We had upgrades on some of our rooms which was amazing, we were upgraded to the family penthouse 3 bedroom, the beds were so comfy, the views from the balconys stunning! Everything was clean and the room was spacious.

My only complaint is there are small cavities on the edges of the balconies that need addressing if you have little kiddies especially from the 18th floor, we also had trouble finding our room and parking but after we worked out the map and our bearings we knew where to go. Could use some more garbage bags provided in the rooms for the rubbish.

The apartment was roomy and had well appointed kitchen facilities. Pools were clean and quite large. Nice big balcony .

The parking was very confusing and took us a long time to locate the spot. There were only 2 keys to the apartment with 3 separate travellers. Main bathroom was a shower over the bath - not convenient for older visitors.

It was s great SECURE place to stay with lovely outlook and so close to everything in Surfers.

A step by step instruction sheet would be no end of help to assist those of us who are not that tech savvy to assist with connecting to the smart tv. The offerings are superb but connecting was an absolute challenge. With a little help from Mr Google we were able to connect and enjoyed the Foxtel offerings. So nice to have such a pick list of channels , but instructions for accessing the channels would be of benefit.

Lovely spacious apartment overlooking the pool area, great usable balcony. Very peaceful and didn't feel crowded (even during Easter holidays). The staff were very helpful, and location was great - out of the way of all the surfers paradise noise but close to the bus stop and tram. The kids absolutely loved the pool.

Wonderful place, the only thing that would make it even better was a little more to support self-catering - salt and pepper, more than 1 sachet of dishwasher powder etc.

I loved the apartment very clean and tidy had everything we needed. washing machine and dryer and a whole kitchenette, bathroom, walk in wardrobe etc. great friendly staff and great pool and spa.

Too bad we were on the lowest floor so no view but apartment worth the money for three nights. only thing is it never said online when I booked to Stay i had to pay a 200 security bond. had to take out my own trash and clean dishes because there was no room service. I would stay again for price but It was a hassle to use up my Spending money on the security bond I had no idea about.

Fantastic apartment, comfortable, spacious, great location, quiet, loved the pool and spa, beautiful balcony. Laundry facilities in the room were also nice.

Don’t usually like to complain, but wasn’t cleaned properly, freezer full of icicles, oven trays not cleaned- just foil stuck over the top, carpets in the lounge room quite badly stained and ensuite bathroom needs a good scrub, especially behind the toilet. No soap holders or anywhere to put stuff in the main shower. Staff were a bit disorganised, entered my card details incorrectly so had to call and sort it out. Then didn’t know what day I was checking out. Some basic items check as salt and pepper, coasters and place mats in the apartment would have been nice.

Pool was amazing and great for my young grandson. Sub penthouse was out of this world. Large and spacious with great views from all windows and balconies. Quiet surroundings. Very secure.

Confusion on returning the keys post leaving. In the information book it stated leave keys in room but you are meant to hand keys in at reception. Information book needs to be updated. Also in the information book it needs to state what day the recycling bin is emptied.

Great sauna, small gym, lovely big pool with a spa bath and space to lay out in the sun. The apartment had everything we needed (3 adult couples), noting we didn't cook. Big living room with a large smart TV, great views from the master bedroom, plenty of space and comfortable beds.

Needs more toilet paper rolls in the bathrooms and more dishwashing soap and washing machine tablets. These were very limited for the duration of our stay.

Apartment was Awesome! Great location, Very spacious! Especially the living areas, modern furniture an huge TV with Netflix & YouTube. 2 bdrm 2 bathrooms with great showers built in wardrobes, walk in robe in main bdrm .. big balcony. The pool an outdoor area is really beautiful 🩵 I couldn’t get the girls out of the spa lol had really comfortable beds! Lady at front desk was lovely an she gave us an early check in which we really appreciated.

Bedroom blinds had mould an were outdated. Balcony an outdoor setting was dirty an Dusty but it had been windy.

This is a great spot for a family. The location was wonderful, 5-10min walk to the beach, 10min walk to shops. The kids loved the pool and the views were incredible. Great, spacious room with everything we could need.

We had a fantastic time. Having the room serviced while we were there (6 nights) would have made it 10/10, but honestly we survived without.
