The unit is very spacious, 2 bedrooms, spacious lounge and dining area and a very large kitchen with all the comforts of home. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice. We liked the large balcony with a view of the enormous towers they have built in the last years. The location suited us very well as we are not so fast and stable on our feet.

You can see that the unit is well used over the years. Paint is flaking of the walls, and the doors would like a bit of paint. The bedroom furniture is also very well used. Also, the curtains will need a wash and should be better looked after.

Great location very close to Cavill Avenue. Building a little tired - as with many Gold Coast hotels - but very clean. Selection of swimming pools, including an indoor pool, was great.

Rubbish chute was so small - very hard to put anything of any size in - and not pleasant to use. Wasn't made aware of where else the rubbish or recycling bins were downstairs. Selection of TV channels very poor. Booklet in the room didn't advise how to use the TV properly to find sports channels etc.

Excellent location for what we needed, awesome unexpected views from our room & the expansive grounds & pools very well maintained. Very close to supermarket & 10 minute walk to the beach with everything in between 👍

It was a two bed two bath apartment however the toilet for bed two only flushed when it chose to actually literally! We tried to work it out but couldn’t so go out come back then flush 😆

Spacious, the pools & spa, the towels, the balcony and it was close to a shop

The small step in both bathrooms was quite dangerous and did hurt one guest. My 96yr old mum had to be extremely careful of the step it would be better as a slope than of a small step which is more dangerous and likely to cause an accident The property does need some decor repairs as there is quit a bit of deterioration on the walls especially the corners

Our checkout on Sunday with no reception gave us no way to leave our bags anywhere, as our next destination did not have check-in until later in the day.

Great location one minute walk to supermarket, good security. Big rooms and everything you could need is supplied. Modern comfortable furniture.

Needs painting and bathroom door lock doesn’t work but that’s minor

Good view glad it had a proper kitchen and the spa was nice and hot and the indoor pool was a good temp

The main thing was the curtains the are very old and smelt very musty and could properly upgrade the bedding covers

Really central pocation. Close to everything. Jacuzzi/spa was nice & hot , unlike many grand resorts. 2 nice pools. Friendly staff. Gardens well kept.

Beds were too hard for us.

Locations was great.

I’d suggest that you change the size of the rubbish bin/ bags to suit that of the rubbish chute if you want guest to remove rubbish. It was annoying to take the rubbish along with our luggage upon leaving to realise we would need to manually remove the rubbish from the bag for it to fit.

the pools, the spa. excellent location. the apartment was comfortable. We loved the kitchen.

the only thing I did not like was the half tennis court. I was hoping it was a full tennis court. the reverse cycle aircon did not work but it wasn’t really needed while we stayed here.
