Close to everything. Great space inside unit. Mostly clean in the living areas and beds presented/made well. We would stay here again as weather prevented us from doing much.

The little things. Blinds in bathrooms gross and dont close properly. Bath quite dirty - we all used the shower in the ensuite. Kettle and microwave were dirty. Kettle needs a wipe, I cleaned the microwave. No hand towels anywhere? Didnt think 3 star meant no hand towels? Coffee and sugar but no tea? No milk… maybe 3 star?

Nice Complex. The room had a comfy bed, comfy lounge, good shower, great location, great security, great facilities.

Old stove, only worked on flat out high on every ring no matter what setting. The microwaves start button did not work, so it also only worked on flat-out high. Made cooking so difficult. We had to buy some decent cups, a spatula, and tongs. Toilet kept running during every night. Just needs a bit of TLC and a bit of money spent.

A great stay in the heart of surfers paradise, and very close to everywhere we needed to go! Great service from the manager who was really down to earth and understanding! Our team loved our stay there and made some great memories!

The room was a bit dated and had a couple of damages prior to our stay, but this was all disclosed prior to our stay and was greatly appreciated

Great location close to everything, staff were great, facilities were clean and tidy.

Some parts of the appartments were outdated, communication prior to the stay could do with some improvement.

Staff was willing to help and went out of their way when there was an issue with the apartment. When they couldnt fix it within a reasonable time they put us in a better unit.

Great little apartment that had everything I needed. The building is a little dated but the apartment was clean, comfortable and handy to the Skypoint and the beach. It had a fully equiped laundry which I thought was brilliant.

Everything, Kelly, was amazing . She explained everything about the resort. Security was also the best. Thankyou Michael 👍

Bed could have been more comfortable, but I suffer with arthritis, so maybe it was me.
