Great room, clean and comfortable. Excellent view of beach from balcony, spotted dozens of whales passing by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Building situated only a minute walk to Cavill Ave, with coffee shops and restaurants even closer. Our 8 night stay was perfect. Thanks again BreakFree Moroccan!

It really exceeded my expectations for the price, a super lovely winter holiday by the beach. Very spacious, very clean, full kitchen (wonderful as we have lots of dietary needs i.e., cooking from scratch) but also do accessible to everything. Spacios and comfortable. Thank you.

The holiday went too fast! But really, facilities were lovely, needs comfortable, NO complaints.

The property itself and the apartment and location was absolutely stunning. The best apartment we’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

The mattress was so uncomfortable, we had a lot of trouble sleeping. We asked the staff for a mattress topper to be put on but that couldn’t be done. It let our stay down unfortunately.

Quiet and location very friendly

Just one of the showers in the room did not have lining on shower door which water was coming out on floor. but we told the the counter ladies and they sad they would fix it straight away, very on the ball and I said it was ok just fix it up when we leave

We moved from a 3bed to a 2bed and the 2bed (as we stayed on for another week) was perfect! The owner had done a great job renovating the room throughout. Very clean and tidy. All kitchen needs taken car of. Heat pumps in every room too! Unit 279

Just the 2 seater couch was uncomfortable (can feel the bars through the cushion). If just that item was replaced, we couldn't fault the room.

Perfect location, with views of the beach and close to shops and cafes. Our apartment was very quiet and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. Great staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, fast free wifi.

Not enough bedding, we needed a quilt in winter not a flimsy polyester blanket. The bathroom and kitchen were dated and need a refurb. Limited foxtel channels and no free to air TV.

The location is great! Walking distance to food, entertainment, the beach, and public transport. The children loved that the pool was open until 9 pm. We were so appreciative that we were able to leave our luggage there after checking out, due to our flights departing later that day - this was a great help.

Spacious apartments with multiple bathrooms and a laundry. Perfect for our 2 year old. Good location as I had a conference next door, and was convienent to everything we needed.

Older facilities, but everything worked OK except the balcony door that broke (was fixed within 24 hr) and the dining room chair that broke. Wasn't 100% clean, bathrooms needed a good scrub

We have a very spacious room with 2 balconies both with great views. The location was just over the road from the beach and super close to bars restaurants and shops. a fantastic location.

There was nothing I did not like during our stay.

I liked the self-contained comfort, the size of the apartment, the floor plan, the facilities. The accommodation was a highlight of my trip.

Unforeseen weather conditions. However this was not a fault of the hotel.
