Accommodation was excellent. Staff very helpful with guidance on what to see and do. The only issue I have is we needed to borrow the large luggage trolly to take our suitcases to the car. When the lift arrived my husband took the trolley into the 3rd life and before the next person got in doors closed and it went to down to the floor below, then came back up and I went to get in but the lift stopped short of the floor by about 2inches and as I was walking in to avoid the large luggage trolly, I tripped and twisted my left foot. I did report it to reception on our way out. I was told the Manager was not there and they would organize an accident report and email to me. To date I have not received it. My foot was bruised and swollen for 7 days and is still sore now. I would appreciate a copy of the incident report promised.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was quiet, clean and comfy. The air conditioning worked well. Facilities around the hotel were clean and well presented. Car parking was easy to access and free (bonus!)

Staff on check-in where very pushy trying to get me to attend a Wyndham rewards program talk. The lady did not want to take no for an answer when I said I was not interested which made it a bit of an awkward interaction.

Booking.com site advises show ID and credit card on check-in but should be updated it’s the physical credit card and no digital versions will be accepted. The room was already fully paid for, & I showed my digital licence ID but the receptionist refused to let me tap my Apple wallet card, and advised a physical card was compulsory, so I luckily sourced a photo of it - this was a bit stressful 😥 but post checkin (Tracey I think) was excellent and made me feel very welcome.

Great option for relatively good value accommodation walking distance to Surfer's. We were here for the marathon and it was super handy having the tram stop right outside the front door. Just a quick stroll to the beach. Room was fine, reception helpful and view was great. Would stay again

Pretty busy at the lobby with check-ins/outs etc which can hold things up a bit. Also plenty of action getting up and down the lifts. But nothing major!

We stayed at 2 bedroom apartment with beautiful beach and mountain views. Comfy beds with cooking facilities and washer and dryer. Lovely staff allowed us to check in early. Perfect location, just one tramstop away from Cavill Avenue or a short stroll along the beach to get there. There's also a beautiful Italian restaurant downstairs if you don't feel like cooking and want to eat out or takeaway back to your room if the kids are feral. We ordered breakfast room service. It was delicious. Ice cream shop was also conveniently across the road.

Great location & very close to the most touristic main road (10min walk). 5mi. Walk from the beach. Spacious rooms and relatively big appartment. Ideal for families with kids.

location is great and room is modern and nice. liked the 2 bedroom layout which worked well for travel with our son. appreciated the laundry facilities inside the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were full size.

diamond status with wyndham was not recognized and my membership meant nothing to them. couldn't get even one hour later checkout for 11 AM since I wasn't an 'owner'. Asked to speak to a manager politely and they never came out to see me or reached out to me during the 7 day stay. shameful

Had poo on our sheets when we arrived. We had to wash and dry sheets before going to bed. Was nit really happy. Wife spoke to Emma at reception no response from house keeping. On checking out my wife was asked was our stay good, mentioned we had poo on sheets girl at reception began to laugh. My wife told her it was not a laughing matter and something should gave been done to help rather than us having to wash sheets.

The place smells really nice and comforting. The room was very clean and looks new. The kitchen has good amount of utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mugs and cooking stuff. Shampoo,Conditioner, handsoap,bodywash and lotion were provided. The washing machine works well. Air conditioning was working. The pool was warm at night and the jacuzzi was a big plus. Everywhere is clean. Closed to tram stop.

1. I got charged double for the deposit, it has been rectified before we left but i think they should be more careful about this. 2. The balcony lights on our unit weren't working. 3. The beds need an upgrade

The view and the size of our booking, we had everything to cater ourselves to!

There isn’t house cleaning service everyday, apparently it’s every 8 nights only. We had to go and request for change of towels and a rubbish bin as we did not have one either. The bathroom and laundry didn’t feel clean as there were some leftover residue from previous people I’m assuming but when we first checked in there was a strong smell of carpet cleaner and a big pitch of it wet. Other than that, everything else was clean to our knowledge.
