The staff were amazing. Super helpful, friendly, jovial and forward thinking. The beds are a delight to sleep in. Ridiculously comfy! Having the two bathrooms was great! After getting to our room, right by the elevator, we were very happy to realise, we never heard one ding, or neighbour/cleaner, not once, in two weeks!! We were on the 27th floor, which was great!

The couch in our room was pretty grotty 🙁 Had to get some extra towels, as the fridge leaks! The floor was quite dirty. After wiping up the water around the fridge, the towels were very dirty. The screaming kids next door in the waterslides was a bit much (not much you can do about that, I know!!) Some S&P in the room would be great!

The room view was very nice, had great ocean view, and it was very clean, all the facilites well presented. Showers and bed was by far the best, sleeping with the background city lights views is just amazing and so relaxing. Very quiet surroundings too.

The gym is a bit small, steam room was very smelly and could use a good clean to remove mould, can be dangerous if its left unnatended. Also the towels smelled like bleach, I can tell they have been using them to clean for a long time and then given to us. Also when I requested more for the pool I was told I couldn’t recieve more, not a big deal anyway.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment. The location of the building was great. For a family of 5, having 2 bathrooms was amazing and also enough beds for everyone. The apartment was clean and provided ample necessities. The pool was great when we were able to use it.

The pool closed part way through our stay which is when we had intended to use the pool so we only had 2 days of use. There could also be a shade cloth or something to shade the pool. The washing machine had mould and lots of sand in the seals.

Apartment 805 was spacious and had a lovely view. Despite opening on to the paradise resort, it was very quiet when the doors were closed. It was also great to have secure basement parking.

There were towels left on the back of the ensuite door from the previous guests and the balcony had rubbish on it. The second bedroom walls could do with a clean to remove the black marks. Check in staff member was amazing, so helpful and accommodating. I was surprised that no other staff member greeted us during our stay even when we walked through reception.

We had a gorgeous sea view from the 23rd floor. Iryana at reception was so friendly and accommodating, a real star member of staff! The apartment was spacious with loads of storage space. The pool is lovely with lots of sunbeds. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach! Good, cold AC.

The twin room in the apartment was quite small, and the beds were narrower than a regular single - it wasn’t very comfortable for an adult to sleep in. Some of the cookware items in the kitchen were quite old and worn. A coffee machine would be a nice addition. Some utensils were missing which we felt were a necessity for a kitchen, such as scissors, baking trays, oven gloves. The apartment was fairly clean on our arrival but lots of black hairs missed in both bathrooms.

It was affordable and the location was good. The staff was friendly. The apartment was clean.

Unfortunately when we arrived and till the dates we left the pool was under maintenance. The room we stayed in the air con vent was very loud and hard to sleep. Also the beds were too soft and hurt my back. A couple stains on carpet and walls but not bother just stress me cos I didn't want to get charged for it, when leaving I notified and they were very friendly about it and said I won't get charged.

It was up high on the 20th floor with views of the beach and the river. Staff were very friendly and professional on the front. They accommodated our request for extra towels close to the office closing time. Big apartment space with everything we needed including the washing machine and the dryer. I enjoyed the fully serviced kitchen inside our apartment and comfortable lounge. I would definitely stay here again as it's comfortable with good views and central to both Surfers Paradise and the rest of the Gold Coast.

I found nothing wrong with the experience overall. Staff were only contactable via an online chat. It would have been nice to have the phone connected to reception. One light was not working in the bedroom but that didn't bother me. The bathroom fan kept running.

Lovely views from bedroom, balcony, kitchen and lounge. Kitchen had everything one needs for making meals, tea and coffee etc, and a large refrigerator for keeping drinks cold and food fresh. Front load washer and dryer in cabinet of large bathroom

Wifi was a little difficult at times and having to use your own login for accessing streaming services was rather challenging and frustrating at times.

We had a 2 brm and 3 bdrm apartments and were lucky enough they were on the same floor 27. Views were just stunning. The whole apartment was spacious and the beds were comfy. The single beds were wide enough for my children and bunk beds were a great use of space. Dining table was big enough for 6 people which was a bonus. The outdoor dining set on the balcony was the ideal place for brekky and dinner with the most gorgeous views. The location was less than 10 mins walk to the beach, Coles @Chevron and tram and of course central Surfers.

The only down side was in the living room where the lounge only seated 3 kids or 2 adults comfortably and there were 2 extra single chairs that werent comfy. So not enough lounge space for a family of 6 or 7.

rooms were lovely and exceptional value for money. We checked in late and there was a text messages sent with instructions to an easy to use key safe. We booked the cheapest room the weekend before christmas, and it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I was very impressed.

The only downside was that we were on the side of the property that directly overlooks a popular family resort and it was quite noisy, but it didn’t affect our stay. The windows that wind out were a bit rusty, and i couldn’t open when i wanted to, but again, this is really minor.
