The location was great - beach access a minute walk away, lots of shops near by. The pool was lovely to sit by and relax, with a bar/restaurant by the pool. 2 bedroom Room was a decent sized to fit my family comfortably and the view was lovely from our 36th Floor. Staff were very helpful and quite friendly at all times.

The fact that there was NO air con in the hallways and in the lifts. At times there were multiple people in the lifts and it was extremely uncomfortable. We stayed for 9 nights and im being picky here, but Maybe some extra shelving for clothes in wardrobe for families who don't want to live out of their suit cases?

Loved everything, The Ocean View and River Views. The High floor views, shining lights. The space in the Unit. The Location is fantastic. The Tram right there is a lifesaver when having a Parent/ Wheelchair with you and the Tram is a few meters away. Also so close to all the restaurants it was easy to get around to the Woolworths, Pharmacy and Beach. Also the 11:00 am opening of the casual restaurant at the outdoor Cold Swimming Pools. This Unit is so lovely and we loved the stay so much.

The beds were not super comfortable, My eldery Mom slept on the Single bed/s. and it was not a good bed/s And the Main-bedroom bed needs great improvement too. The sofas both looks great but rock hard. Good for people on the move the whole time, not so good for elderly comfort. Elderly Mom could not use the Indoor Pool there is no way to hold on to the side and she was dissapointed. No shallow end at the Indoor Pool, constand Depth of 1.5 Meters. All the gorgeous outdoor pools were too cold in the Month of May for us to use. But we did use the ample Pool Chairs and Loungers next the pool. Maybe an option to watch TV in the Second Bedroom is perhaps a plus for this unit, once again for the elderly visiting with family.

Apartment was spotless and clean. When I walked in the apartment felt so fresh. Bed making was so neat and I can't fault the cleaning. Housekeeping were friendly and we loved our daily room service. Location was fantastic. The view from room 2304 was amazing. We also loved the free parking on-site which had lifts directly to your room which was so much easier than other places I've stayed on the gold coast.

The dark hair reception lady was horrid. She should not have a job on a reception counter at a holiday venue if she can't even smile and make you feel welcome. I dreaded having to deal with her on the few times I did. For a 10 year to comment on her rudeness says it all.. the indoor heated pool was cold mid stay The spa also had floating bandaid and brown stuff in it and was also not hot mid stay. Some days there were some issues with the lifts which was a bit worrying. The buffet breakfast also was a big let down as the hot breakfast was all cold. But the view from 77 storeys up made up for that :)

Room was comfortable with a decent view from the floor I was on. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Pool was clean. Burgers were great at Longboards. I will stay again.

Paying a large bond and having the No Smoking thing rammed into you was a bit much. I suppose its what has to happen to stop people though. Couple of staff I didn't find very accomodating but others were great.

The location and the layout of the apartment was excellent. Having all the facilities in the room such as a full fridge, washer, dryer, cooking facilities, dishwasher added to the comfort level and convenience a lot. Had free secure parking as well so cant really complain.

A few things here and there in terms of details would have been amazing such as having power-points next to bed, refilling the toiletries, softer pillows. The hand held shower head in master bedroom was loose and wouldnt stay-up, the flush is second bathroom kept leaking. The lifts were upgrading so only 2 of 3 were working which was a little challenging during busy times.

Location is great - a few steps from the tram station and only a short walk to beach and shops/restaurants. Bright, sunny, quiet and nice room.

Just starting to show its age a little and some of the maintenance a bit "DIY" (room had been repainted but a lot of paint drops on the tiles that hadn't been cleaned up but flaked off while we were there), seal on bottom shower door was missing so bathroom floor "flooded" with each shower. Chose a non-serviced room which was fine but only got 2 towels for 2 people for a week and expected to pay for more - not the end of the world but 2 towels each would've been better.

Had a pub/ burger bar on site which was next to pool that also did room service for a fee, you could also get a decent breakfast at the top of the building for $42 which included entry to the sky view the room was quite large and had everything you need for a family cutlery etc washing machine dryer dishwasher microwave , stove top , fridge all clean and in good working order, the pool was a good size and nice for a swim , there was an Asian Restaraunt tepoenyaki that opened at night opposite the front entrance , everything was in walking distance trams buses beach surf clubs resteraunts and bars many doing happy hours between 4-6 or longer and supermarket ten minute walk to catch the lunch cruise boats also satellite tv in room all was really great

Not being able to access use of the Restaraunt and bar facilities of the sky view area without paying entry each time although I knew it is separately owned , just my thoughts

Staff - the cleaning staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Location- Perfect. Entry/ Exit - easy and accessible. A very short walk to the beach. Amenities - I loved the gym ( could do with some more weights), Loved all the pools, very clean and open great hours so if they were busy you could return later when they weren't as busy. Every thing was clean.

View - "Ocean view." Had to look out a corner window of the lounge area, couldn't see the ocean at all from the bedroom. Room - The room itself was clean, but I couldn't find power points in bathroom? Staff - The desk staff could do with some lessons in helping people. For example, I had no idea how to find my room. Another guest using the lift explained the floor/room number system. I felt rushed through my check ins and checkouts. No one ever said good morning or good afternoon as we walked through, its the small things.

Had a great stay and honestly didn’t want to leave! Pools were awesome, hot tub too, always enough cabanas to chill, room was spacious, aircon was working seamlessly, kitchen had everything that I needed and there were also a bath tub and a shower! Bed was comfy. Also no problems with lifts, never waited for more than a minute. Yeah the deposit thing was a bit uncomfortable but the funds were credited back to my account on the third calendar day after I left so not too bad! Woolworth was a five min walk, an indoor sky jumping place that I visited (highly recommended) was like a 3 min walk, a bus station was less than a 10 min walk, the beach like a 3 min walk. Trams stopped a minute away. Everything nearby. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating - allowed me to check in almost an hour before and sent me an email that my room was ready. Would definitely stay only there once back!

Couple of things really which did not impact my stay too much - I stayed on the 3rd floor, would be cooler to live more high up! I see people posted cool pictures of their views from the windows and sad I missed out on the view. Also breakfast - I tried once - to me there was not enough savory options, there were lots of delicious pastries and things, but when it came to savory options there were like 5 things to choose from. Would be nice to expand that!

The view and location was amazing and having Longboards attached to the Hotel was great for meals, snacks and drinks. The 3 bedroom unit was huge and pool area would suit everyone. Lots of lounges available and shaded areas if needed.

Customer service from staff at reception was hit & miss and expected much better and friendlier customer service at this hotel. The Roof top bar is not part of the resort. The Day Spa on site is closed but not marked as such and the specials advertised are misleading as the Day Spa is actually located in Broadbeach but this is not clear from any signage. The Shuttle service to the airport offered by the resort is more expensive than an Uber.
