Loved the apartment we stayed in. It was cosy, beautiful view from balcony and close to the tram. The pool and spa were fantastic, looked newly refurbished and pool was heated. We used the games room nearly every day to play table tennis. The kitchen and bathroom were nice. I loved the art work on wall. The manager was friendly and let us check in early. The bed was very comfy. Our room had a clothes line however not all rooms did so really appreciated that extra bonus to hang up swimwear and towels

Kids bedroom slightly small but no big deal. Cable not working but it was a smart TV so could stream live TV and watch Netflix, so not a big deal at all.

The property is above average. BEWARE if you want an ocean view. It may be I read too quickly and saw ocean view then at some point --maybe when I confirmed my desired room--it lists ocean view, river view, or, pool view. You can actually be allocated also to a street view. Read carefully. Possibly they may allocate the lowest cost room to the street view, the next cost room to river view or pool view, and possibly the highest cost room to the ocean view. It depends on what is available as only one side of the building has the ocean view and some apartment have long term tenants. The property is not extremely close to the ocean so the view may be minimal; I didn't get to see it. If you don't care about the view, it is clean and not extremely worn and a pleasant property.

Tram right out the front. Close to Casino. Had great meal there. Didn’t use the pool and spa but saw guests using them and they looked nice. Saw lots of Uber eats delivering.

We were there for 3 nights. Only got enough shampoo/conditioner for 1 night. 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 dishwashing liquid. Room is not cleaned and no new towels unless you stay for a week. The first night was horrendous with neighbours partying until after 2.30 in the morning. Contacted receptionist next morning who was very nice and apologised. She said that outside the building where you check in is the number of a night person to contact but this is not good enough after the event. If you stay here, get the number and hopefully you won’t need it. On the handout you are given that if you make noise after 9 pm you will be evicted with no refund but our neighbours took no notice of this and they left the next morning any way,

We arrived later than we anticipated due to traffic. The Palazzo Colonnades is a beautiful looking place with really well set out apartments for short or long stays. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and after a short chat we were upgraded to stay on the 9th floor which had amazing views. Our room had all that we required and having a washing machine/dryer was a bonus. We only had a 10 min walk to Surfers and we also had a Tram stop outside of building as well which was great. All in all a great place to stay and we will definitely stay there again. Thankyou.

Location was perfect, reception staff were so helpful and friendly. Great to have an apartment with everything i needed. Games room, gym and pool were really good.

The shower grout needed some attention, and the shower ran very hot on the cold setting ( like only just turned on) & got scolded twice. Not convinced it was a superior apartment though, the couch in lounge was very worn. Outdoor furniture on patio needed a good wipe down. From photos i thought i was going to get a view.

Comfy and cosy apartment, clean and tidy... had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Full kitchen and bathroom. Laundry also which was a huge high light for us as we could wash our clothes and not worry about bringing dirty washing back! Staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. Tram was right at the door so super easy to get to and from. Surfers was only 10 min up the road on foot and the gorg beaches were only a 4 min walk! Pool and spa was clean and perfect to cool off in.. Highly recommend to all travellers!

Recommend Palazzo Colonnades for your stay that's great value,a immaculately maintained accommodation complex,secure and peaceful.Greeted at reception by Cassandra who was so friendly and helpful during our stay with where to go what to do.Our apartment was big,well furnished,super clean,very comfortable with great appliances and pool view from a large balcony.The pool,heated spa and bbq area was a beautiful oasis to enjoy,swim and relax with lots of sun lounges, seating and adjacent gym.The tram stop out the front to take you up and down the coast.Beach and the BMD Northcliffe surf club a short walk away with stunning ocean views, meals, facilities with friendly staff not to be missed.

Very central. Between Surfer's & Broadbeach. G-link tram right outside. Very friendly & helpful staff. Got a quiet, rear view room on upper floor as requested. Nice outlook. Very quiet. Good size apartment. Would definitely stay there again.

Probably not 4 star accommodation??? Apartment was dated with thread bare sofas. Disappointed sauna was closed as it was one of the reasons I chose this place.

Located about 4 to 5 minutes walk from Surfers Paradise Beach and having tram stop right next door, this accommodation has all standard facilities of an apartment including free parking, laundry and dryer, gym and swimming pool in the building.

The room I checked in to wasn’t as clean as it should have been, they dont have housekeeping and only provides one towel for the stay
