Location, price, size of unit

Working washer/dryer, limited office hours, wifi cut out multiple times during the day, ceiling fan in bedroom is same in other units which are in range of remote control so if other unit turns fan or light on, it turns on or off in your unit.

Amazing location, great size apartment, good facilities. Central and close to everything, convenient parking. Loved being so close to the beach and the action.

The showers in our apartment were made without screens, so the bathrooms completely flooded every time someone took a shower. This led to difficulties using bathrooms for any purpose, as both toilets were inside the bathrooms which were wet constantly with 6 people staying in the apartment. Floors were constantly wet. More provisions should be included to deal with this issue, such as squeegees and absorbent mops (we had to ask for the mop head to be replaced).

Wind!! 🤣 Beds weren’t the comfiest. Queen bed was saggy and old. Curtains didn’t open wide, blocking view, in lounge and main bedroom especially. The toilet paper, dishwasher, washing up and clothes washer supplies were a bit cheap. We pay the same price per day so should get enough for each day. ‘Complementary’ just means people who stay longer subsidise those who only stay for a short visit. I didn’t see the laundry airer until we were leaving. it was hidden behind the laundry door. Wish I’d seen that sooner. A broom would be nice. No one wants to vacuum on holidays!

The 3-bedroom apartment at Zenith Oceanfront Apartments was extremely spacious for all 6 of us who were travelling. It was the perfect location for all amenities and we had an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. To top it off, it was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Location and view were amazing!

Indoor pool sometimes had a bad smell. I would suggest good extraction fans in the toilets. Sauna had no temperature gauge and pool/sauna area had no clock (minor I know). We also had the biggest apartment yet smallest car space next to a caged area. There were a lot of car spaces free the whole time we were there and 1 extra car space (which we would have paid for) should have been offered for our large 3 bedroom apartment.

Best location possible and incredible view. Indoor pool and spa fantastic for winter months. Very spacious and clean and the lady who helped us when we arrived earlier than expected was so lovely and helpful. Great and fast communication in the week before arriving with information we requested.

The kitchen had everything you needed but only just. We did have to buy a couple of large coffee mugs as the coffee cup’s provided were still quite small but maybe that was just us!!! A couple of containers to store open food in would have been helpful too

We had a 3BR apartment and it met our expectations. Great location. Beach and shopping mile 2 minute walk. Spacious and clean, modern appliances and fittings. The kitchen was huge! Each room had its own fan and quiet aircon. All-round view. Nice outdoor pool and easy use of tennis court. Loved Ocean view balcony!

No bedside table lamps.

amazing location and the views are just stunning. apartment had lots of space. double balconies were incredible. facilities in the apartment block were great eg. pool and spa. staff nice and helpful.

the large bed was two beds pushed together and had the hard middle where they joined so you could only be on a side bit in the middle and it was uncomfortable. only minor thing considering how great rest of apartment was.

the building/maintenance works were sometimes very loud and I feel we should have been given a discount rate as compensation

We when to Zenith for the Gold Coast marathon with a group of friends all of which found these apartments outstanding. The whole facility is maintained immaculately with not a thing out of place and the staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here and will definitely stay again
