Pet friendly. Great staff, very accommodating. 1D was a huge, open plan 2 brm apartment with ample space for me German shepherd & fully tiled living space for pets. (4 person apartment) Small enclosed veranda off kitchen. Slide glass doors off each room for good air flow. Clean bathrooms x 2. Fully equipped kitchen, wash machine & dryer. Good dog run area. Easy walk to everywhere, including supermarket, cafes pubs, beach & Esplanade. Highly recommend if travelling with pets! Big fridge. Clean fresh linen, comfy bed. Towels, soaps, washing liquid & dishwasher liquid provided. 3 lounges, dining table & chairs, TV with Netflix & YouTube. Excellent price for convenience, location & pet accessibility.

Lounges needed a clean, but to be expected in a pet friendly place & solved this issue by draping a spare clean sheet over it!

Great location, spacious 2 bedroom apartment - it was an older style apartment but very homey and comfortable. The rooms were clean and tidy, all bathroom amenities were provided and ready to be used when we checked in - enough to last for 2 weeks - although we brang our own it was great to have it there if we did run out. Kitchen utensils were available for a home cooked meal, enough blankets for the entire family. Short walk to restaurants, cafes, night-life, great views of Surfers. It was undergoing renovations but that didn't affect our stay. Residents and staff were friendly and accommodating of guests. Highly recommend the 2 bedroom for large families - plenty of space for everyone.

We have a 4wd, the underground carpark was pretty tight - but we were warned anything bigger then 1.7m in height would have to park on the street - and there is ample parking on the street. We did have to unscrew our antenna and made sure the boot didn't hit the pipes when we were unloading the car - but was easily rectified. You can unload at reception as elevators were right there - but otherwise everything else was great value for money!! Highly recommend!

We had the best stay at Condor Ocean View Apartments. The view from our balcony was amazing as we were located on the corner where we could see the ocean and the river. Could not have found a better apartment and I will be staying there again for sure. Its located in Surfers Paradise where we were in the middle of everything in Surfers. We were able to walk up the road to the awesome nite life surfers had to offer. The owners were also very accomodating and were very fast with replying to messages. They were also happy to extend my stay by an extra 4 days which made my kids so happy as they didn’t want to leave and they actually wanted to live there forever lol Thank you so much to the owners of Ocean View Apartments for giving me and my family the best holiday Cheers Tracey Davis

The room was spacious and felt like a home away from home.

Parking is only 1.7m high and my car was too big to fit in the underneath car park- my child is special needs and only other parking is on the street which was not easy to get. Was issued a $108 fine for being parked on the street too long so parked in the visitor parking at hotel and recieved a "tow" sticker on the window. Need more parking options for larger vehicles or those with disabilities.

Location and it’s kind a cute apartment, good size for a couple..

Did not like the aircon, old style, too loud when on. Need new ones that’s on wall.. No air in bathroom and some areas in apartment are dirty and dusty.. The vacuum was still full of dust and rubbish , it should be emptied before the next people who comes to stay over for holiday..

The location is fantastic! An easy walk to supermarket and restaurants/bars/cafés. 700m stroll along flat terrain to reach Main beach. The staff were very welcoming and helped us with local knowledge before we had arrived. They were very up-front about the age of the building and what that means, so we had realistic expectations. We had a premium ocean facing apartment and the view was awesome.

Check-in was slow, but only due to overworked staff. I received too many email requests for check-in information after I had already provided it.

Everything was fine the only matter of concern was a syringe found under one of the double beds. No one was at reception to report this too on our departure and so it may still be there. Also it would have been good to know that there wasn't air-conditioning in the rooms. The fans worked well except for one in the main room which didn't really work at all.

Our initial apartment was located on the first floor. If it was just myself on vacation, I wouldn't have bothered. The initial room was super spacious, newly renovated and worth the money I paid in comparison to other hotels close by. However, having my 3 daughters on vacation, I upgraded to room 14a on the 14th floor. Again, the money I spent was not only worth it but also cheaper than other hotels close by, by more than 300$ - 600$. I was completely blown away by the newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment boasting 3 showers and toilets to accommodate each room. All the rooms were very spacious. The kitchen was huge overlooking the Gold Coast River. Our lounge room was also spacious which provided us with ocean and city views. I can not fault the apartment we upgraded to other than the TV could do with replacement as the sound and speaker were heavily distorted. However, the TV was no biggie to us as we kept ourselves occupied with arts and crafts and night walks during the night time. I can safely say that I will be returning and I will be sharing my experience with my family and friends. Thank you Condor for the amazing apartment and experience.

This apartment is so close to the shops, it is very spacious and comfortable beautiful views aircon was nice and chill, beds were comfortable, the apartment was prepared perfectly for our stay.

No aircon in bedrooms so it can get a little hot but it does have ceiling fans and balcony doors for fresh air
