Attended a 21st birthday party in the area the location was perfect. The apartment was clean and big enough to accommodate 4 of us comfortably. Loved that the kitchen had a large fridge, microwave, oven. Also a washing machine and dryer in the unit was handy. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend and will certainly rebook

Only down side, the spa was being refurbished so not available and only one lift available due to renovations but not a hassle

Staff and management were so lovely! Had to come in for an early check in and it was smoothly communicated with the team. The stay itself was just a fifteen minute walk away from the centre which was amazing, especially since parkinf around that area was close to impossible. Overall great stay, will definitely come back

Some parts of the room were a bit outdated. Toilet doors didn't lock, doors jammed so it was difficult to open sometimes, that sort of stuff. Not a complete deal breaker, but just something to note

It was clean and tidy. Had all the necessary amenities including an outdoor pool which my son absolutely loved!

The carpet in the apartment and hallway had a mildew, old smell. I presume it’s from it being quite dated so would be nice to have fresh tiles or something else that doesn’t keep that smell. The ground floor tiling was beautiful and fresh looking so something like that would be nice on all the levels.

Silent location, excellent views, sunlight from all angles, walking distance to Cypress Ave station and the kitchen is well equipped, and all appliances functioning awesome. The reception lady was very nice and allowed us to have early check in

The spa wasn’t hot enough, no ramp for moving luggages, a bit unsafe for leaving the luggage in unlocked foyer area, the TV is not WIFI connected well, one shower door was tilted and the main door lock is too simple.

I like the property manager - friendly, helpful and informative. The apartment was spacious and had two bathrooms! All the useful house/kitchen appliances, cutlery, and utensils for meals. Central location and ease of accessibility to the apartment building made us feel secure. Place looks well maintained. Close to shops, etc. Pleasant views from room of the city - pretty at night and also watching the sunrise.

Location excellent. Just far enough away from the noisy centre facing quiet and pretty Budds Beach. Easy to walk into shops at Surfers and catch trams along Gold Coast. Secure on site parking is good. Apartment was spacious and well equipped with large balcony.

The indoor pool area is very dated and needs upgrading. Sauna was never on. The master bedroom needs a headboard and both bedrooms need mirrors.

Superb views.. pictures dont do enough justice. Location is central; a short walk to all the amenities. Very spacious apartment. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Pre-allocated garage parking was very convenient. There was a TV in every room.

Apartment was a bit dated. Shower door was not closing properly. One of the Bed side lamps was not connected. Wifi was not strong enough in the bedrooms. As this is a serviced apartment (more like Airb BnB) and not a hotel, they did not provide any toiletries except couple of soaps and 2 toilet paper rolls. Towels were provided on the first day only but you could get fresh towels for a fee. Our stay was for 3 nights

We have stayed at Spectrum previously as our young kids love it. So close to Cavill Ave yet far enough away for peace and quiet. Large, modern apartment with plenty of room for the kids and they love going down to the park, beach and playground opposite each morning. The cafe a few doors down has great coffee. No complaints. We will visit again.

Nice and cosy apartment with a great view over the river and location was close to the river side and all the attractions in surfer paradise beach. A very friendly building manager, definitely will book again.

Location was great, good to have a dedicated car park, and the space in the apartment was perfect for us.

The “spa” isn’t really a spa as it is nowhere near warm enough to be considered a spa, the hallways had just been painted (the day we checked in) and the smell was pretty overpowering.
