenient. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning, spacious, comfortable, clean and the views were stunning. The staff were also incredible as the carpark was damaged from the cyclone they had organise another car spot just 2 doors down for our convenience. They also allowed us to check in late and check out late as well with no issues and with ease. We will definitely be back to stay and have been telling all of our families about this place.

Loved everything no complaints

The location is fabulous - so close to the beach and a short walk to Q1 and Cavill Ave. I loved that there were beach views from every room in the apartment.

The location was wonderful for the New Years Fireworks and magic millions - two races on the beach - prelude to the turf run the next weekend. It’s two blocks from Cavill Ave. Just part the curtains and look up the beach, morning, noon and night. We had u37 and could see the view- the Esplanade, beach and sea from the coach or dining table. The unit is a good size. U37 is beautifully furnished and has all you could need in the kitchen to entertain. Judy and Chris do a fantastic job of keeping the place immaculate and well run. The solar heating of the pool makes it a perfect temp at any time of of the day or night

The fact that it’s on the beach and right in front of a flagged area is wonderful. Unobstructed views of the ocean! The unit was modern and clean. The pool was heated and beautiful! Fine for a short stay and if you love the hustle and bustle of being right in Surfers - busy everywhere!

The main bedroom didn’t have aircon and the bed was quite hard - needs a new mattress. One couch with no real back support is not suitable for a longer stay - consider two arm chairs instead. The basement where you park the car was far too dark and needs better lighting. Noise was constant from being close to the heart of Surfers.

The location was amazing! The apartment was beautiful and I could never get sick of the view. The beds were so comfortable and the staff in reception were so lovely. I wish there was 3 bedroom apartments for next time to bring all my kids.

I really can't fault anything. If I'm being picky it would be our car spot which was very small and we have a bigger car but I just made my husband park and we didn't need the car unless we went to a theme park.

Location was excellent. On-site parking was very handy.

Occasional noisy neighbours in the apartment above - hard floors meant you could hear them walking around and moving furniture. Someone was smoking somewhere on a balcony nearby (we were on L14) and the cigarette smell wafted in. The hot water in the shower ran out twice for my partner - not sure why, as I had no issue. These were all minor issue, as our overall stay was great and I would definitely come again.
