The hotel is in a great location. The room was quiet, clean and comfy. The air conditioning worked well. Facilities around the hotel were clean and well presented. Car parking was easy to access and free (bonus!)

Staff on check-in where very pushy trying to get me to attend a Wyndham rewards program talk. The lady did not want to take no for an answer when I said I was not interested which made it a bit of an awkward interaction.

Great location & very close to the most touristic main road (10min walk). 5mi. Walk from the beach. Spacious rooms and relatively big appartment. Ideal for families with kids.

We stayed at 2 bedroom apartment with beautiful beach and mountain views. Comfy beds with cooking facilities and washer and dryer. Lovely staff allowed us to check in early. Perfect location, just one tramstop away from Cavill Avenue or a short stroll along the beach to get there. There's also a beautiful Italian restaurant downstairs if you don't feel like cooking and want to eat out or takeaway back to your room if the kids are feral. We ordered breakfast room service. It was delicious. Ice cream shop was also conveniently across the road.

The place smells really nice and comforting. The room was very clean and looks new. The kitchen has good amount of utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mugs and cooking stuff. Shampoo,Conditioner, handsoap,bodywash and lotion were provided. The washing machine works well. Air conditioning was working. The pool was warm at night and the jacuzzi was a big plus. Everywhere is clean. Closed to tram stop.

1. I got charged double for the deposit, it has been rectified before we left but i think they should be more careful about this. 2. The balcony lights on our unit weren't working. 3. The beds need an upgrade

location is great and room is modern and nice. liked the 2 bedroom layout which worked well for travel with our son. appreciated the laundry facilities inside the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were full size.

diamond status with wyndham was not recognized and my membership meant nothing to them. couldn't get even one hour later checkout for 11 AM since I wasn't an 'owner'. Asked to speak to a manager politely and they never came out to see me or reached out to me during the 7 day stay. shameful

The view and the size of our booking, we had everything to cater ourselves to!

There isn’t house cleaning service everyday, apparently it’s every 8 nights only. We had to go and request for change of towels and a rubbish bin as we did not have one either. The bathroom and laundry didn’t feel clean as there were some leftover residue from previous people I’m assuming but when we first checked in there was a strong smell of carpet cleaner and a big pitch of it wet. Other than that, everything else was clean to our knowledge.

Facilities were great to have such as kitchen and laundry area. Parking was a bonus as not many places have spacious private parking areas that are included in the booking. Close to Paradise Boulevard shopping area, just a 10 minute walk. Majority of kitchen utensils were clean.

Can get noisy outside from time to time. Otherwise, TV was unfortunately small making it difficult to view in lounge room. Twin bedroom didn’t have a TV. Air conditioner needs a re-gas due to not having enough cool air.

The location was great, beautiful view and fabulous facilities. Plenty of room which is great.

One thing that could be improved was the sliding glass door in the bedroom of room 1608 doesn’t latch properly therefore it doesn’t lock. Even though the door is heavy, if you give it a jolt to check it’s locked, it slides right open. Also the door to room doesn’t latch properly either and you have to lift the handle so it locks properly. Minor issues but could be a larger issue if it was a woman travelling alone. Apart from this, absolutely amazing, thank you!

Our stay at Wyndham was absolutely amazing. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was everything we needed and more. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The amenities, from the pool to the dining options, were top-notch, making our experience even more enjoyable. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend Wyndham to anyone looking for an easy get away.

Ease of booking, communication. We ended up at the local hospital with a very sick Bub overnight and the staff were amazing allowing us extra time for sleep and showing sympathy to our situation. We had a late flight and communication was clear and easy for late night after hours entry which made it so stress free for us! We are family members to founding Wydham Club members and can see why they become apart of it! We will be back for certain! Thank you thank you thank you!

I think, especially for family units - more towels. We had 4 towels in the unit and that just wasn’t enough, maybe double it so families are sorted and efficiency in terms of not needing to bug staff. Just a suggestion, not a complaint.
