We stayed in the three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms for 6 nights. The staff were friendly , the apartment was clean , beds were comfy. Great location close to shops , buses , trams. The beach straight across the road. Short walk to the Cavill. , the markets. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here especially our children we quite enjoyed the bbq and pool area which had the main pool , spa and a kids pool great for the little ones. we can not wait to book our next holiday here again.

The room was great alot of space for myself and the kids we were very comfortable. Great Ocean view. Enjoyed all the facilities the bbq area , the pool and spa, basketball court. We really loved the location everything was in walking distance.

In my apartment a I did not have very much cooking utensils such as there were no pots only frying pans, no tongs, no proper knives to cut up my veggies only one small knife. Besides those things everything else was great.

The location is close to everything, like beach, malls, shops etc. which is very convenient.

Our room is ok is just that they need to upgrade everything like the wifi is very slow theres just a limit to used it, the remote is not working luckily we have spare batteries, all the sliding doors has no screen the flies can go inside the apartment my daughter got bitten by the mosquitoes, there is no exhaust fan in the bathrooms, kettle is liking, the slide doors got moulds and dust, and we expecting the floor is tiles esp we have a kids who likes playing on the floor, ceiling fans are dusty, we can’t used the vacuum because it’s broken and smelly that’s why we need to provide broom to clean the apartment. That’s it ! Need to refurbishment the apartment. Thank You !

I’ve stayed a lot of hotels 5 star but I got to say Focus went above to making our stay the best one. My daughter bday get away an we had Amazing views 5 star views heavenly views you can see an hear the ocean birds stop by to visit too a perfect location. Perfect family getaway apartment. They reached out to us even we had late check in to make sure we okay and gave us easy instruction to follow. We had a late check out when we left as well so was a special treat. We were booked in a 3 bedroom apartment ocean views galore Room 94 everything was clean immaculate and had all the needs spacious large bedrooms and lounge room kitchen coffee facilities an tea, big fridge. This apartment had all the requirements needed for a family so each room had two single beds an the main room was a king, had our ensuite. So 2 bathrooms. There is bbq area clean large had everything there for family bbq had a lunch for daughter there just perfect had a fridge to put in drinks while bbq there tennis courts, swimming pool, gym, sauna. The gardens are clean and beautiful. Staff so friendly and helpful at reception. Definitely book here again thank you focus apartment for making our trip there a memorable one.

The location was great. Easy to walk everywhere and central to all the action. The view was pretty amazing, although we would have loved a view with the beach straight out in front, rather than to the side. Beach was easy to access from the apartment and there were flags right in front for us to swim.

There needed to be more toilet paper left for a family of five coming. There was no vegetable peeler and no garbage bags, which was quite frustrating as we had to go and buy our own.

I really was disappointing because I booked a apartment that have a beach view but when arrived was a different apartment that have a little beach side view,the balconies are a wall terrible because if you seat example you don’t have any view and the most views is the river y building around and a lot of noise only keep the glass doors closed I was not happy but the apartment is really good my kids don’t want to be changed they happy then I don’t say anything but really I personally was disappointing that they give me different apartment Location is really good close to the shops and restaurants

The property never had air conditioning I thought paying $1500 for 3 nights it would of had air conditioning very disappointing considering being on the famous Surfer’s Paradise they stuff up my parking but there was I kind gentleman a care taker of the property helped me and helped find a new parking spot after the lady at the front desk told me that she would contact me to sort other the parking out but never called

Outstanding location and ocean views from the generous 3 balconies. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was beautiful. The facilities like the pool and lift were also exceptional.

We found almost everything was clean except the toilet in the main bathroom which had a 50cent coin sized stain on the porcelain under the seat. Initially we assumed it was a rust stain but after a day noticed it wasn’t and were horrified to discover it was actually dried faeces from previous tenants. Obviously we cleaned it but was very disappointed.

The location was perfect, easy to get to and the view to the beach was beautiful and how close we were to explore the shops and all around Surfers Paradise.

We had issues with parking as someone had parked in our spot that we were allocated for a couple of days, but soon after we had a parking spot.
