There was plenty of space for the family of 4 & great location.

There weren’t any basic stuff such as salt, pepper, oil to do any cooking. Also there weren’t any cleaning products or rubbish bag supplied. When people are staying for 7 days & expected to keep the place clean, it is also the owners best interest to provide these things.

This property is very well Located. It’s right in the Center of Surfers paradise where the restaurants, eateries n shopping surrounds. It faces a stunning view of the beach/sun. It’s especially great to have 3 ensuites plus an additional toilet

The carpets needs to be cleaned and/or replaced. The blankets were dusty and we had to remove them so that we stop getting our allergies. The management could have provided a few more waste disposal bags and dishwashing liquid…this costs very little and it affords convenience to your guests plus it enables your guest to keep clean. We wished The dining table to be larger and sofa set more comfortable

Great View and location, very quiet up on the 51st floor, really big apartment so everyone had somewhere to chill out on their own if they wanted to

Really hard to find the actual accommadation once we had collected the keys. No actual signage to say Orchid Residences, if they had said it was in the Hilton then it would have been alot easier. Wasted 30 minutes looking

The apartment was great, however the beds were like cement, the pillows even worse..so sleep was terrible for 5 nights..the rules for cleaning upon leaving are fine, but with nothing there to clean with it was a bit hard..the bathrooms were not very clean upon arrival..

We didn't like any of the beds..they were like sleeping on cement slabs..

Great location. It's very close to public transport and restaurants as well as beaches.

I would like that there are some dishwash cleaning products. There was none to use. I am not comfortable buying a whole bottle of cleaning product just for a few dishes. The same opinion applies to toilet paper.

Loved the location! 18th floor right in the heart of surfers, walking distance to every single shop and the beach! washing machine, dryer, beautiful apartment and very roomy! the view was amazing on the balcony and in the rooms

honestly I believe the apartment needs to be pest controlled a few tiny cockroaches while opening cupboards, we stayed on 18th floor so didn't expect that second thing is the fold out couch smells and after sitting my legs got itchy, same with 2 other people couches might need a deep clean. Was a bit difficult collecting keys, but once arrived was very happy and really good price !!! can't argue with that Thankyou

Loved how close it was to everything, it was a great space for the price. Views were amazing and hotel pool was great. Was good to have a personal car space as well and not worry about that. Communication was good.

More kitchen utensils would have been good, and for a week, stay 2 towels per person would be ideal. They didn't really dry intime to use again. I hated not having a quilt. The blanket was too thin and didn't feel like you could sleep properly. I actually went to kmart and bought a $20 quilt. Slept much better after that. You would expect a bed to have a quilt. Bit strange not having one.

The location and the view was the only thing the property had that was great !

infested with cockroaches , the oven and stove were disgustingly dirty , the were stains on the bathroom floors , none of the exhaust fans work , half the lights in the apartment didn’t work , one kept blowing on and off in the kitchen ! the walls were all dirty definitely needed a paint a job ! furniture very uncomfortable! to be honest felt like I was staying at a budget motel ! would not recommend! oh and the pool area is always shaded so therefore always cold and even the indoor pool is not heated !

The location & facilities were 1st class,clean,comfortable,a view to die for, quiet & ideal for any purpose, holiday or work.. the online booking process very easy.The key pick up location was simple once you knew what to look for,can I suggest a photo for identification...Highly recommended destination & accommodation.

The key pick up location could be better identified,especially if arriving later in the day/evening. Identifying the Apartment is within The Hilton complex could also help with the arrival process/Uber/Taxi drivers.Thank you.

Great location, everything you need is in close proximity. Including the light rail basically outside the entrance. Lovely room for a family but as it is a family room it was a little cluttered with personal/decorative items. So not much room for our own belongings. Every shelf, the kitchen bench,coffee table,every side table and the kitchen table all covered with decorative items. Still great value for money. Kitchen well stocked with everything that was needed but again was hard to use the kitchen bench or table as it was covered.Amazing view!
