The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, just steps away from pubs, restaurants, public transportation, and the beach. The view was absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean with a beautiful balcony.

I would have appreciated having a blanket provided, as the bed only had a sheet. The staff member who gave us the key on arrival was very friendly and kind. However, the person I spoke to on the phone for check-out was quite rude and unhelpful.

Great location, great light, great views. Even views from elevated pool, bbq garden area.

Some Power-points were not acessible or did not work in both bedrooms and kitchen. The powerboard in the main bedroom burnt out and we couldn't use lamps No acessible powerpoint in second bedroom at all No fan control for living room. No door screens for night . Bathroom taps were a bit odd and easily left in drip mode A big bottle of bottled water in the fridge would have been great and we left 2 for the bext guest.

The building has signs of age but this is also an advantage as the unit is spacious. Bed and pillows were great. Everything you need is there. Surf views from balcony and main bedroom. Also walking distance to all restaurants and the Fri/Sat night markets.

Just minor cleaning aspects like no attention to build up in corners or behind/around furniture. Could use a few hooks in bathroom and soap holders in shower.

We loved how close it was to the beach and main shops and nightlife, kids had a great time throwing frisbee on the beach late in the afternoon and just collecting sea shells. The rooms were clean and tidy , car parking was easy.

The bed was a bit hard , the wifi passwords weren't working for the kids tablets when they were settling in for the night , they gave us new passwords on the last night their and no one was ever at reception.

The location was great, and had a car parking space. From the lovely outdoor pool and spa, you could look over to the main Surfers Beach 100 metres away, and it had markets set up on the Friday night. Their was a sauna too in the indoor separate male and female change/toilet areas. Just a very short walk to the shops. Great view of the ocean from our balcony on the 20th floor. Nice sized kitchen with full fridge. Good bedroom with ensuite, and large wardrobe. Was an apartment I think, and the place had previously been an apartment block. Parking available onsite was handy also.

The balcony was a little scary, very narrow and sloping forward, which my husband said was for the run off rain when happened. But the view from it was amazing of the Surfers beach.

Great location cavil ave within walking distance. Amazing beach views. Comfortable room and friendly staff. Great pricing and after hours check in was a breeze.

We had dirty cups on our cupboard. And some amenities in the room were a bit dated. No screens on sliding doors was a bit inconvenient.

My family had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this place. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great location, comfortable stay yet still there is value for money. Staff also had assisted my requested even after hours. Thank you!

The phone was not working but we didn't really use it anyway.

The apartment was perfect! Perfect location, perfect facilities, very good value for the price. The staff were lovely and very accomedating. My daughter was unwell and ruined the bed sheets, staff gave us new sheets and blankets. The apartment is right on the beach front. Walking distant to everything, makes it easy for parents with little ones to get access to the shops. Tv had netflix for days it rained, so we had a cosy day & night in watching movies. The apartment had air con & also a fan in the bedroom which was a bonus!

Our balcany doors didn't have key security locks. Making it easy for the busy hands of children to unlock. Our apartment was on one of the high levels, and it made me feel a bit anxious to turn my back. But other than that, perfect!

The view was great. It was very clean and the staff were helpful. The location was very convenient.

The fan had a clicking noise that made it hard to sleep. Also there was a terrible water hammer in the kitchen sink taps. It's the worst we've ever heard so it should be looked at by a plumber.

I loved the view and the location was great, right in the heart of the city. The room was nice, it had air-conditioning but we didn't use it, having the balcony door open and the fans was just fine. The room was pretty small but that was ok since it was just the two of us.

The room was very dusty in certain places and the living room needed a coffee table but other then that we were very happy.
