Everything was great.

Early morning when I checking out with my 5 year old son at around 5.15am.. i had parked my car outside as this was very early.. I understand it wasn't parked on designated area. The security guard early in the morning was being very aggressive towards me and my family.. He said you can't park there I acknowledged him whilst dropping the key the reception area.. he kept saying and he even followed me intimidating me and being really aggressive and made me run into my car and drive off... I was worried about my family safety... This is not right.. I can report this cops but I won't since the guys in mantra were really nice to me.. Mantra towers please fix the security way of communication specially when you have child and checking out early morning when no one is around

We stayed in room 3305. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and had beautiful ocean views from every room. We had a balcony that can be accessed from the master bedroom and the lounge. The room was in need of an update, but it was very large and spotlessly clean and the beds were all very comfortable. The master bedroom had a walk in wardrobe and a massive ensuite with large bath. There was also a door that separated this space from the rest of the room which was great for privacy on a family holiday. Our room also had a laundry with a washing machine and dryer which was great as we were travelling with our 3 kids. The indoor pool/gym were being updated during our stay so we didn’t use but the pool area is wonderful. There’s a little kiosk by the pool open most days from 7am for food/drinks/coffee. We also dined at the Thai resturant attached to the hotel which was really good. There is a tram stop outside the hotel that takes you straight into surfers (2 stops) so getting around is super easy. There is construction next to the hotel that got noisy from time to time on the balcony but you can’t hear it at all inside the room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful rooms with stunning views. The pool area is incredible both for relaxing or playing with the kids. Lovely heated pools and spas to enjoy and sauna and steam room also. The amenities are so good and a pool kiosk to get food and drinks and the thai restaurant next door or onsite is delicious. The location is great as not quite in the centre of surfers so abit away from noise but so close to the beach and cafes and everything is walking distance which is nice. My daughter loved the pool area and my partner enjoyed the stay with how convenient it all was. The staff are very helpful and even other guests are all so kind and friendly too. They have many loyal returning guests.

The smaller rooms are a lower floor so we paid a little more to have a bigger room and higher floor which we found best for our stay.

Loved the pools, playground, outside areas. Location was perfect and views were beautiful. Our apartment was huge and had everything we needed. Cleaning staff were very helpful. Parking was great and secure. Lobby was beautiful. My kids loved it!

Apartment dated but still had what we needed. The floor we were on always smelt bad coming off the lift. We lost a set of keys (luckily not the set with our bollard key) and it cost our bond and extra to replace it, definitely our fault we know but still disappointing, won't do that again.

Excellent location close to all the action. The pool area is sooo good. Love that there's a kids pool and also indoor heated pool and games room. The kids loved that. The apartment was very spacious and had most things we needed. We also had an ocean view so was lovely sitting on the balcony.

The apartment did need a deep clean as the cleaning wasn't great. We had to ask for some windex to clean all the finger prints off the TV. There was definitely no attention to detail with the cleaning side of things. The kiosk at the pool only accepts cash which was a bummer. They definitely need another restaurant at the hotel as they only have a Thai restaurant, which is great for the adults but not young kids (not my kid anyway).

The apartment was very spacious and perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the pool area and we loved the spa. It was very quiet, we didn't hear any noise from the other rooms during our stay. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were well equipped with utensils, pots and pans, laundry facilities etc. The location was great only being a 10 minute walk to Surfers Paradise and we were fortunate enough to have an ocean view from our room. The kitchen and bathroom had also been upgraded to a beautiful white since photographed which was a lovely surprise. The kids had a separate bathroom which was situated with their room down the other end of the apartment.

We stayed in a 2-bed ocean view apartment - the apartment was huge, clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great view. Very quiet and no queues for lifts! Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing, never felt crowded (despite being peak holiday time) and kids loved the toddler part (which was warm!). Excellent location - 5 min walk to beach (also never crowded + patrolled) and shops/restaurants/cafes. Away from the intensity of central Surfer's Paradise but close enough to walk to/catch the tram one stop. Short (10 min) drive to theme parks. This hotel is dated but still a great place to stay - and the dated decor just adds to the charm.

A breakfast option would have been ideal.

The hotel sits in the heart of Surfer's Paradise, with easy access to a great beach and all kinds of shops. The facilities are particularly good for young families, with wonderful swimming pools of various sorts, close to the reception desk. The ocean view from our rooms on the 17th and 26th floors were spectacular. Our family group was staying in rooms on three different floors of the hotel but reception enabled our room fobs to access all there of the floors. This was very convenient.

The building as a whole felt a little tired and the lifts, although very fast, were elderly and a bit clunky. Our two-bedroom room on the 26th floor was wonderful but our three-bedroom room on the 17th floor had no carpet and was rather echoey.

The Mantra Crown Towers was amazing! The facilities and pool area were perfect. Our room was clean, spacious and great views

Only small disappointment was they didn’t leave a towel in the room for our son. Went and asked a lady at reception for a couple more towels as they only gave us 1 each and I would have liked one for my hair and one for my toddler. The receptionist didn’t want to give me a towel, she said they don’t give out additional towels and that’s what the washing machine and dryer are for in our room. Just put a dampener on our stay and made me very frustrated and disappointed over something as simple as an extra towel.

The pool was amazing. Not overcrowded. Nicely decorated. Room was clean enough but the bathroom smelt like bleach, could feel it in the shower on the floor. Little kiosk does an amazing breakfast. Tram station right at the door if you walk out the pool exit. Got a call to let me know when my room was ready a little early. Overall a decent stay good value for what I paid.

Long walk from the pool/ exit to the elevators. Room very outdated. Which I read in reviews beforehand and didn’t think was an issue until I got there. Lounge wasn’t amazing and lounge tv too small but happy to sit in the bedroom and watch tv from there’
