Great location and nice size apartment. Both pools are great too. Process to pick up and drop off keys was easy. Communication from booking.com and the company was exceptional. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

wasn't vacuumed properly (we left it cleaner when we left), there was chips and wrapping on the furniture and under the bed. Light didn't work in the ensuite and balcony. T.V had white dots on it from damage to the t.v previously, picture wasn't clear. Some cutlery and crockery needed re washing before using it. There was stains on the pillow cases and curtains. The bedroom near the lounge wardrobe door was damaged and the cupboard inside the wardrobe was damaged and outdated. Oven and oven rails need a scrub as well. Emailed the company we booked through advising them we may have left something behind, received a call the next day and was told that they would follow up with house keeping and I would get a call back.....i'm still waiting 6 days later for a response.

I loved the facilities included with our stay! Access to the sauna, gym and pool was amazing!

I didn't like that we had to return everything the way it was left, including bedding to be folded and stowed away as it was when we arrived, rubbish to be taken out, towels to be cleaned etc. I feel like the fee should be inclusive of a cleaning charge for cleaners to do this- not us.

Excellent shared facilities - pools, spa, sauna, gym, and BBQ facilities were clean, spacious, and fantastic for a group gathering. Apartments were a good size and well equipped. Views amazing and location very convenient for shops and activities. The check-in process was a little complex, but the instructions were very clear, and staff at the agency were friendly and helpful and prioritised cleaning so we could check-in early. We were able to pick up the keys, navigate the carpark, and access everything with minimal drama.

We were holidaying with extended family. The agency was unable to give us rooms next to each other. The best they could do was put us in the same tower. We had one room on the 25th floor and one on the 12th. Two key fobs with three families, including adult children, were not enough.To visit each other, we had to arrange to meet in the lobby and then go back up. While I appreciated the security, it was not an ideal setup for our situation. Some minor maintenance issues. Room 1125 - while clean, was overall a little tired and stained - could do with fresh paint and updated furniture - couches very stained - we had to cover them with sheets to feel comfortable sitting on them.

Over all the places was perfect and we loved it but these were just 2 small things that I think would have made it a 10 out of 10 A sheet on bed is not enough and a blanket in cubard made bed not comfortable there should be a quilt or something thicker . For a 3 bedroom appointment you should get at least 2 black scan things as no one could leave with out every one, and some one having to go down and let them up. 3 rooms should have 3 of them it made our stay a lot harder to have freedom to come and go or use pool ect .

As a family of 5 we stayed in a three bedroom apartment. The children were adults so wanted to have the freedom to come and go as they please. Unfortunately we only had two sets of keys which made it difficult for everyone to have the independence to come and go as they please. I did ring and ask if we could have another set of keys but I was told the owners only leave two sets. I feel when it is a three bedroom apartment there needs to be another set to allow more freedom and independence for everyone staying in the apartment.

Property was great, location was great. Loved the balcony with ocean views.

WE had driven over 3 hours and arrived at the coastal letting office 30 minutes early. The office closed early on the Sunday so I called the after hours number as directed but was asked to wait and call back in 15 minutes as we were a bit early We had already completed everything required we just needed to collect the key. I understand check in was 2pm however the keys were there and available and we felt that the guy who answered was just being difficult and was a bit of a smart arse. Waiting outside the coastal letting office on a hot day with 3 kids in the car after already driving for 3 hours was not good for the sake of 15 minutes he could have just released the key.

The location and the size of the apartment were perfect. The complex is great, especially in low season, and it is easy to use the facilities

I've had to call multiple time to be able to know where to park and how to find the apartment. No instructions about it been communicated. Luckily the staff was pretty responsive over the phone. Also, bot enough bed and chairs for 7 people. Had to sleep on the sofa No coffee machine?

The apartment had wonderful views but was a quite dated with little character, very plain and bare! A few minor issues needing maintenance (reported to staff when keys were returned), didn't affect our stay just annoying and hoped these issues could be fixed before the next guest arrived. The location is fantastic and handy to everything. Lifts in building very dirty and smelly (not CLC fault but Management of the building need to attend to common areas more often).

Lovely apartment and everything provided was clean. Bathroom was clean and the apartment was set out well for a family with a young child. Will definitely stay again but will be more mindful of the letting procedures.

There was no ceiling fan in either bathroom and no ventilation, no windows. We requested a cot on booking however this was not provided until we asked again. We also requested an earlier check in time of 1pm as we had a small baby travelling with us and our flight landed earlier than 2pm however, they did not approve this (and did not advise us of their disapproval) and when we arrived in the taxi they said we had to come back so we had to take the taxi to the apartment block and offload and wait in the lobby and one of us had to walk back to the letting agency to collect keys. This was very upsetting for the baby who needed a sleep.

Very big apartment with plenty of space. Amazing views.

The apartment is ageing and had visible damage with plaster patch ups on walls that needed repainting. The fridge/freezer didn’t work very well and also had visible damage. The apartment is well overdue for a repaint.
