The location of the apartment was so close to everything - Cavill Avenue, the beach, cafes and shops. Check in and check out was a breeze. The apartment was nicely presented and clean. The facilities were ample - flat screen tv, wifi, washer and dryer, air conditioning in every room. Would highly recommend anyone who wants value for money to stay here. Even though the building has old bones, the renovations and effort to modernise the rooms makes your stay feel comfortable.

I stayed at the property for three nights with a group of 10, and we had a great experience. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby activities and venues. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially given the size of our group. Having a washer and dryer in each room was an unexpected but very welcome bonus. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped stay — highly recommended.

The property requests that guests clean the apartment and take out the rubbish before check-out, which is entirely reasonable. However, I noticed there were no extra bin liners provided, and no floor-cleaning equipment such as a broom or mop available. Providing basic cleaning supplies would make it easier for guests to meet check-out expectations and maintain the apartment during their stay.

The outside of the apartment looks old and small but only because it is surrounded by huge multilevel accommodation. It is a perfect location to public transport, beach and Caville Ave. Parking was secure under the property and they even let us have 2 spots when my daughter came to spend the night. They were very accommodating. You can tell the apartment was old as the small finishes weren't done, but it was very clean and a great size. The bathroom was beautiful and new with a lovely shower. We did run out of hot water one night but our family are known to have too long showers. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Bedrooms were a nice size. An iron would have been helpful but small issue. Would definitely recommend staying there as the staff were lovely, location was perfect, the apartment was clean and a great size, parking was easy and great value for money.

apartment was clean,spacious, staff were very helpful, cheerful and ending. couldn't asked for better location, Surfers Paradise beach just across the road, city centre a10 min walk, mins walk to tram and everything within reason. Will definitely recommend and will try and book next time up GC.

No issue with property/staff. person in apt #16 banging on door, claims talking about him,being nuisance, told him he need to stay off drugs, hearing voices and paranoid. not accommodation fault, can't help nutty tenants.

My family of 11 absolutely enjoyed our stay😁 'How' (the nice man at reception) was awesome was always there to answer any of our questions and help when needed. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Hotel is literally a 2 min walk to the beach and shops. Amazing view from our rooms of the beach and city life. Felt just like being at home that's how comfortable it was🤎 Would definitely stay there again 😁 Thankyou for your hospitality xx

One of the tenants was high on drugs & had an altercation with our visitors from Brisbane. He had a knife but threw it in the skip bin. My nephew, sister & I calmed the situation down. The next day as we were leaving the guy came up & apologised. Told us he was high on drugs. That was the only scary part of our stay. I didn’t report it cos I was told by another tenant that he was homeless & I didn’t want him to become homeless again

Fantastic location. Short 2 minute walk to beach, and 5 minutes to city center. Close to all amenities. The room comes with a dryer and washing machine, and cooking facilities (cutleries, pots , pans). Also has an underground car park. Really enjoyed our stay. The manager also let us check out late, at allow us to park the car until after lunch. Will stay again if we're there in Gold Coast. Thank you.

Happy holiday for a family celebration for 10 - easy walking distance to beach and restaurants/cafes. Requested two rooms near each other and changed booking to include an extra night which was no problem for them. Given rooms next door to each other and they were just what we needed, simple, clean, comfy beds, extra duvets, really nice bathrooms/shower. Super view of the beach and sounds of the waves at night.

The location was fantastic. So close to the beach and Cavill Avenue and the many restaurants and eateries that the Gold Coast has on offer.

Being so close also meant that there was a lot of noise on the Friday and Saturday night which did keep me awake. We had a first floor, street facing apartment. The apartment was a little dated and could do with a coat of paint and a few minor maintenance jobs

The staff were so accommodating, supplying an extra single bed to make our stay more comfortable for the children. The room was on the ground floor, which was great to be able to sit and watch the children play outside from our room which had direct access. The location was amazing, the room clean and tidy great value for money.

There was a minor issue with parking, having a large car we struggled with our original allocated parking space however the staff quickly met us down stairs to help find a suitable parking bay.
