The hotel overall was fantastic, the facilities are well maintained, clean and welcoming. The king deluxe rooms are a good size and ensuite is perfect - as a female I liked the fact that the mirror had a backlight when getting ready. The balcony doors shut out the sound from outside very well, it was only till later in the night did we hear some sound, obviously as the clubs turned their music up but even then it was completely fine. The staff were always polite and smiling, and nothing at all was too much to ask. Matthew at check out was lovely. Definitely on our books for a longer return visit.

Our room did have a slight smell to it when entering - like dampness. We aired it out by opening the balcony doors which did help.

We were expecting a standard hotel room like all Hilton hotel rooms, however it turned out to be an apartment. As there were two rooms and two bathrooms my son and I had our own space. We also liked the expansive ocean view and private balcony. We were delighted being so high up allowing fantastic views to the Spit and broadwater. The breakfast buffet was also very good, and the laundry in the apartment would be very useful had we stayed longer.

The entrance and foyer to the facility were uninteresting. Not at all like a Hilton Hotel. Having permanent residences in the facility does change the vibe from holiday to residential.

Excellent location, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, option to upgrade to the executive suite was a bonus in terms of inclusives. The lounge and food/beverage offerings were worth the extra coin. Live music was a great bonus too. Buffet breakfast was perfect, plenty of variety and always fully stocked. Welcome bag with a couple goodies was a nice touch too.

Chocolate smeared on the balcony door handle(I hope). No toilet cleaning utensils. Expected something just a little more fancy for the price paid and for a hotel labelled The Hilton.

Aw some staff so friendly and helpful . Fantastic location and the Wok and indian vegetarian and The Yankees are great restaurants nearby as well as so many good eateries. Beach is a walk away Hotel staff are so nice and regular messages to check 🙂 f your stay is ok The residences for 2 bedrooms are fantastic and an amazing view of the ocean , very spacious apartments Pools are great and sauna is lovely Breakfast is fantastic Will stay again for sure

We liked the view! The staff are very friendly and kitchen staff were great with their food service. Great location too!

Bathroom was clean except for the dirty grout inside the shower. It was just unpleasant to look at. Coffee table had fingerprints on them which meant it wasn’t thoroughly wiped. Bed had sands beneath the blanket even though our feet was clean and didn’t go to the beach at all.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was absolutely perfect, with everything we needed just a short walk away. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The carpark smell!!! Terrible!!!! Absolutely horrendous, smelt so bad we always braced ourselves before arrive to the Basement & carpark area.

I loved it, the staff were so accommodating and kind. My room was clean and a gorgeous view. The location was so convenient and super easy to get in and out
