Location Location Location Oh and view! We had room 51 on level 12

It was very dirty. All the cups stuck to the cupboard as it had a very sicky residual. The toilets had dirty bowls- bleach could have cleared it. Mould on all the fans and vents The aircon is in the lounge and dining area and so the bedrooms where extremely hot. The pool is not suitable for older people or small kids. Slippery steep steps and deep.

Loved loved the location which is a blocks walk from Cavill avenue the Main Street in surfers Paradise. We just parked our car (designated spot) in the secure underground car park for most of our stay. The outlook over the beach was beautiful and a great place to while away the time. The fully equipped kitchen had everything you needed to cook up a storm (supermarkets within east walking distance)

Had no internet the whole time we were there. Granted they had issues with their previous provider but they really didn’t make any effort to really explain the challenges. One staff member said, ‘I don’t know and they didn’t tell me anything?’ That’s it, instead of finding out. Good internet is a must in todays accomodation

The room was clean, spacious and easy to relax in when we wanted to. The air-conditioning was great and loved that we had one in the main bedroom as well. It was comfortable and everything I expected with a beautiful view, comforts of home and close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

We were put in the wrong room on the first night which was extremely disappointing but rectified the next day and very well handled by the staff. Oven could have been cleaner but ended up not using anyway and the old style bath/shower would be better if upgraded but only very small issues.

Excellent location. Great staff. Nice rooms. We can't really complain much. Everything you need at a good price and a great location right on the beach. Some awesome restaurants nearby 😁

The dishwasher was really smelly which made it a bit unpleasant. Also the windows and verandah glass could do with a wash. It would have been lovely to see the gorgeous view through the windows/sliding doors

The location is by far the biggest draw card. Both bedrooms and the living area had amazing ocean/beach views for miles. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and has everything needed. We appreciated the washer/dryer and two bathrooms. Within abut 100-150 metres is the start of the beach view restaurants and we tried several of them which were all excellent. The Cavill Ave is about 50 m beyond that. The beds were very comfortable and despite the location, it was very quiet. Nice pool with long opening hours. The parking was safe and secure and we appreciated that the fob had to be used to get to the parking from outside and from inside. We stayed in apartment 37 on the 9th floor. Definatley hope to get back there again. The beach markets are right outside. We arrived very late and the after hours access was easy. Excellent wifi. Netflix was easy to use. Loved the big dining table.

Under the sink there is a hose that is extremely hot for some reason. My grandson was putting something in the bin under the sink and burnt himself and now has a scar. Just be careful if you have little kids. The balcony would be my only concern with little kids.

Very comfortable bed, happy to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, tv had 7plus on it, close to the beach, and everything there to cook a meal if want to in the apartment just need to buy the food

The curtains in dining area would not close right up so lights were coming in at night, The windows need cleaning on the outside they were very smeary and had an old RUSTY tall lamp in the corner where you watch TV in lounge part look very untidy it did, wondering why the dryer wouldn't dry clothes properly it had filter full of fluff and the filter need replacing as it was ripped

Location was fabulous. Very quiet and unit was very well equipped. Security was excellent. Very good washing machine and dryer. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The unit was very tired, curtains not hanging properly because clips missing. Tiles were chipped in both bathroom and toilet. Bed dipped in the middle, I quess due to the age of bed. Cushions slipped off cane lounge and chairs, again an age issue.

The Location is superb, next to Surfer Paradise center, where we can go around for food, and easy access to public transportation. The View is superb, right in the front of us is the beach line and we got a good long walk there.

We try to access Netflix from the TV, it was not successful, and also you tube for the kids, its error, would be great if the apartment consider the tv upgraded. And would be nice if the apartment provide a Hair Dryer as well.

Location was great right on the sea front. The rooms where a great size with plenty of kitchen supplies. The pool area was lovely and the tennis courts where we were able to use the hotels tennis equipment. Aircon was great and views. Car park was spacious and easy to use.

The chairs on the balcony were very tired looking with the insides showing. My son dropped something on the floor that rolled under the sofa, when I moved the sofa to find it, it looked like it had not been vacuumed under there for some time.

Always a pleasure to be greeted as a VIP by the delightful Barbie. We love this place. Across the road from the beach. Around the corner from many eating places and Cavill Ave. Tram a block away. My favorite is watching the ocean from my bed or the couch or lazing on the balcony. Big and roomy with 2 bathrooms and everything you need for a stay. Has parking and a pool, tennis court and spa and sauna. What else do you want!

There is not much you can do to improve this place. Its not your fancy expensive boring highrise but is everything you need for a wonderful surfers stay.
