First and foremost, the views were incredible, and the beachfront location made everything so convenient. The rooms were modernly furnished, and the shower was one of the best we’ve experienced in any apartment. Parking was hassle-free throughout our stay, even without an allocated parking space. The rooftop terrace provided a stunning spot to watch the sunset, and the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was exceptional. We constantly saw staff diligently cleaning each common area, which was impressive and worth mentioning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.

We were initially allocated a room on level 26, which unfortunately did not have working air conditioning, making for a very hot and uncomfortable first day and night. To be honest, it nearly put us off returning to Rhapsody. However, when we contacted reception about the issue, Charlie promptly arranged for us to move to an alternative room on the 37th floor. This room was beautifully furnished, had excellent air conditioning, and offered breathtaking views of the coast, city, and hinterlands. Charlie's prompt response and outstanding hospitality honestly turned our holiday around, and we are very grateful. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Had an apartment overlooking the ocean. The views were amazing. Easy walk to main shopping area. Tram a 2 minute walk away.

Be aware that there is a construction site directly between the hotel and the beach. The noise from sun up to sun down was relentless. I was not there during the day, so I was not overly bothered.

Location was great, our balcony view was fabulous and the rooftop of the building an awesome and unexpected extra. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. Late check-in method was super quick and easy

Can’t be helped as totally out of rhapsody’s hands but there are 2 building sites right next door, seacrest opposite are having all their windows replaced and the drilling was pretty constant everyday so being poolside was pretty loud. The next site along is the new Meriton skyscraper and again same issue - very loud day time site so not ideal if you’re looking for tranquility.

location, facilities like washing machine/dryer, oven, kitchen and fridge. Also have cloth hanger and the balcony. The pool and the BBQ at the roof. There is also a EasyGrocery store beside the hotel who you could by snacks and others. This place is best for people with the car as there is around 5-15 minutes drive to near by Woolworths and Coles.

The car park space is a bit tight if you have a big car you'd better be careful. We booked apartment without service so you have to take care of everything yourself. They only provides free toilet pater, trash bag and soap and you have to buy your laundry detergent, washing liquid etc. Check out time is before 10:00am otherwise you will need to pay overstay.

Loved the location and proximity to beach and tram, and nestled just north of Cavil Mall. We miss our view of the beach! We loved the hot spa and the pool and gym and that pool towels were provided and complimentry. We loved having our own full sized kitchen, full sized fridge. We liked having our Coles delivery brought up to our room. We liked have the ability to hire a foldaway bed to turn the main living area into a 3rd bedroom. We liked the main TV and all the digital channels on offer, and we liked having TVs in the 2-bdrms so not fighting over channels! We liked the underground parking space and how it was for free!

We didn't like the noise from the construction directly opposite our balcony (between us and the beach). The first 5-days were dreadfully noisy (jackhammers going from 7am to 5pm) and we didn't like the works continuing on Saturday, although fortunately the jackhammer part finished by then. Sunday was the only day of no construction noise. We didn't like the noise problem was not highlighted at the time of booking. We didn't like the mattress on the foldaway bed (too hard and still in plastic, too short and some hard thing stapled to the top of the mattress, but we changed the foldaway mattress with one of the single beds and happy with the result. We didn't like the stove top very much (set the alarms off once) but think that's just not familiar with using said stovetop.

I’d stayed in One-bedroom Apartment with Ocean View (No housekeeping service) for 5 nights, which cost like $280 per night and there would be a $100 bond charge on your credit or debit card. The concierge service was so good that you could store your luggage here before checking in or after checking out waiting for your flight. In addition, you could also ask for their amenities such as bin liners, toilet papers and soaps for free, shampoo, conditioner laundry & dish detergent for $1 at the reception; you might need extra soap, laundry & dish detergent if you stay for a longer period. I did request for a room on higher floor and was luckily arranged to the suite on level 32. The landscape is absolutely stunning, exhilarating, panoramic, and of great value; you can see through most part of the northern Gold Coast clearly and some ocean and beach to the east. Furthermore, if you are unfortunate enough to get arranged at lower levels, no need to worry because there’s a barbecue rooftop deck on 41st floor that any residents can come; you can see like the entire coastline of Gold Coast from north to south and even a few stars in the sky at night if there are barely clouds. Moreover, it’s quite convenient that there’s an EzyGrocer and a restaurant on the ground floor of the building. The G link light rail station Surfers Paradise North is just cross the road but crossing the Y-shaped intersection is a bit cheesy since all the roads are wide and there’s no zebra crossing but sometimes cars just keep coming. To top it all off, I’d passed here for a few times when coming to Gold Coast and this high rise resort caught my eye. I’ve stayed in 10 different hotels in Gold Coast and this turns out to be the top 3 of all of these. The price per night is below average for its stunning view, amenities and quality, which is definitely worth a stay if you come to Surfers Paradise. Overall, it’s a 9.8 out of 10!

Nothing bad at all for real

A beautiful building with great facilities. The lift is fast, the gym is great and the pool area is really lovely. Staff were excellent.

We weren’t told about the noisy building work next door until after we booked the stay, which then meant a cancellation fee if we decided not to go ahead. I find that quite deceiving. The apartment was very nice but I’d say the kitchen isn’t the best if you like to cook which my husband does. Otherwise the apartment was perfect except for the building noise. Once the doors are closed it’s not noticeable.

I love that it was so close to the beach, it had a swimming pool, spa pool, sauna & a steam room. It also had a gym, a space/room for everyone or anyone to hang out in on the 27th floor - it had balconies with nice views of the city. It had a roof top floor where it was nicely decorated and also came with the best views of the whole area (no need to go to Skypoint lol). It had BBQ stations set out on those floors. It was really aesthetically pleasing. The aircon in the rooms was key since it was hot throughout our stay, the washing machine & drier was essential since we did a lot of swimming and other water activities around town. The staff were super helpful in every way, would highly recommend to everyone. Definitely would be staying here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and had an amazing time here!!😊 Beautiful, well-equipped, comfortable apartment with breathtaking views. The outdoor pool and spa were fantastic! Very convenient location, with the tram only two minutes away. The staff were helpful and nice. We were able to check in early and check out late, which was quite convenient. We appreciate how accommodating the reservation team was in letting us reschedule our reservation a few times at the last minute due to the cyclone hit and flight cancellation. We will definitely return the next time we visit GC. Additionally, there's a great cafe downstairs that has the most excellent menu options.

View was stunning. We had a room with view over the ocean to the hinterlands. This was actually wonderful as it was nicely shaded and we also got the evening sunset as well and we were not disturbed by the neighbouring construction. The rooms were spacey and well appointed. Location was fantastic with the uncrowded beach just across the road. Far enough away from all the crazy, but still within walking distance to central Surfers. Trams are very close with easy access. Just down the road from SeaWorld.

If I had to be very picky. The dining table is small for 4 people. The kitchen supplies were great, but the cutlery felt budget. There needs to be a power board behind the TV as I had to swap the plugs if I wanted to play music.
